I have taken vehicles in for repairs here 3 times in the last 2 years. 2 times they tried to return the vehicles to me with additional damage that wasn't there when I dropped them off. Had I not taken pictures beforehand, they would have denied it but since I was able to show them it wasn't there when I dropped it off, they repaired it. This last time before dropping it off, I was having serious issues with another part of the vehicle that I wanted them to handle under manufacturer warranty. I was told it could be done and they would take care of it. When I picked it up afterwards, the repairs were done but when I asked about the manufacturer work, they stated they forgot to do it but the little they drove it, they had no issues. About three days ago I read about a recall that was issued for my vehicle related to the same scenario I asked then to check out. They may be an alright place but 3/3 times I've given them a vehicle to take care of and they have ended up failing me on service. Not a place I would recommend ever to anyone for repairs and my future vehicle purchases will not be from here.

Great customer service! Very grateful for their assistance after another dealer wouldn't adjust my headlight because my car is on a salvage title as a theft recovery car. It took less than 5 minutes.

Needed a license plate holder added on the front of my car. Appreciated that they got me right in and out and only charged me for the time it took to do the work and not a minimum.

I have never had a better experience with any car related issue. They were incredibly helpful, fast, SO KIND and anything you could ask for in a body shop.
