Mike is the man! He provides top notch customer service and is knowledgeable and easy to understand. Had a complicated issue but they got me my car back the next day. Mike was able to lower my repair bill by a little bit, which was very much appreciated as well. Thanks again!

Brad's has been great; I just had a dead battery in my car. Got it towed there, and they got it all fixed up the next day, no appointment and only charged for the new battery. They have also done other short/no notice repairs for me. Super nice folks and great at getting you back on the road.

Mike and the guys at Brads Complete Auto Care are top self! Very knowledgeable and thorough when I brought my vehicle in for "a strange noise". They were able to diagnose my problem and get me safely back on the road fast. They took the time to listen to what I had to say, and took care of EXACTLY what my car needed. Prices were good, and my experience- even better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the guys at Brad's Complete!

I was in a desperate situation with a broken hood latch cable and needed to check fluids before winter. Brad s Complete Auto Care went from under the car and got hood open. They topped off all fluids. On top of that, they rerouted the cable through the grill so I can access under the hood any time I need to. All of that for a very nominal fee. I can t say enough good things about them and their service. Us single ladies often feel we can t just roll into a mechanic shop and expect to be treated fairly, honestly and with integrity. This experience has restored my faith in humanity!! They have a customer for life. Mike went out of his way to make sure my dilemma was completely addressed and now have piece of mind that oil, antifreeze and such are safe for the winter. Diana G

Mike is a newer guy up front-I d been to Brads once - before -A while back.I went up there to ask about concerns on a few things .Seeing he was new I wasn t sure how I would be treated as the last up front employees were rude!I went anyway since it s closer to home-Prior I asked around if people would recommend Brads -They said no because they are rude & to high costs.Anyway I was happy I went back last week to see that a new guy was there &I guess he took over the job and he is so much more kind and professional!They took my car in and had one thing fixed to my surprise in a little time.Affordable too .Being a senior citizen and having worries of costs & not so good demeanor-it kept me from repairs.Now I feel more comfortable after that experience.. at Brads !Thanks to Mike and the guy who worked in the shop ( mechanic)that Friday -Maybe now can try to get some work done-If reasonable and able to fix and Friendly I m happy to come back!!Very well recommend this shop !The old lady with little white dog!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Trash people trash service!! Took my car to get interlock put in. They We re completely disrespectful dropped my car off first thing in morning and they were not done at said time had my car COMPLETELY messed up and breathalyzer not intstalled right AT ALL it killed my battery and my horn wasn t even connected! Had to take to another shop and also contact intoxilock on top of all of this my car was trashed and $1,000 worth of personal belongings were stolen out of my vehicle while in there possession for 1 day! Absolutely denied everything and tried to blame ME! Smh very un-professional almost seems like they don t even know what they are doing

I called Brad's after my daughter's teacher recommended that I give him a try. I had been telling her how another chain store mechanic quoted me $600 to replace the oil pan since my drain plug was seized & stripped. So I called Brad's and asked if I could just drop off my Pilot & then he could call me with a quote or when it was done (if he was able to get the plug out. ) I took it in that afternoon and in about 45 minutes he called to say it was done. He had saved me over $500 that afternoon. I will Definitely be back & telling as many people as I can about how thankful I was that I took my friend's recommendation. The guys were very professional, respectful & affordable. Thank you for the great service!Service: Oil change

Trust in a mechanic is a big issue for me. The shop we relied upon closed a few years ago and it's been tough to find a new shop that instills confidence and trust. However, I found it! The folks at Brad's have been great to work with and I'm looking forward to years of great service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We've gotten our oil changed here and they even got our passenger outside mirror replaced WITHIN A DAY! How many other places that do the kind of body work they did can say that? The only negative which wasn't their fault is my insurance company didn't want to pay the same price that they charged for the parts. I know we have friends who use them as well and all of them have had nothing but good things to say. We plan on continuing to go to Brad's as long as they keep up the good work.

I was not getting heat in the cabin due to a suspected heater core being clogged, which is common due to GM DexCool coolant. They flushed my heater core in 30 minutes and I left with hot air! They are honest and approach the issue with common sense first! Will be back again!

Had a nail in my tire i went to 6 different tire shops they said it would be a 4 hour wait or couldn't get me in until next week. Went to brads auto care they got me in right away fixed my tire i was in and out within 15 minutes when mobody else could or would get me in they did i highly recommend them they will take good care of you i will definitely go back

Definitely appreciate Brandon and Liz, And how fast and easy it was for me to come in and pick out a car that I really liked! The best part, if I was able to pick out a car that I liked, and was able to split down payments up that worked with my payment schedule, and all that jazz! The crew here does a fantastic job! From oil changes to moderate mechanical the always come through. The shop is spotless and the prices very competitive. Fantastic experience from another business from Brad!I highly recommend!

Jason and Johnny are both great to work with. Always there to help me out when I am in a jam. They have helped me out on both of my cars on short notice and have fixed everything and i mean everything (from head gaskets to sensors) Couldn't asked for a better shop and set of guys. Prices are very competitive amd they never try to upsell me either. As long as I live in the area this will be the shop i go to.

Not often these days do you find auto service shops that really know what they're doing, and do the job in a reasonable time and price. Jason is the man in charge and I trust him. If you want quality work, you found it. Pete

10/10 took my to one mechanic for a total of $130 for an issue that 2asnt even the issue. I had the same problems. Took it to brads paid $22 and got it fixed. Amazing staff and they keep it 100 with you

My neighbor recommended this facility and happy I decided to give them a call.I dropped my car off and a couple of hours later it was done.I explained to Jason that I didn`t have a ride to pick it up,and he sent a tech out to pick bring me to the shop.All problems solved,I`ll be recommending Brad`s to someone else for service. Thanks.
