Anna, Joe and Liv are amazing! I need headlamps replaced and they did the job. It took over an hour (my car is a pain to work on!) And I was not charged for labor. Kudos and they all need a raise

Girl power! Bought taillight bulbs at a different AutoZone location and they wouldn't put them in for me.I didn't have any mm sockets so I went to my local AutoZone and was helped out by a very capable young lady who obviously works with at least one egotistical male chauvinist. I'm not assuming, he came out to show how smart he was and how ignorant we (ladies) were...he left us alone after he found out we were doing it correctly, and his "short cut" would've broken my tail light assembly!

Prices are out of this world! There's no reason two brake rotors should cost $250 when you can get the same exact ones online for $50!! This place is for emergencies only!! Never buy anything here unless you absolutely have to!They charge horrendous prices reaping massive profit while paying their off the street no-experience employees WORSE than McDonald's wages. I attempted to have a battery installed here but when I saw the lady DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHICH WAY TO LOOSEN A BOLT I took it home and did it myself!This "business" can go completely under! Will not be missed!

Went to the store to get the blades for my windshield.Asking to help from employee to help me out for installing the wiper. But they said they don t do any outside help after the dark.

Tony took all the time needed to help me diagnose that I needed an alternator when my car was dead in the Autozone parking lot. I installed it the next morning and all is good! Thanks to Tony and the team.

I was recently in Des Moines for a family member who had passed away. We were there for the funeral and cleaning out the house. One morning - the vehicle would not start! I called Auto Zone they said, yes if you can bring the vehicle in, we will get you a new battery. No Kidding. In the time it took for me to pay, they had the old one out and a new one in. Exemplary customer service. I was very impressed with all interactions of this store. Thank you for taking pride in your work ethic and going above and beyond.

I had ordered brake pads from Amazon and they were the wrong ones went to the Army Post store pretty close to where I live first one in the door Sunday morning exceptional help from the two guys that were working there I told him about my Amazon experience and one of the guys gave me a discount I kick myself I should ve just went in there first

Was in Des Moines on a business trip and had issues with my truck. Visited this store for assistance and staff went out of their way to assist me. Easily the best customer service I have ever received. Can t thank this staff enough for helping me out when I was miles away from home.

Had the tools I need to fix my car. Clean store, helpful service staff. Reasonable price, $25 for a 1\2" ratchet, lifetime guarantee. We shall see if it will bust axle nuts. Awesome they could look up the size of axle nut so I could get the right size the first time. Wish some of my other shopping was like this.

Looked for a high pressure valve for an AC unit. No competitors offered the single part; all had the part in a bundle of other unnecessary items. I paid $3.99 versus the competition at $10. So glad I travelled the extra few blocks. The gentleman assisting me was super helpful, considerate, and a general pleasure. Thanks!

This visit today restored my faith in this location of AutoZone a young man here went above and beyond to help me with my dome lights which were a little confusing. I appreciate it.A prior visit had kept me from coming here and I was reluctant, but glad I stopped in.There does tend to be a high turn around of employeesThank You

Meh so I arrived 15 minutes before closing..I wad the four a freeze plug and antifreeze. Thre counter person first looked at me and before asking if they could assist me informed me they wad closing in 10 minutes, revert I arrived 15 minutes before closing. When I asked for said freeze plug, counter person didn't even check the pc it was an automatic no er don't have anything like that. I promptly informed then that just 4 hours prior they 5 on hand and that's after I had purchased one.

Early this morning I went to the AutoZone on Army Post en route to work, which meant I also had my 2 year old in the car. When they opened we were greeted at the door by Eric. He asked what I was looking for and I described the problem as I thought it could have been one of two things. He announced to his co-worker that he was going outside. He not only did some diagnostics to ensure that the right thing was corrected, but he took apart a few things and actually resolved the issue while I was there. He was super fast, very friendly, very thorough and great with my small child. I offered to pay for his great service and he refused. My issue was resolved! If Eric is any indication of the level of service, I don't think their competition has a chance! I highly recommend AutoZone and this store in particular as I've never had a bad experience and today I had an excellent one that won't soon be forgotten.

I went in to their location today to get a new battery and have them run diagnostics. Desmond was the person who helpped me and I have to say this was overall one of the best customer service experiences I've had, especially recently.He got my battery put in, topped off the fluids my car needed and got me on my way. Thank you!

The people there are very friendly they help you get what you need if you need a little bit of help to get something put on because you're silly a woman that don't know how to oh, these guys will come out and help to a degree they can't do all your Mechanics for use against the company's rules but they do try to help

Employees definitely need more training. Not wise to mix and match different types of radiator fluids together but had to stand there as they tell me wrong for a half an hour while trying to checkout.

Store refused to honor online price. The walk into the store and get it price was $10 more than the order online and pick up the in stock at the store item. When I pointed out the absurdity of this situation, all 3 computer tappers behind the counter said, "Sorry!" This is NOT acceptable to me and I won't be shopping at Auto Zone again!!
