The entire experience at this location was absolutely amazing! Regina and Jim were so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a unique situation needing to get work done at a very specific time while on road trips (dropping off myself and being picked up later by my daughter). From the beginning they reassured me they could accommodate our situation and were patient with the special circumstances. They were so thoughtful in immediately calling to advise me that that they were afraid the insurance company would deem the car as a total loss due to the repair costs in case we wanted to pick it back up before leaving the area as planned. They were extremely accommodating in agreeing to keep the care secure there despite not getting the work done and being picked up later. They were so friendly, understanding and accommodating offering water and showing concern for myself and her after our long drives. Communication was always prompt and professional throughout the entire journey. Questions were always answered. They even showed empathy for the fact that insurance had actually refused to fix it due to the overall cost versus value. Later, they again went out of their way to assist us providing additional information long after the original assessment. I have just been wowed every step of the way as to the outstanding service provided. Their actions brought a smile to my face so many times despite a frustrating situation. We should all conduct ourselves in life and in business the way Regina and Jim do. Kudos and thank you again!!! :)

Very friendly staff! Getting an estimate was fast and easy and repairs were done very quickly as well. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to everyone! You can tell they enjoy what they do and made the whole process easy and stress free

These guys were amazing!This review is more a positive one for their character and reputation. I recently relocated and my Jeep did not have a place for a license plate on the front. Jim helped me from the onset. They were fast they were reliable and they were genuine. What was the nuanced to me he would handle it with ease. Thank you Caliber Collision

Working with Caliber was one of the best auto shop experiences I've ever had. From my very first interaction with them over the phone, to them helping me transfer all my "mom stuff" from the rental car back into my van, they were professional, friendly, and kind. I got regular updates on the status of the repair and it was completed a week before the original estimate. The quality of the repair was fantastic. They helped me feel better even in the midst of dealing with a hit-and-run. If I ever need a body shop for insurance or non-insurance covered reasons in the future, I will go to Caliber.

Caliber Collision staff are very professional and kept me up to date on everything they did. They even offered to fix my airbags but couldn't due to the automakers strike. I am very happy with the final product of my truck.

I was in rear ended and had some significant damage to the back of my car. The staff at Caliber was very friendly and easy to work with. Jim kept me well informed throughout the process and was very thorough in explaining what had been damaged and what was replaced. They even paired with the car rental company that gave me a ride to the rental location. Everything was very easy and my car looks brand new. Hopefully we don't have any accidents in the future, however, if we did we would trust them with any vehicle repairs that were needed.

They got our car looking brand new, including matching the paint perfectly and finding extra ways to go above and beyond. They took every opportunity to make us feel like our car was in good hands, and they answered every question we had. These guys are respectful and helpful and I can t recommend them enough! I was given a choice by my insurance company to use Caliber or another shop or one of my choice. I chose Caliber. I had the utmost best customer service, from Regina at the front desk who offered my coffee, snacks and in general was extremely pleasant and personable.When I met Wendell Adamson, the guy that actually took care of my repair (I had hit a deer), I couldn't have been in better hands. He not only kept me informed as to their progress, but checked with me on a regular basis to let me know the status of the repair, the availability to get parts and the process to obtain them, (it's an 2007, and parts these days are difficult to come by).In today's world where there is almost no customer service, these people went way beyond the norm these days. They not only brought me home after I dropped it off, but also picked me up to pick it up when it was finished. They had washed it and even cleaned the dash.As a business owner, I'd be proud to have these people as employees.I would definitely take my vehicle there again if needed.

Caliber helped me with my first car repair. Made the process a lot less stressful and smooth. Everyone was extremely kind. They helped me get to where I was renting a car. Any delays was communicated clearly and they took extra time to make sure everything was done correctly. Am happy with the repairs.

I wanted to write a quick note about Caliber Collision on SW 61st and the work they done on my car. Everything was professional and completed on time. The office manager was very friendly and helpful through the process especially with my rental car. Overall, I m completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

The people at Caliber Collision did a stellar job! Everyone there I interacted with was very polite, funny, & knowledgeable. The repairs were great, & they were able to cover $3500 in repairs for my $500 insurance deductable! They answered all my questions, even cleaned my car inside & out & aired my tires! Highly recommend! Only issue was waiting on parts, but that wasn't their fault, it's out of their control.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit on the side, the passenger door was damaged, dented and pain scraped all along the side of the car. Caliber Colliaion offered stellar service! They updated me every other day to let me know what parts came in, what they were waiting on, whether they got something started or finished. Super professional through and through. They also offered ride service so I didn't have to grab an uber or lyft to get my car which I enjoyed! The GM, Jim, I believe?, was so kind, professional, and easy to work with! My truck was hit in a hit and run, very unexpectedly about 2 weeks before a road trip to visit family. Between getting the insurance claim started and the whole process of getting the truck evaluated, caliber made it about as smooth and painless of a process as I could have hoped for. They got the truck fixed in less time than anticipated, and it looks beautiful, like the damage never happened.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wendell and the caliber team did an awesome job on my car! I was impressed from the very first day I walked into the shop. Everyone was friendly and said hello as they walked by.I also appreciated the communication from Wendell. He updated me multiple times a week on the progress. Jim Fiddler and staff at Caliber Collision on SW 61st were very professional, yet personable. The estimate was more than the final cost and they refunded my insurance company the difference. I appreciate an honest business. As for my car, it amazes me what they can do to make a car look like new again! They did a great job!! My car was even clean and shiny when I picked it up. I highly recommend them.

Genuinely kind people who are great at what they do. I had hail damage repaired and I screwed up some of my insurance information. They knew just what to do, and were communicative throughout the whole process. I didn't expect my car's interior to be cleaned, so I wish I'd cleared it out first! They just put my stuff in the trunk.Oh, and the car looks brand new on the outside, of course.Service: Body & Trim
