Ryan did a great job! Very reasonable price for the repair and replacement of my battery. Gave me good recommendations and he also has good resources at his disposal. I recommend giving him a call.

Husband and I took his car to Docs auto and was very unprofessional. Had to ask for a contract the day we dropped off the car, and our first big red flag was that he didn't currently have an intake form or contract for service. He quickly wrote one out for me and emailed it to me. It was very vague and has failed to honor it. Over the time he had the car there was several red flags. I should pushed to see his credentials or anything because I didn't trust him in the beginning. Claimed he had a shop when he was working out of a garage. Would constantly lie about the work he was doing and the experience he had. Used his roommates works tools and got fired from his work for dropping a car off a lift. I would never trust this company to even fill the air in my tires.Service: Engine repair

Ryan was great and super helpful! Returned my missed call and came to my dorm to change my battery on a Sunday afternoon. Came to check everything out, removed the battery, went to the store to get a new one, then came back and replaced. Whole process took about an hour. Super reasonable prices as well. Brought my wife's vehicle to him as it had a miss in it after Ryan diagnosing it told me it was the intake gasket and the throttle body when he made the repair he shorted out my starter and tried to tell me it it just happens wanted me to pay for a new starter and have him put it in. After doing that the vehicle still didn't start and the problem he was to fix was still their. I have since requested a refund for the work he did has it did not fix the problem and no response. I would highly recommend going somewhere else as he does not seem to know what he says he does or should.

Best prices around. Excellent customer service. Did the repairs needed to my daughter's car in an unexpectedly short amount of time compared to other shops. Quality workmanship and above and beyond knowledge of diagnosing all issues with her car. Explained everything thoroughly so I knew what to plan for and what was going to be fixed. Said he could get the job done in 3 days tops. Took him 28, and didn't even finish the work quoted. Halfway through the job I needed to use the car for work and was given the car back halfway fixed, gave the car back two days later and apparently another caliper needed to be replaced and without paying for these additional parts after driving my car to him, I would have had to had a tow come get my car, Poor communication throughout, left a McDonald's Receipt in my front seat and overall very unprofessional and disrespectful. no receipt given, no invoice. Will Not be returning or recommending be wary.UPDATE 3/30/2022: so it has also come to my attention he just outright DID NOT change one of the 4 Calipers i paid for, so keep that in mind. absolutely disgusting service. also forgot to mention before that he took Christmas vacation time while in possession of my vehicle and i wasnt made aware until after he came back. i have text proof.In response to your comment, I still have the caliper I changed recently. Had my boyfriends car for a whole week and did a quarter of the work he was suppose to in that time and did not communicate with us at all. Took car back and he's had it for 2 days and finally got to working on it just to find out he can't even fix some of the things. The lack of communication and how long it took despite him saying he'd get it done within a day or 2 originally is ridiculous. Will not be going to him again for anything. Worst service I've had.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair
