Had my windshield replaced with their mobile service, tech was nice.. but when I hoped on the interstate after having the service done a few hours later, pieces of my windshield moldings blew off, where I noticed loose bolts, broken pieces, and an off center windshield(covered part of my VIN). Called and gave them a chance to correct the issues. Brought it back a couple days later, the same tech came and replaced my moldings, did NOT fix the windshield, and left before I could question it. After the second time having it corrected , the moldings were already falling off and not sealed against the windshield. Called to have it corrected a third time, was patient and tried to be understanding. They came to get my car, I told them I needed it back by a certain time and they were okay with that. Got a call 15 min before that time and was told it was taking longer. Had to wait an HOUR past the time they said they would have it back to me. Not happy with the price I paid for the service I got.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation

My back glass for no reasons known shattered on a Thursday. I had a new back glass installed the next day thanks to AGN. Thank you for the prompt service. Great guys to work with!

I had a windshield replaced on a 1964 corvette. Workmanship was over the top. Replacing glass of this vintage is not easy. I first went to a competitor who only works on 1986 and newer. The shop owner was very helpful and gladly took on the challenge. He was very personal and knowledgeable. In all a great experience. Thank you

Great service and quality of work!We initially had a mobile install set up for my windshield, and AGN had some difficulty with available techs to come out.Rather than telling me tough luck or making me reschedule, they went above and beyond and came to pick up my vehicle, take it back for install, and then deliver it back to me; all within a timely manor.The guy that helped me was super friendly, considerate, and willing to do what was needed!Will definitely recommend in the future Thanks,

These guys are great ! I drive a semi over the road and got a bad crack in my windshield. I was going to pass through DesMoine so I called ahead. They had a windshield on hand and were ready for me when I got to the shop. They are friendly and professional, I highly recommend this place !

I needed a windshield for my 2006 GMC Sierra. I called them on Tuesday afternoon got an appointment for Wednesday morning. They were fast, professional and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

I had a windshield replaced by Auto glass Now.They did a great, quick and clean job.Someone else was liable for my damaged windshield, I paid for the initial bill.And when the company liable for the damages paid Auto Glass Now, I was sent a check to be refunded.I had Great customer service to help me with this situation.Thanks Skylar!

I needed a new windshield for my 2015 Ford F250 pickup. I called 3 companies for estimates. The pricing at Auto Glass Now was over 50% less than Safelite s price. Called on Monday repaired on Tuesday. Great Service!

The guys that came and installed the windshield did a crate job, but getting the windshield ordered and available was less than desirable. These guys work with Willis auto and Willis auto is awful told them there was no glass available for my truck, which was a total lie when I got on the phone with these guys and another dealership they had the windshield within 30 minutes, But they messed around for an entire week, trying to work with Willis.

This was a horrible experience! First stuff the receptionist was over a half hour late arriving, so I sat outside, waiting for the business to open. She said she forgot her keys.The tech was very nice that did the actual work.I sat in the waiting area as my car was being worked on, the front desk girls male guy she was with prior proceeded to be on the windows, trying to get into the locked business. The area is a little rougher than some so I understood that, however, she decided after a few minutes to let the guy in as he was continuing to yell. At first, I thought there was something wrong with him, and I was very nervous. I could not understand why she would open the door and put us both at risk quickly I heard him yelling at her for his wallet back, and he wanted the keys to get into her car to get his wallet that she had stolen it. He called her thief a few times. It wasn t until he said he was calling the police that she complied. I didn t realize she hadn t probably left the keys. She was just not on time and most likely in to his stuff. It was still very heated. I could hear some scuffling in the back or I was not able to see and he continued screaming. He took her keys, went outside. She followed him out. When she returned inside, she was there for a very short time under 5 minutes. I had already paid for the new windshield. I guess the business was lucky for that because she never came back. The following few hours the phone rang and it appeared. No one was in charge of the front desk or the office. I found myself welcoming other people let them know there was no one in charge at the front.Once I got my car back, I did have a couple things that were odd in my alerts and I still have my back up camera working properly it s not notifying of anything. I sent an email while I was in the front office to the contact place I believe in north Carolina and I have yet to hear anything back. I m gonna double check my emails. I am very disappointed. Lack of communication_ they didn t have the glass when I got there, so I had to leave and come back. They still left some of the broken glass from the previous window on the floor_ I figured I would have gotten a discount for all the waiting and confusion, but I didn t_Anyways, at the end of the day the job got done so I m happy about that_

We got there as they were opening I believe we were waiting there for it to be done. Came in turned the tv on and found something to watch got some free hot coco they were excellent and so fast I couldn t believe it!!!! My window looks great

They have a nice waiting room with TV. Offered us Coffee, Cider, tea ,Hot Cocoa and Bottled water for our waiting on the window to be put in.And did a great job!

2013 ford fusion window replacement they drove from desmoines to oskaloosa at almost 5 at night the two gentlemen who did it deserve raises for busting their buts to get it done before 5:30 they do great work good prices very friendly

Office aspect was quick, easy, and painless. Received a quote over the phone and scheduled repairs for next day. Disappointed in the fact that they did not vacuum their mess after replacement was complete and left a few spots of sticky residue on the interior side of the windshield. I made a point to vacuum the entire vehicle prior to dropping off as the windshield was hit with an object on the highway and glass was everywhere! Didn't think I would have to clean their mess as well.Service: Auto windshield replacement
