I woke up with a super dead battery this morning and was in a hurry to get it fixed over my lunch break. I called the closest AutoZone from my work which happened to be SE 14th. Carl answered, said they had my battery in stock and to swing by. I was in a time pinch but they got it swapped out and were so helpful. Eric did the install and helped answer other questions that I had. They were so polite and helpful. I will.only be going here going forward due to the experience I had today. Thank you guys!!

Alex, Greg and Hope really rock....lol.... My business keeps running great because of the efforts they take to ensure I get all I need. Wish they had more help at times but we know corporate isn't always on board. Hands down one of my all time favorite Autozones to purchase from....Thanks ya'll for always being the best.

Great staff. I switched to AutoZone shortly after the SE 14th and Indianola Rd opened. Plus they've helped me with the rewards I've earned and the emails saying I have rewards but their computer system doesn't show it so I show them what my phone says and they honor it, but another store not to far from there seems like they must already have enough customers because I'll get put on hold for who knows how long.

Great service! I went there because I couldn't get my license plates on. I wish I knew his name. Not only did he find what I needed, he attached my license plates!

Every time I go in there's no one the mechanically inclined and has know idea what I'm talking about. If your going to work in a parts store you should at least know something about cars.

The worst service I've ever had as a female. Army post store store told me yes my battery is under warranty. A 200.00 dollar battery by the way. I know it is I bought last year. Then she tells me they don't have the manpower to install a new one if needed go to se14th they'd swap out my battery. He was upset they sent me there same thing we don't have the manpower either. He checks it's says it's fine start driving it daily around the block said when I drive the car there it charged the battery back up. Uuu I start my car daily. .he also told me as of June your company won't allow them to install batteries on my car as the top plate cover is their responsibity if it breaks. I have to take it to a shop. You'd pay for battery I pay for install???? You installed it originally . Go out today again didn't want to start felt stupid driving around as a good battery should be fine with starting the vehicle. They just don't want to deal with it. I also did not get the readout on the battery . Here I sit mad as %%. On a limited income knowing the battery isn't doing its job. Unhappy customer....will go to O'Riley's from now on . Kathy

They should really hire people that know what their doing gave the guy part number 9510 and he tried to tell me it wasn t in his system after I pulled the number from their website then proceeded to try n upsell me a part that was double the price o Reilly s and advanced will now be having my business

Says opens at 730am Monday both front doors are lock and it 930am. So advance auto is a better place

Walked in. Computers were down. Not worth a visit when there's an oriellys across the street where you can actually buy something.
