This is to me the best auto service shop in town. Been with them for a while. They do a great job and when I m in need to get my vehicles in in an emergency they have done that for me. And their prices ave very fair. Nothing outrageous like other shop. Very good technicians and a very friendly owner. Keep up the good work guys. You ll rock.

I was referred to Cotofos by the dealership where I purchased my car. To date I ve spent over $4,000 in service/repairs including: AC compressor, Oil Tank, Valve Gasket Cover. Cotofos has always been professional, got me in quickly and provided a quick diagnostic. The valve gasket had a 2 year warranty, within a few weeks of the initial service to replace the valve gasket the vehicle started leaking oil again. I was able to get right in, Cotofos diagnosed the valve gasket and replaced it free of charge to me under the warranty. I would highly recommend Cotofos as knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

I have gone to Cotofo s many times, and they have always done an excellent job. In this case, I had been told that I needed a major and costly repair by another shop. I took my car to Cotofos, and they determined the first diagnosis was wrong. Thanks, Cotofo s!! You got the work done right and saved me a lot of money. Excellent mechanics. My car runs great now.

I took my car to have my brake pads changed because it was cheaper than my dealership. I noticed that they started to make noises when I would press on the break and also when I would turn. So I took it to my dealership to see what was wrong. Well turns out that they found the front brake pads installed incorrectly and no lube was found on slide pins. It s disappointing that the work performed was not done properly.

3/15/24 great service, friendly and honest business7/29/23I had to have a lot of repairs done on my van. They kept me informed on the issues and what all needed done and what DIDN'T. They don't try to add things that are not needed. I appreciate that type of service.This business is very honest, loyal and gives high quality in their performance of service. From the person answering the call to all the techs.They're my neighborhood auto shop. They treat you like family and very understanding. I've been doing business with them for many years. I have been going to this shop for years. Noe and Lucy raise the bar on customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thier prices are very fair and work is done right the first time. I would say what keeps me going back is that they are very trustworthy and happy. They feel like Family. Reasonable/fair prices and quality work. I have been bringing my vehicle here for years and always satisfied with the work they perform. Thought we needed a repair....car turned out to be fine. They still checked everything over and noticed I needed oil change so was able to get that done. They went above and beyond what we asked of them. Ty so much!

I havent gotten a service here yet and I dont think I want to because back in March I went to get my brakes checked to see if i needed them replaced and they had told me that my brake pads needed to be replaced asap. However when I went to get the checked by another brake shop they told me they still had some life up until the summer. Very dishonest in my experience to say the least.

Job goodBUT the guy at front service and in the phone terrible experience, he got mad on me because O reallys didn t have the piece I need it till next day, he call me and keep telling me I m loosing money because of you around 10 times I did have to hang up and next day I send someone else to give him the piece and pick up the car because I really didn t feel good to go to that place and have to deal with him again.Service: Brake service & repair

This team alway provides excellent service have been taking my cars here for over 5 years! I have had nothing but horrible experiences with them. First it was with my cadillac, they had my car for weeks and changed multiple parts on the car that racked the dealership a bill of over 1300$ and never fixed the issue. Second they charge me 165$ with a 20$ hidden fee (has no explanation as to why the fee exists) to fix my exhaust flex pipe. They welded a 4 cheap part and charged me 60$ for what cost 6$ at oreilys. On top of that a few inches down it was broken over time and instead of just replacing it they wanted to tack on an extra 45$ +tax to weld another 4 pipe. The guy is very unprofessional and chooses who he wants to do good work for. Would NOT RECOMMEND!Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Shysters thru and thru. Was quoted 120-130. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, they charged me 220. And the 2 quarts of transmission fluid should've been included in the quote amount. Instead I had to pay $30 a piece. The work has held up thus far, but the deception isn't worth paying twice whatever they quote!

They fix the issue then suddenly something new pops up. And then they turn around and blame you. Very poor service I took my vehicle to another shop and was advised the work done previously was done incorrectly and caused another issue. Thanks for nothing.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Towing service is rip off they tell you one price on the phone and then they charge you another price when they pick up the car , bunch of liers definitely never doing business with them again
