When ever I need an oil change or tires this is the place to go. I have always had great service and done in a timely manner. I recommend this business to everyone I know. I also want to tell you I worked with a gentleman who had hearing issues, he was having trouble with his corvette, he called another company and did was very disillusioned with just speaking with them on the phone. I then gave his Capital City for the towing service. He walked into this business and was greeted by the owner who stood up shook this mans hand and took care of his needs. They go above and beyond. I had an Audi that needed a new transmission, not only did they fix my car they also towed it. All of their employees are very professional, informative, ethical, and reasonable. I had some grinding going on with my brakes and I noticed some uneven wear on my tires. I called a friend who referred me to Tyler at Capitol City Automotive. I spoke wiI spoke with Tyler and we set up a time to bring in my 2011 Chevy Traverse. He was able to give me a diagnosis of the problems my car was having within about an hour after droppingit off- a "frozen" brake caliper and an alignment isuue, at which point he had an estimate ready for me.BUT WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST is that he found a few small issues associated with the necessary work he was performing but CALLED ME BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS TO JUST GO AHEAD AND DO THE WORK! This made me VERY HAPPY!Aside from the cost of new tires (which they were due anyways) the work (INCLUDING THE FOUND ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH THE NECESSARY REPAIRS) came in at just $26 over the estimate.
