I got my truck from Housby . Kyle helped me a lot for whole transaction . Good and honest place to deal with.

Had the engine shop do a headgasket and a valve adjustment. Less than 2months and 15000miles motor dropped the valve from the bridge nut backing off and wiped out the motor. They arent willing to take any responsibilty. Even the other mack dealer claimed a bad valve adjudtment. Now for other issues over the past....owning an older mack, pretty much limited to them for work.1. Replaced shocks on backend a tech hooked up leveling valve backwards and airbags wouldnt inflate.2. Pushed my truck in and hit my stacks and bent both thst they had to replace. Then 6 out of 8bolts were loose thst i had to go over their work and correct3. Had radiator replaced and tech didnt replaced hoses, so they stsrted lesking and had to pay more to have that corrected4. Had thermostst replaced, when reassembled, the tech had the fuel lines touching coolant line and rubbed a hole into it.5. Had to bring truck back to them once for work they did where 2 nuts came off that held the turbo on and was leaking at the manifold to turbo.Thats just a few items over the course of time. Some good people work there and the parts dept are good BUT the work thats done is shoddy and they always want u to bring it back to them to have warranty work. What good does a mack dealer network do if they dont honor their warranty and have to go about taking further action against them. I would recommend going to gatr volvo for work or somebody like bruckners, nextrans or general truck but not housby.

Took a long time to get truck fixed(parts), but it was fixed right. Customer service is always pleasant which can be rare for Truck repair shops.

Went there to get 2 semi truck tractors for a customer. Every person I met there were friendly. Dustin made sure that I wasn't rushed in hooking up the equipment to tow the vehicle behind the truck. He also got the rusted brakes free for me twice ( it's common for truck back shoes to rust to the drum ). Dustin was very polite to me on both of my visits

Nick in parts went above and beyond to help me out today with my purchase of an AC compressor that included two prompt return phone calls regarding questions I had. From start to finish he provided excellent customer service. He and Kenny also didn t hesitate to answer my myriad questions about the seats on display despite knowing it was unlikely that I was going to buy one. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work. I ll definitely be back.

I was here to pick up a piece of equipment from their auction department. They require a 24 advance notice. They charge 100 dollars to use their dock to load you. They took over 3hrs to load me. They said because the equipment had a hydraulic leak. How long does it take to put hydraulic fluid in a cat wheeled loader. They have 3 big shops here that work on garbage trucks, dump trucks and cement mixer trucks. All which require hydraulic fluid to operate. So what takes so long to put hydraulic fluid in a piece of equipment and drive it on a trailer. They do seem like nice people but the department I dealt with failed expectations for a first time visitor to this place.

We had to drop off a truck to have the Izuzu calibrated, they had to " test drive " the truck,When we went to pick up the truck a piece of Bodywork was missing off the front of the truck they kind of told us to pack sand.The guys in the parts department are excellent though. We asked the service writer to check the video when the truck was dropped off at have the Bodywork they did not seem interested in all trying to come to a resolve we told them we had to have a piece of body work to put back on this thing so our customer would not be upset and their response was it's not our problem , this is another area I tried to get along and work this out, but in the end I dropped off our customers truck and I have to take care of the body work

Parts personal didn't listen and just assumed what part I needed, and they were wrong, no arguments they ended up getting right part but they should have listened the first time to save me time waiting in service area

This place used to be good they have 4 of their own trucks inside its been 2hr i can't back up or go around stuck The employees are standing eating drinking nobody working

The workers at housby are not communicative, they are lazy, and they don't do a very good job at checking everything to make sure nothing else is wrong.
