Great service. Very professional team all around. Got me in and out in an hour with 5 new tires. Even bagged the old ones I was keeping and loaded in the back for me. Best experience getting new tires I ve probably ever had.

Excellent customer service. Came in on a Saturday with few hours before close. Had a tire that could not be repaired. Tristen and Caleb were able to locate tires from another location and get them installed same day. Each conversation with every customer was thoughtful and respectful. Highly recommend.

I purchased tires from this place back in 2018 or 2019. I was supposed to get a rebate for my tires they gave me an EXPIRED form. 1st not cool thing about this place.My next bad experience was trying to get tires rotated. The tread life is still in the green but the sales person ( who is obviously paranoid) said that because of the age of my tires I needed to replace them.What new kinds of ways are we inventing to throw away more stuff the tires tread is still good According to his little machine.I m wondering if the sales person s longevity is what is really at stake. Trying to sell people tires when their tires still have plenty of tread life in them.I should probably give the company less stars but they were really good this winter when they filled my tires with air.I too work in the customer service industry and I think it s time I take my business elsewhere based upon the service I received from initial purchase.Be very cautious in your dealings with this place. Filling landfills with tires that are not ready for removal and replacing seems to be priority here.Guess their tires are like cell phones gotta have the newest and latest versions the tires I have are still good he even said so he was trying to scare me into buy more tires. RUDE.

I had my damaged valve stem replaced, but couldn't get the TPMS light to go off. Tried 3 different shops, but no one had the available diagnostic tool. Caleb at the front, walked me out and after explaining what the possible solutions could be, correctly resolved the issue in 10 mins, all while thoroughly detailing what exactly he was doing. Quick, friendly service, would recommend.

Have always liked DT and long ago before there was stores in IA, I purchased tires online at their website. Always great deals & super fast shipping.I still purchase tires through their website, but now I can have them installed in their stores as well.Employees have always been polite & friendly & never had an issue with service done at this location. Keep up the good work.

Amazing, never been there before. I was recommended by my parents. The guy who helped me was Tristan. It was his 1st day today he transferred from a different store. He was amazing I'm definitely coming here for now on. I came in with a screw in my tire. Very helpful, thank you so much for getting me back on the road.

Stylish new shoes for my Jeep Wrangler this morning. I was getting pretty close to needing new tires for my Jeep Wrangler two door, they were getting worn down enough to be a danger of hydroplaning on wet pavement so I ask my Son Brian where to go. I'm very glad I took his advice and went to Discount Tire on SE 14th in Des Moines. I found Mason and Brandon to be most helpful and knowledgeable. Discount Tire was very price competitive and for looks and performance recommended the BF Goodrich A/T KO2s. I still can't believe how quickly they had me back on the road, no more than 30 minutes at most.I'll give you one guess where I will be returning for my future tire needs. The Jeeps handling and ride are profoundly better, I personally like the looks of this tire as well. My experience here from beginning to end was superb, this is a very well run tire center, I give them my highest recommendation.

Needed tires and had trouble setting up online appointments with other companies so I walked into Discount Tires and in less than 1.5 hours I had new tires. The service was great. ThanksFeb 2024 update. Went in for second free tire rotation and I booked appointment online using my account. The person that waited on me said he didn't have an account for me or any record of my tires. I travel a lot and had my receipts with me so he said I am not sure how that happened and why not in my system. I was so impressed with the service prior today but today I felt I was treated like I am everywhere else. We sold the service to you but now we don't want to honor it. The tire rotation was quick and they were very nice but they were looking for money today.

I'm what you'd call a backyard mechanic, and do most all of my own mechanical work on cars; the only major exception is tires, so finding a reputable tire shop is a must. I trust Discount Tire to be fair and honest, and provide excellent service. I've been to the locations on 14th and 86th street for multiple vehicles. I've had appointments and done walk-in, and every time the service was top notch. They are fast, friendly, and priced well. They even have a military discount and a discount for paying with a Discount Tire card. I highly recommend Discount Tire if you don't have a local shop you go to and you need excellent service.

Discount tire has never disappointed me ever. The service here is top notch, somehow the corporation has been able to keep good people in place. Mr Kevin H. Zapata was able to assist from start to finish in a pretty quick time. I will continue to get my personal as well as my company's vehicle serviced across the nation. Shout out to Mr Anthony Brown way out in California who got me introduced to Discount brand. Two thumbs up.

Absolute legends at this place. They had a decent grip of customers in the store and provided them all with outstanding service. Whether it was someone getting a free flat tire fix, or dropping some bands on new rims and tires, they all had a quality experience. They got me back on the road in less than an hour and didn t tease me for having curbed rims like a soccer mom.

They are the nicest people that work there. Purchased my tires there and they do a free tire rotation. Place was really busy but was out in 30mins. On another occasion they removed a screw from my tire. Great customer service.

I've brought two cars in for full sets of tires mounted and balanced. For the 2nd car, I bought my tires from a different online discount tire store thinking that would be cheaper... I brought them in to the shop to have them mount/balance them. Come to find out, this particular Discount Tire store on SE 14th will match (and likely beat) any online tire discount store rates. The manager said he could've gotten me even nicer tires (including install) for less than what I paid for just the tires online. I will definitely call them first next time!! They're courteous, respectful and take the time to explain things. Not many shops are like that!

Will be using them for all of my tire needs moving forward. Very friendly staff, very quick service and they keep you updated along the way. These guys went above and beyond. Very pleased with the service I received and prices are fair.

I just walked in trying to get my tire patched and was greeted within a few steps of the doorway. Got checked in and was informed they patch tires for free!! I couldn t believe it, I thought he was messing with me. Nope! got it fixed no charge. They just made a customer for life! Coming back for rims and tires in the spring!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Replaced all four tires on my truck at a reasonable price. They also offer road hazard protection on their tires.

I've used discount tire three times now for tires & have had a great experience every time. This most recent time they got me tires for my 2015 Camaro & were absolutely the best price I could find. I scheduled my appointment for 3:30pm & I was out the door with my tires installed a little before 4:15pm. They have a nice warranty policy, free tire repair, & free rotations for life.

I called to see if they had a rim for my dump trailer bc one of my tires blew in the road. They said yes we have a spare for you. I go there waited an hour and half and after that they told me we don t have it. So I wasted time waiting for it. They also wouldn t let me get a new tire until I brought back the tire that blew. Poor service and poor communication

I bought two new rear tires for my 09 Challenger SRT8 and had them rotate the fronts. Upon leaving I had a wobble in the steering wheel. Brought it back and they rebalanced the front tires for free which completely fixed the issue. They also found my TPMS sensor was damaged upon removal of the tire and replaced it free of charge.I have brought all of my family's vehicles here and will absolutely continue to do so.They have an absolutely incredible team!

Great spot to get tires. Affordable prices and great service, top notch. Mason did a fantastic job when it comes to costumer service. The mechanics were also fast and friendly. 10 out 10 I would recommend this spot to all my friends and family. Great work guys.

We had a flat repair request at 2:00 p.m. took the car in at 1:30 and they did their best to get the car ready. We went for lunch and got back around 2 :15 and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Thank you!

Ordered tires online, and the guys called to let me know they would have to be ordered from the manufacturer and wouldn't be available by the date of my appointment, they had an alternate option at the shop and were able to fit me in at the end of the same day; I think my wait was less than 45 minutes with multiple other customers in the store. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first time using Discount Tire but all the guys working from front desk to techs went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I bought my tires off their website and made an appointment and they had them installed in less than 1 hour. Their prices are cheaper than other local shops. Great, friendly service. Will definitely be a returning customer.
