Customer service was beyond all expectations. Tim and Corey were amazing to deal with. I had multiple questions and had to call several times and they were very accommodating. The process of reviewing repair cost was simple and extremely easy. I highly recommend Beckley to all friends, family, and anyone that is reading this review.

This place saved me thousands! They have some great guys and provided transparent services and pricing. I had gotten my rear differential replaced with another local shop and it was installed wrong and the shop claimed I needed a new one. I didn t feel right about it, and had Brickley look at it and they were able fix the faulty piece causing trouble and get me back in good standing for a few hundred dollars. Definitely would recommend using them for any type of repair small or large.

These guys are lifesavers and incredibly excellent at their jobs! I was traveling across country, San Diego to Minneapolis and my starter went out! If you know BMW, you know that s a bigger job than it should be! However, these guys were able to diagnose and repair my car within a half a day! Absolutely epic! Thank you guys, I would be stuck without you. If there were 10 stars I would give that instead.

I am new to Iowa and have lived in Massachusetts for the past 20+ years. I was in Des Moines and experienced an issue with my 2015 Land Rover LR4. It needed to be towed for repair, and the last place I wanted to take it was the dealership. I d used the same shop in Boston for 4 Land Rovers over 20 years, and I felt lost and a bit desperate. After a quick Google search I found Beckley and their many 5 star reviews jumped out at me. I called and spoke to Tim, who was so incredibly helpful, and I knew I d found my new place. Tim was so communicative through phone and text while my vehicle was being repaired, the technician discovered additional (much needed) repairs during a courtesy inspection, and everything was completed very quickly at a very fair price. Thank you Tim and Beckley Automotive for a phenomenal customer experience and for being my new forever shop that I can rely on to take excellent care of me and my Land Rover.

Beckley is one of the few service providers that actually creates a great customer experience. They respond promptly, communicate details and provide honest transparency to work that is needed or not needed. I will never return to the unnamed dealership where I had prior service . as Beckley truly cares about the customer.

Moved from the Chicagoland area and the hardest part of a move is finding a trusty mechanic. Beckleys has went above and beyond answering all of my questions and making sure my car is running great. Old 2000 Jeep Cherokee running as good as when I first got it. Special thanks to Corey!

Great experience!! Dropped the car off on Friday, didn't think they could get to it until Monday. Got it completed and I was able to pick up Friday afternoon!! Highly Recommend!!

I was passing thru Des Moines from Kansas to Minnesota and my check engine light came on. I called Beckley and they invited me to come in and they would run the codes to see if my car needed immediate repairs or if it was safe to continue to my destination. When I arrived, they took care of me immediately-despite their busy schedule-all this knowing I was just passing thru. They ran the codes-everything was fine. They did this quickly and without charge. The kindness and service extended to me was unbelievable. If I were a local I d give them my business all the time

First time using the pickup service my building offers. Couldn't have been happier. They kept me in the loop via text, charged me fairly, and my vehicle was done without me having to do anything other than park in a different spot in the ramp. A++

My car was in below freezing temps at the airport for a week and and wasn't running right when I got back. I didn't want to try to drive an hour home. My brother recommended Beckley. Not only did they get my car in that day to diagnose, they had it ready for me to get home that afternoon. They gave me a ride to a coffee shop while I wanted. Tim was very friendly. The office was very clean. Everyone was very professional. While I don't live in the area, I would highly recommend them to anyone who does! My brother said they will continue to use Beckley and refer others as well.

I came in looking for a 2nd opinion on an oil leak. They were able to diagnose my problem and take care of it. I called a few different times for status updates since it took a while to complete the job. They were quick to follow up and keep me posted with updates. My only concern through the process was how long it all took. But it was understandable given all the work required. Will definitely be back.

Was very nervous about getting my Audi serviced after the local dealership said I needed a gasket replaced for an oil leak the dealership found as soon as my warranty expired. I called the dealership twice trying to get through to make an appointment to get an estimate from the dealership so I decided to look elsewhere.Beckley Automotive not only answered the phone on the first try they were happy to give me an estimate. They advised that the leak was not as serious as I ve been led to believe, but there was some seepage. They said the repair wasn t urgent but they would be happy to do it for me when I was ready, they gave me an extremely reasonable estimate so I proceeded to have it done and it was done the next day.Beckley Automotive staff was courteous before having my business, they provided a shuttle, they provided an estimate as asked, and were very reasonably priced.I m so relieved to have found a reliable source to have my Audi serviced since my experience with the dealership was less than satisfactory.

I coordinated a repair from son s car who is a student at Drake and with me being in Missouri. The team at Buckley were professional and transparent in their estimates and repairs. I feel very comfortable referring them to anyone and especially if you are in an out of town situation like me.

I stopped in here to have them put air in my tires. Just a simple thing, however they dropped everything to help me. It is hard to find such a great business with outstanding service like that. Do not hesitate to give them a try. You will be glad you did!

Tim and the guys were awesome at Beckley, I was traveling from out of town had some issues during the cold weather with my vehicle. They understood my situation and were able to work me in the next morning and have me on my way later that same day. I would definitely recommend Beckley Automotive!

I ve been coming to Beckley s for almost 10 years now to have both of my Mercedes-Benz serviced. The entire team is great to work with. They are quick with the repairs. They ve never had to do the same job twice and have never recommended a service that wasn t required. If anything they ve saved me money by not doing work that wasn t needed. I have been recommending them to all my friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality and honest repair shop.

I moved to town and decided on an auto mechanic using Google reviews. I've never been so happy. Reliable, honest, thorough, affordable, helpful, friendly, and it's the nicest waiting area I've ever been in. No blaring TV or dirty seating. Instead, you can sit in a nice sofa or at a table, enjoy a cup of free coffee, and use the excellent WiFi.

Beckleys was recommended to us by a friend and they exceeded our expectations for service! After being quoted a ridiculous price by Willis Infiniti, we called Beckleys and they gave us a quote over the phone for almost half the cost! They were able to get our car in the next day and have it done and ready for us! They will be our new go to place for car services!

I think a person would have to search long and deep to find a better, more skilled, more professionally managed business. Their diagnostic skills are superb, and their ability to communicate is likewise. They make the BMW dealer look like a high school shop class at best!

I called in because I had something hanging from underneath my car. I was stressed about possibly causing further damage. I called, Tim answered the phone. He was so nice and didn't judge me for my lack of knowledge in the automotive department. They got me in so quickly, took care of the issue, and priced it so fairly. I can't recommend this place enough!

An honest and straightforward shop, committed to quality. I have my car serviced here because I know it'll be done right, and I won't have anything to worry about. My dad was an ASE certified automotive technician for ~30 years, and just from the knowledge I gained growing up around him I can tell you this is the shop you want to take your vehicle if you care about keeping it running as well as possible for as long as possible.

I ve been taking my truck to Beckleys for years. They ve always provided fantastic service. Their online payment platform is excellent as well and allows you to select which services you would like them to take care of while your vehicle is in the shop; no surprises when you pick it up. Highly recommend!
