Stopped by to have headlights checked this morning. The manager and another associate at the Hubbell store were wonderful. This was on my daughter's car. She had stopped by another auto store this morning, but it was actually one of the other Auto Zone's in town. The person at the other store said the bulbs were good when in fact at the Hubbell location, they found they both needed changes. We are good now thanks to the Hubbell location. I appreciate you guys!

My check engine light came on. Eventually I took my truck to AutoZone where I know that they have an excellent code reader that is vehicle specific covering even foreign cars. They gave me a detailed multi-page print out indicating whether or not I needed any parts and indicating every one of the codes and specifically what needed to be done, and there was no charge for the connection or the printout. Prior to this I had gone to another auto parts store but they only told me what the codes were and a bit of detail verbally. But my real mistake was prior to either of these visits I went to Dewey Ford they told me it would be $195 to connect to their code reader but before I was able to get my vehicle out of Dewey Ford I ended up paying $383.50 and they did no work, I did not authorize any work, because they told me it was going to cost several $1000 to fix. After my read out at AutoZone I understood I only needed to reprogram my power train control module (the pcm). I went to YouTube to see how to do it and I did it for free all by myself. So I am telling you from personal experience the folks that AutoZone are the very best and the code reading With a fully written report for free is excellent! All I can say about Dewey Ford is buyer beware! My lesson was very expensive !

I am a big fan of Auto Zone. I love the fact they now have a diagnostic reader for any customer to borrow at every location. However, this location does need a little updating.. Good staff though..

Best Auto Zone Employees Ever! On more than one occasion, I ve came in with odd requests and every time they seem to go above and beyond to help me find what I need or what I need to fix! Let s just say JB Weld is always a go to if unsure how to repair!

Called customer service due to online order error: their response we know there is a glitch in our system causing orders to just Spin for 5 or more minutes that place a hold on your account - but are automatically canceled then you have to wait for your financial institution to void the transaction. I'll be using Oreillys from now on.

The people that work there didn't give me any problems but I just had bad experiences with with a manager at the army Post store and it was absolutely ridiculous they were all right I just don't trust AutoZone anymore cuz if the managers can't behave themselves and act civil and professional then I don't want nothing to do with the store I just had to go in there and get some more of those convenient otherwise I wouldn't have stopped shame on you dude I'm going to keep on posting about what you did

The only reason Im awarding five stars is due to the only employee in the store who seems to know anything about customer service. Thomas B. was checking out customers, helping customers outside, and the only employee who was willing to assist me. The other three employees wouldn't even make eye contact let alone offer any help. I stood at the counter like an idiot while the other employees did next to nothing. Thankfully, Thomas came back inside after helping a customer. He immediately offered his help with a friendly smile.

The gentleman who assisted me tonight was someone who genuinely cared about people. It was a quarter till 9:00pm I needed windshield wipers. I stopped in to buy them. Even though it was closing time he did not rush me. He put them on for me, made sure they worked . And they did. A happy ending.

There is a worker there that didn t know what a zener diode is and hung up the phone on me when I asked him what his name if you don t know how to do your job get someone that does or ask someone that does . So I went to the store and told him that was rude he say so and don t careHave people that don t know they are selling work there

Lacks knowledge, zero customer service. Didn't want to come out from behind the counter and only knew what was on the parts monitor - not even what it meant. Threw co-worker under the bus but did nothing himself to correct his lack of service.Just a warm body in the store...lukewarm at that!

I needed help with the diagnostic tool i couldn't get it to work properly asked matt for help he refused to come out to my car to see if it was me or the car i tried for 20 minutes kept getting error. When i let go of the tools cord the screen went blank i went back in asked if he had another he said No and turned his head to another customer. At that point fine ill go somewhere else While i sat therr calling advanced auto matt come outside with a young man looked under his hood went back inside and came back out with a small black cap for that customer.I asked nicely for help and expressed i dont know if its me or the tool there is NO reason he couldn't Help me a for a brief second or even send someone esle thats familar with this device and no whem i asked for help there was only 1 other customer in the store even if there was 20 i would have waited for the help.Stick to Avanced Auto for now on

I went to this location right after having a no so well experience over at O'Riley's due to the employees there not taking their jobs seriously. I went here to get the right transmission fluid and again they led me to something i didn't need so in the store i looked up exactly what i needed myself and got it. People here need to take their jobs more seriously because two places in a row with professionals there to help and i didn't get any helpful service absolutely ridiculous

Very displeased with how I was treated. There was a wreck in front of this store and I was the wrecker operator cleaning up damage. I had to position my wrecker in their parking lot to clear the car in the grass. I was being as conservative with space as possible. They had a customer throw a fit that I was in the spot they wanted to park in (mind you, there were three open spaces just as close or closer to the door). One employee came out and yelled at us and sent another employee to park the customer's car as close to the side of my wrecker as they could for no other reason than to upset me. This shows me the lack of respect they have for emergency personnel.

What a joke of a business, was standing there at the checkout counter waiting for somebody to help me, finally I gave up and just threw my stuff on the counter and left because there was two in the back that wanted to bicker and complain and moan about when they were going to get off work, oh I've been here since this hour, I've I've been up since this time, blah blah blah blah blah, I don't care I needed something and you were to help me, do your job, quit bickering and quit being stupid and do your job never ever will I go to this place ever again, O'Reilly's is much better I'll just go find an O'Reilly's thank you and have a good day

don't bother calling or showing up at the store unless you can find the exact part number prior. Clueless lady could not find an outer tie rod on the computer. "we don't sell those"
