Will recommend. Tyler got my truck in the morning I called and back out the same day. Another issue popped up and Tyler had me bring it right in and he got it fixed in no time for no extra charge. Very happy with my experience.

Took my car to this place on a Friday afternoon . It was not shifting correctly . They verified on Monday super early that my ignition coil and spark plugs were bad. I replaced them after that and found proper operation of my vehicle . They even cleared my codes after I was done because I didn t have an obd reader . Amazing service and respectful of my intentions to repair myself . Patrick was awesome and so was the mechanic/technician .Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, General repairs, Vehicle safety inspection

I called many shops and everyone was a week or two out. Was going on a emergency trip and Tyler the manager got me in right away. Not only did he checked my fluid but he was very professional and provided a lot of good information about my vehicle and the maintenance. Price was more than fair and affordable. 100% recommend bringing your car into all pro service center in desmoines. I am a very satisfied customer.

My daughter and I broke down in Des Moines IA. Called All Pro Service Center-North and the Manager Tyler Roberts answered the phone. Great phone and people skills. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service center was very busy but every encounter with the staff was positive, honest, helpful and all questions were answered and explained very clearly. While waiting I did not see or hear any customer turned down. We were very impressed with Tyler and his staff. Well, I needed some extensive repairs done to make my vehicle safe to drive. They are a little pricey, but guess what? The work was done in a day and the car seems to be better off so far. Stopped in around 1030 am to see if they could check my tire that kept going low. Was in and out within 1 hour as they were finishing up customer there before me. The staff was great about everything. Reasonable price to fix hole in my tire

I dropped off my Yukon and asked them to replace my passenger wheel bearing, turned out the that was ok it was the driver side needed replaced and they had it fixed in about an hour

Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. My family was on a cross county road trip and had some vehicle issues. We called around to multiple transmissions shops and Tyler was even attentive on the phone call when I was feeling overwhelmed. If you want great customer service and a knowledgeable mechanic then I would recommend All Pro Servicenter.

Scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and asked Tyler if he could check out my headlight for me if they had a minute. Not only did he make time to check it out, but went above and beyond to get me a diagnosis and estimate quickly while I was in for my oil change that morning. I will definitely use this location because of Tyler Roberts and the rest of the staff- thanks for being so great and always putting the customer first! I have been an All Pro customer for over a decade. I've taken more than four different vehicles there of family and friends.Be weary of this shop. Very unprofessional. Granted, I had a complicated warranty situation, but communication and followup was very lacking. I don't know why they assumed I could just leave my truck there over the weekend while they were closed waiting for a part. And, then, when they offered a loaner, it was their beater truck with an inaccurate speedometer I was supposed to drive my family around in. When I tried to voice my dissatisfaction to the owner, I started getting excuses.I'm very disappointed. I was counting on them to show up the horrible service I've been getting from the service department at Gregg Young's Norwalk dealership. Instead, I get more of the same. Two days to determine the problem is what I already told them it was; and, by the way, a problem they told me was common with my truck before I even brought it in; just to have to wait two more business days for the part they should have ordered the first day.If anyone knows a reliable certified diesel mechanic, please let me know.P.S. A large scratch showed up on my passenger side rear fender. Unfortunately, it was dark when I took a video when I dropped it off, so I can't prove it was them. Make sure you get well lit photos of all parts of your vehicle before leaving it here.

I called this place in a sort of panic. Tyler was able to give me a working quote over the phone. He also helped arrange a tow. All in all, going through this mechanic saved me $900 after 3 tows and a diagnostic at a much more expensive place. I called early in the morning to see if they did oil filter changes on MG s. I have a 1974 MGB. They said yes. When I arrived, they had ordered two filters because unsure which one was needed. They were able to get my car in and change the oil. Very professional. Tyler was the technician who ordered the parts that day and Brandon helped me up front. Great place and will be back for future car maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was referred to this location by another local Des Moines auto repair company who they highly recommended. Due to their wait time for service & could not accommodate my needs in a timely fashion. I was contacted regarding findings & suggested repairs. I appreciated their honesty & professional opinions. I needed to get on the road quickly, as we had a family emergency with someone hospitalized, but needed my vehicle serviced prior to getting on the highway to head out of state. Tyler had me call when on my way, he had a bay ready for us, got us in quickly. Josh did a fabulous job, as always, and we were on the road in less than 45 minutes. This is not the exception, in my experience with AllPro, it's the rule. I've known this family over half of my life, they are good, hard working, honest people and great friends. I came in mid afternoon and needed an oil change. They worked me in. Then when they finished 2 of them came out to talk to me like doctors coming to give you bad news. I had foolishly let the car get down to 1 quart of oil. They very kindly explained to me what to do so that didn't happen again and I wouldn't take the chance of ruining my engine.
