Not very convenient. I was looking for an accessory for my older Chevy Blazer. The showroom mostly hosted tool chest for the truck. They only offered one brand of wheel guards and they has to be special ordered.

Spent $500 on running boards. When ordered it said they would be shipped in 24-48 hours. Called a couple of days later and customer service said it would be another 8 days. The next day I received an email saying it they were not going to be available for another 13 days on top of the original 8. Sent email back to customer service to see what is going on for documentation. If don't get answer quickly will cancel entire order and make sure to report back.

Was looking for running boards or nerd bars. Stopped in and asked he said "You bet $40.00". I said"huh"!Nice new nerd bars on my truck with the brackets for $40.00. I saved $200.00 great place.

Great guys no bs haggling or up selling I found what I wanted bought it and he carried it to my truck for me. Very friendly staff answered my questions. Would 100% recommend these guys

I stopped in to price side steps for my Dodge. Tay( not sure about the spelling) sold them , installed them, and got me back on the road quickly. Excellent service !!!! Thanks again.

Went into store to price running boards and a bed cover. As I turned around and walked out the person at the counter said to the other person, people come in here and want everything for nothing. The prices they quoted me weren't that great any way, so I'm not going back. I apologise for the inconvenience DeeZee

Got my new truck and needed a bed mat so it wouldn't get any scratches and they ordered it for me I picked it up it fit I'm happy staff was very helpful and I will be going back for everything I need thank you

Dee Zee outlet Advertised an aluminum transfer tank on Craigslist I called them Friday at 5:30 they said they still had it. Saturday morning I drive over 2 hours to Dee Zee outlet arrive at 9:00am talk to the guy working there I told him I seen a transfer tank on Craigslist he shows me a steel one and says here's the one off Craigslist I tell him it's not and show him the add, he proceeded to say they sold out of the ones that were advertised on Craigslist. I will not buy any Dee Zee products because of this.

This place surely is not a good place to get your work done or to buy anything from this place tore up my window seals up putting on window visor on and talking them off because they was messing up my windows. After they said they were okay. Won't be back.
