Absolutely A+ service. Trevor at the front desk is super knowledgeable about all things oversized wheels & tires. If you are tired of looking for a tire shop that s an expert at wheels and tires and especially like me with bigger wheels & tires this is your go to spot. I wish I would have found hilltop sooner they are the spot!

Hilltop Tire staff are wonderful! As I waited nearly two weeks to get my vehicle towed to them, they offered me the use of a courtesy car--even though they did not have mine to work on. That was amazing! Also, we had almost daily phone calls to update or answer questions & they remained patient about the too-frequent contact. I greatly appreciate all their efforts.

MAKE sure no one their knows your ex, I got a new car ---- after they messed up my van cause I'm a female I put 10 thousand dollars into a 3000.00 van, every time they fixed something, something seemed wrong .... plus they had me replace shocks on it and I think that was the first sham. I read it's something that places will do, should have asked to see with my own eyes. Not so sure they are really as reputable as they claim. I asked them if it was even worth driving when I first took it in, I would have just drove it as was without any repairs. I just felt something off with one of the mechanics there. I was right. I don't like auto repair shops as a female. I really just don't think you can trust any of them.

Absolutely love this location and workers. Hilltop has serviced two of my veichles and is always honest and upfront on any issues. Hilltop is reliable and have great communication and services. We will always be bringing our veichles to this location from now on. They know how to keep and maintain to their customers!They serviced my veichle early this year with new tires and an alignment and did a great job and got the job done quickly.They then serviced a new veichle we purchased from a dealership that was giving us problems they took a diagnostic and found the issues and got them addressed immediately while the dealership was making us jump through hoops and multiple delays. They allowed us to borrow a veichle to get around and that was very kind and they fixed our veichle and made sure all the problems I was having was fixed. When I noticed the alignment they did on the veichle was a little off centered they allowed me to come in the same day and they fixed it no issues. They also allowed me to take my previous tires to show the dealership the issues because there was some issues we were having from the dealership.They have my trust and business and I'm recommending I know everyone to them

I needed my new tires rotated and repair for a screw puncture in one. I did not need an appointment and they took care of me right away. I continue to be a Hilltop customer because they operate a good quality business. I had a very nice experience. They came in and fixed my oil change and pull me a reasonable price to fix my brakes on my vehicle and very, very nice demeanor with the entire staff, no complaints.

My friends and I are from out of town and we re on our way back and our tire blew out. we called hilltop for a new tire and they immediately helped us and got us in. the staff are super sweet, it was fast and efficient. Definitely recommend!! thank you!

I ve been to hilltop several times in the last two years and they have been great. Everyone is helpful and I always feel like the are treating me fairly and that I can trust them. They have earned my business permanently.

I ve had tires put on three vehicles and a trailer in the past 12 months. Although it s never fun to spend your money on tires I ve found the prices at Hilltop to be fair, but where they really exceeded my expectations was their customer service. I m glad I gave them a chance they are my tire guys now

My car decided to blow out the front right tire on 1/11/24 at about 12:40 pm right on I-235. After getting towed to Hilltop, the staff had a new, full set of tires placed by 3:30 pm. They were busy the whole time I was at the shop, but I got the tires replaced for the next snow storm hitting in a few hours. Thanks for your awesome service Hilltop!!

I was so lucky to find this place! After Yanga's being rude and Gomez 2 lying about having my tires. I was beyond pissed with the whole experience.However I found Hilltop and Jeff and Trevor took care of my car issues smoothly and now they have a customer for life.

Had the pleasure of using Hilltop Tire and Automotive/East Hubbell on two occasions recently. They replaced my RV trailer springs, equalizers, and realigned the axles and wheels. The tires on my trailer were heating up and failing at high speed. Now the trailer is riding/towing and tracking much better with no apparent problems. Amazing!I would highly recommend them as the personal attention and service from start to finish is top notch at Hilltop!

My most recent visit to Hilltop was excellent, much like all my visits there. I had a bad starter and brakes that were replaced in a very timely manner.And the front desk service is always informative and very professional.

Update: Despite everything that happened I give 4 stars as I received a phone call from the owner who made things right. I appreciate this greatly.I chose Hilltop due to all their great customer reviews. Unfortunately they failed on many levels when it came to the service I received. I brought them a 2017 GMC Sierra to perform a front and rear wheel alignment at a cost of $540. A little pricey but for quality work I am willing to pay. Upon arriving at home I realized that the bed of my truck sat higher than when I brought it in. My lift blocks that were originally on the rear were gone and were replaced with higher ones. The higher ones had rust on them and were clearly previously used (see pictures). The locating pins on the blocks did not fit properly on my GMC. Upon calling Hilltop (as none of this was disclosed to me and there was nothing on the receipt about the different lift blocks) the mechanic (Doug) stated that the blocks came off a Ford. I would not expect a "reputable" shop to take old parts from a different make and model of vehicle that alter the height of the customers vehicle and also fit improperly without asking or even disclosing this information to me (the customer). Further, upon inspection I found that the U-bolts that they replaced were very long so they used 40 large washers to make them fit. Hilltop did state that they had to replace my old U-bolts and I agreed to that but was under the impression they would be the correct length and not need 32 extra washers to fit (looks horrible and unprofessional). I am very disappointed with the quality and ethics of their work so far as they tout their honesty and trustworthiness.I asked if I could buy the correct parts and have them installed and Hilltop agreed to do this on Monday. It is an hour drive round trip to their shop and it is unfortunate I have to make the trip again. I will update this review per the outcome.Update: 8/29/2022Hilltop replaced the old ford lift blocks they installed on my GMC as they stated they would and refunded me for the incorrect size ubolts they installed and charged me for. However when I received the truck after this the steering wheel was no longer straight while driving straight (see picture). I called and spoke with the mechanic who was responsible for doing all mentioned work on my truck. When asked if the alignment was checked after fixed the old ford lift blocks issue Doug (the mechanic) stated that it shouldn't need to be as the steering wheel was still straight. I told him it wasn't, and he said if I brought the truck back again it would take him five minutes to fix (why wasn't this done before giving it back to the customer?). I didn't have another hour to spend driving back and fixed it myself.Doug reportedly did most of the work on my truck. Hilltop's website states the following:"Doug is now known as our suspension guru because of his meticulous attention to detail and many years of experience. Doug s mechanical skills combined with his commitment to provide exceptional service to our customers, makes him the ideal shop manager."Unfortunately my experience showed the opposite.The hilltop staff were easy to deal with despite all the issues caused by the shop, and for that I am grateful, but I will not be coming here again as I like for things to be fixed correctly the first time.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Absolutely Professional, and service oriented all the way. Very consensus, and thorough in every detail to the point of showing me the work to be done or can t do for any given reason !!! I will be back, and we ll recommend Hill Top, and their staff to all my friends. Great customer service! I had a flat tire due to a nail and cracked wheel. They were able to help me out with patching the tire and getting a new wheel the next day. Highly recommend this place!
