Jeff was amazing! He is very honest and easy to work with, being very realistic about my options. I came in with a difficult circumstance and he was able to get me into a safe and reliable vehicle! He also helped my husband a year ago and so we are thankful he was able to assist us both with getting reliable vehicles!

Can't say enough good things about this place and program! Knowledgeable staff who wants to say YES to your situation! You get wholesale cost on labor and parts for anything not listed on top of the best service contract 4 yr 48,000 mile $50 deductible with no cost oil changes! Good selection and they report to all major credit bureaus as well!

Everyone was incredibly helpful, and professional, they worked with us and our budget to get us into the best vehicle that fit what we needed. We were in and out in about 2 hours but never felt rushed! Will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle!

Absolutely junk vehicles, they don't fix it and just keep taking money. Said they fixed a van but it had to be jumped in their lot after they said they fixed it what a joke.Update:SURPRISE IT DIDNT EVEN MAKE OT OUT OF THEIR LOT. ARE YOU KIDDING

My expierence with this company has been amazing start to finish. This would be my third vehicle with them and I can t see myself doing business with anyone else moving forward. Jeff has been my go to salesman and is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help get me into a vehicle that would work best not only for my budget but my preferences as well. Jan with CNAC has also been an amazing point of contact. This company really has some hidden gems working for them! I couldn t be more thankful for everyone of them.

I had a great experience buying from here but when my car completely broke down on the highway not even 6 months into having it I was left on my own. I did purchase the warranty and was in a different state. I got the run around from both the location I bought from (Des Moines) and the local one (Kansas City). No one was willing to help me until I called and told them to just come get the car and I wasn t going to pay on it anymore. Then and only then did they tried to get the service manager involved to come up with a resolution. I went through 2 weeks of constant calling only to be but on hold and hung up on. Save yourself the trouble and don t buy here

Got a car there 2 years ago. Have not had 1 late payment in that time. The one day we call them and let them know we would be 3 days late we get told they have a zero late payment policy. Argued with my husband like he was lying about how his company payroll policy was done. We have literally paid half the loan never being one day late. I borrowed and begged to get this payment take care of. i dont have money for diapers or wipes. But that car payment is made cause my husband has to go.to work. Thanks jan

I can t say enough about how helpful these folks were. They worked with my not so great credit situation and got me into a really nice vehicle for a great price. They really mad me feel like they had my best interests at heart. My salesman, James, was kind and helpful every step of the way. I was in and out with a new vehicle in just a couple of hours.
