Ordered parts. Box arrived OPEN with missing items. I informed them via email and after 2 weeks their response was file a police report but regardless no refund would happen. I cancelled all my pending orders and still have yet to receive any refund confirmation. I filed a report with my credit card. Horrible customer service without solutions to problems. Basically if you order something and it gets stolen or they forget to package it, they ll tell you to get lost.

After months of neglecting to ship my parts they finally decided to ship them telling me there was a "slight part number" issue. The next problem was that they sent it to a completely different address than the shipping or even the billing address. No idea if they just ripped me off or what.

1000/1000 can t say enough about how good FTSpeed has been to me through their Customer Support Specialist, David who not only assisted through my queries and in picking out the right parts for my car but also in helping with international shipping. Will definitely be buying through them again.

Definitely the best customer service I've ever received. I bought an F1 style brake light for my supra which developed a technical fault, Casey and Brian dealt with the problem brilliantly sending me a new unit out very quickly, soooo very impressed with ftspeed.
