Took my Class A DP in to get an alignment. Ended up needing a couple ball joints and bearings. Danny and the guys were great to work with and did an excellent job. Did their best to keep cost down and very friendly service.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Today my family and I were heading back home and we had our tire blow on the highway. Luckily we were less than a mile away from these amazing guys. They have helped us find a rim from a local scrapeyard and even gave us a ride there and back to the shop. Here they put it on and they are going to help give is a ride back to the stranded car on the highway, DURING RUSHHOUR, and they are not taxing us any extra fees! If your ever in a tough spot and they're around! GO TO THEM!

Came to get a new tire for our horsr trailer after having a flat. The customer service is beyond amazing. Took the time to balance all of the others and rotated 2 of them. They are friendly, helpful and great people. Would gladly come back!

Very happy to find this place when we were traveling to Colorado & realized that one of our tires had low pressure. It s right off the highway, very convenient, & we were told to pull right into a service bay (large enough to accommodate our p/u truck & 30 travel trailer. They fixed our tire IMMEDIATELY in & out in a half hour!!! We ll organized & great service.

Truckers please if you have alignment issues I bet you,you would love to come to Bauer Des Moines IA.The staff is great.very polite and willing to help out.Ask for Danny I wish I could give Him 10 stars.i pulled in without appointment and yet he was soo polite and willing to help me out.for the very first time I enjoyed driving in my truck; it was like new,quiet and very stable despite the wind push.He did a great job adjusting my steering box and doing the alignment.BAUER IS THE PLACE TRUCKERS.

These guys are awesome! They ve always taken great care of me no matter if it s my semi or my personal vehicles! The customer service is the best! Fast,honest and reliable! Bauer is the only place I will do my tire work at!

These folks take great care of customers. Had a small problem with my inner stem extensions on my RV, stopped in and was taking care of right away. They even gave me a straight air chuck to ease in serving my tires. Great job Bauer Built employees. Thanks Hawkeye Dave!

Most corrupt Tire shop I have ever seen. Hit something on the highway at an accident scene damaged a trailer rim. Told the guy to use the spare in the tire carrier and a new rim. They called our office and told them they would not complete the repair unless we bought a new tire. Would not recommend these crooks to someone I hated more than taxes.

Story time. I arrived at flyingj yesterdays at 5pm because I needed a trailer tire replaced. They put me on the service list $500 out the door because they don t offer used. So I woke up and drove to Bauer this morning. Drove straight into a bay. They installed a used Michelin tire 75% tread for $228 out the door. I only took about :25. My coffee was still warm when I got back in my truck. Wow flyingj just called to tell me a bay is ready lol

Great people/friends....Awesome tire service for every type of tire repair or replacement.Fast and courteous to all that walk through their door...or the ones that require in the field service from their qualified service vehicle team.Bauer Built Tire....give them a shout next time you need tires !!!

Great place! Had a flat on my trailer on I80. Road service was out within an hour and had the new tire on within 30 minutes. Service was awesome and my wallet didn t take too bad of a hit!! Thanks

Wouldn t hire me because I didn t fit there requirements Even though I ve been changing tires for 4 year and have the the requirements I need an not only that but have a CDL. I would think they would hire someone like me but I m guessing they need someone that has no idea what there doing but I guess that s there lose! Hopefully that person has the required skills and experience. Plus on there careers page it s common sense so I didn t even get a call or anything so how would y all know if I have the requirements or not

I pull step deck with 17.5 tires and had a blowout near Ginnell, IA. limped it to the Loves in Newton, IA. was told they wouldn't help me so I limped it to Altoona to the Boss Shop I don't know how they stay in business with Junior running the store. The gal asked the kid working if he wanted to fix my tire he said NO? Chuck rolled over in his grave I know he did that wasn't his style, since when does an employee have the right to say no? Called Bauer Built Omar came out and fixed me up in no time! I couldn't believe how fast he did a 17.5 tire great person to deal with Bauer Built needs to keep this man happy he's an asset to the company. Thank you Omar and Thank you Bauer Built and the young lady who took my call she was awesome too!

Fast service. Decent prices. Came in to get a tire replaced on our RV, ended up replacing 4 cause I knew we had to soon anyway and decided to do it as we were waiting anyway. No wait time and helpful staff

I use the Bauer Built for all my tire needs. Called this morning to get steer tires and an alignment done. I'm liking the new shop much easier to get into with a semi. Much better location than the old location on Hull Ave.

While traveling had a tire blow out on RV. Rick and staff at Des Moines shop stayed a few minutes late to put on a new tire and get us on the road. We also used Roadside assistance and the Omaha location. AJ helped tremendously. Friendly staff with quality products and numerous locations. Highly recommend!

My daughters were on there way back from KC to Iowa (college student) and almost to the Iowa border and blew a tire and, Savo (I m totally spelling his name wrong I m sure, sorry) he was on his way back to DSM and he stopped to change their tire, plus noticed her other tire wouldn t make it and followed her a few miles to put air in the donut and put it on the other side. Than followed her back to DSM. (We live close to Ames) He went above and beyond. Thank you so so much!! 10 stars
