Coming through from Md. and we have been having issues with our RV Onan generator. Got us right in, Nathan got right to work on it and had us back on the road in under two hours. Service manager Joe and Cherise took excellent care of my family of five. Nice lounge area. Thank you!!

My generator was not running right and needed it for this weekend. Called them and Ryan said bring it in today. It was obvious they were busy but worked me in to get the generator serviced and diagnose the problem. I live an hour away so I am very grateful they adjusted their schedule to accommodate me. Comfortable lounge for me to wait was also nice.

Came to get automatic generator starter installed on our RV as factory told us we didn't have that capability. Get to cummins and tech informed us we did. Saved us a lot of money. Thank you cummins for having such wonderful employees.

Had a valve cover leaking that another Cummins shop did from a prior service . I call this shop here ahead of time and they got me right in to address the issue. Thank you and definitely appreciated it!

They are very fast and efficient.!! They diagnosed the problem got it fixed and was on my way in a very short time and they have lots of Parts and Equipment available to fulfill your needs

The staff there was extremely nice & very knowledgeable about my RV. I am a senior citizen & have a handicap. I also had a large dog with me. I had to stay awhile for them to fix the problem I was having. They kept checking on us & even 1 of the employee's took my dog outside for me so he could potty. I am so impressed with this location. They are GREAT.

Briar was awesome, turns out only problem with generator was a blown fuse and it was kinda hidden so wouldn't no where to look. Took time to show us where it was and also brought us his business card and pamphlet of all cummins suppliers and service numbers in future. Diagnosis was done almost immediately and called within half hour after we left. Thanks for great service.

Thanks for job well done. Dropped truck off Thursday am for radiator, air to air, boot round outside it, flex pipe on def, neutral clutch switch. 48hrs later truck was done. Job well dine once again.

My husband and I brought our 2018 Jayco Seneca in for and oil change, chassis grease and other maintenance. Easy check in and check out, super friendly staff and reasonable rates. Plus, they had our entire service done in 2.5 hours. Five stars!

We have owned different RVs over the last 30+ years. Cummins has always been very good at repairing whatever needed attention. They are very knowledgeable on the different brands of RVs we ve owned. They really try to get you in ASAP and on your way again.

Everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful trying to figure out what was wrong with my RVs generator. Brought it in and picked it up all good to go on the 2nd day all under warranty!

Hard to find people to do good work and be honest. Had great luck with Jason service manager , and Jeff service technician. Were very knowledgeable and won't go anywhere else for service. Very happy with their service.

I would recommend this shop to anyone needing generator repair. The per hour rate is a little high but they do great work.

Poor service department, Its all guess work for them at the customers time and expenses. The reason why all there bays are full with trucks all the time is that can't fix things right the first time around. Takes at least 3 if you're lucky

Horrible servicing times. My company has a generator for a high priority site that is still down after making my first call 2 months ago. And to top it off they charge $900 for a service call?!?! Will defiantly be finding a new outfit to service our equipment in the future.

Best service. Jason and Robert(service managers)were really helpful and knowledgable. I would highly recomend this Cummins Truck Service to everyone. I will go back to service my truck again.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

always have to sit on hold for 10 minutes minimum. Just sat on hold for 11 minutes just for someone to say "hello?" and then hung up right away.

Parts hold times are about stupid, and listening to the hold recording repeat itself every 15 seconds doesn t help.

Disappointing. Asked to be in service at 7:00..got checked in around 7:15. 8:30 and counting.. still waiting. Why not say 9:00?

Incompetent service technicians, engine was misdiagnosed and was overcharged. Will never use again!
