So deeply sad to have learned that the owner Tad, passed away in a freak accident in his car repair shop, Eastown Tire & Auto shop, He continues to be dearly missed! I have been a customer of Tad's for over 10 years. He was an honest, hardworking, personable, and knowledgeable man. Every time I saw him, even if he was busy, he was positive and took time to talk. I may not have been a close friend but every time I came in I felt like he treated me as one. I do not know if I will ever find a mechanic like Tad again. He will be missed, rest in peace my friend.

Eastown was recommended by my son in law, that you can count on them to fix issues you don't want to do or haven't experienced yet. I have had a few issues completed at a fair price and outstanding workmanship. Tad is very knowledgeable, and will treat you right!

The mechanics at this shop are honest, friendly and easy to work with. After one visit, I got my car back and a couple days later another light came on. I was hesitant to call them again because of the issue - but they came to my office, picked up my car, took it back to their shop, repaired the issue, and returned the car to my office at no charge. Their pricing is better than other shops in town and are worth a trip to the east side.
