Seemed honest enough. My long time mechanic recommended them, as he doesn t do transmissions. They clearly do a helluva business, as evidenced by number of cars in parking lot barely a place to park. The prices flying out the door were eye-catching. I overheard $6000 for an older minivan!The only problem I had, was not being told there would be a $77 diagnostic fee AFTER THE FACT. I understand time is money & would have had it done anyway, but would have been nice to know. The cost to repair was ridiculously high for an 18 year old car & decided to trade it in.

These guys are A wesome. Getting an appointment was quick. Took my car in on Monday morning. Got a call back a few hours later and was told I had a cracked radiator. They ordered a new one and my car was ready by Tuesday. I m so thankful for their service. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. OMG! thought my Lexus was going to cost me an arm and a leg but nope! I highly recommend them. If they can fix it, I d go with them first. Thank you so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don at all Drive Transmission finished up work on the Cobra quickly. A couple of things that made it a pleasant experience: They left the car on the lift while they ordered the Ford SVT parts I requested no pushing it outside disassembled. They didn t charge a diagnostic fee . They already knew what was wrong. Their shop was spotless. They welcomed me to look under the car and see the wear patterns in the clutch. They did their flywheel machining in house. They let me look at elective replacements like the rear main seal, and they already knew the right parts to order. It s tough for me to let other people fix my stuff...they tolerated me even though I'm picky; I have owned this car since new. I noticed several other vintage Mustangs and trucks in progress on site. They thanked me for bringing my car there.As with many non-chain, local small businesses, their expertise was evident. I'll be back - they are knowledgeable, skilled, reasonably priced and honest.Services: Transmission, Clutches & transmissions service & repair

2006 ford expedition was sent to this shop to fix two transmission lines. Not only did the lines not get repaired, but this shop fried the battery, fried the fuel pump and messed up the heads of the motor somehow, and basically said its your problem.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Took my truck to All Drive because a dealer quoted me 5k to replace my torque converter. They took a look and found that it was in fact not that and a different issue. All drive saved me a ton of money and didn t charge me a dime to diagnose it. This is a shop that prides themselves in honest work that is hard to come by these days. Normally, they don't do just regular oil changes but they were extremely kind and accommodating and did it for me anyways! Also, Ashley was really nice to me and very understanding. I would definitely return to this shop if/when my car needs work done!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Our family experienced the ultimate roadtrip nightmare - blowing out the transmission on our Honda Odyssey, in the middle of a cross-country move. In the middle of Iowa. Myself, Wifey, 2 children, 2 cats, a dog, and the houseplants in tow. Oh and a trailer with all our stuff.As unmanageable as the situation seemed at first, we were blessed to have broken down close to All Drive.Marc was there every step of the way. Sometimes you get the feeling that a mechanic/ technician actually cares that you're in a f'd up predicament. In this case, Marc texted us off the clock, before, during, and after the transmission was replaced, kindly answered all of our countless questions, picked all seven of us up from the motel, and even took care of our houseplants for us.When we were ready to pull the trigger on the purchase, All Drive had us back on the road in two days with a new transmission!The Honda drives like new. 5 stars for the incredible job, 6 for the customer service.

Very friendly staff, and quick service. Car was diagnosed and repaired (complete transmission) in a week. Every other place I called was going to be a month to even be seen. Eric and Ashley put up with my barrage of questions like absolute pros, when I m sure I had to be stressing them out. Eric and his team are fantastic to work with and I highly recommend for just about any service. They specialize in Transmissions but can do more. I've known Eric for several years and he's high integrity. When I owned my shop he helped me out more than a few times and was a valued outsource. While traveling on I-80, I had issues with a stuck locking hub. My search for help led me to a reputable shop with a jammed schedule that in turn pointed me to All Drive Transmission. I contacted All Drive by phone and was invited to their shop for a look at my issue. An initial quick inspection pointed to possible solutions. With the expected quick turn to make the repair, my truck was worked into the schedule and repaired. The team at All Drive Transmission is very friendly and people oriented (they care about their customers, even folks passing through town). The cost was much better than reasonable. All said, it was hands-down the absolute best experience I have had at a repair shop. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Exceptional service! Eric was great. He explained how there is a history of transmission failures with my vehicle and how to properly maintain the new transmission. This education will help prolong the transmission life on my current and future vehicles. I dropped it off for repair on a Friday. I had to leave town for the weekend and it was ready to go upon returning Monday morning. Several months have past without issue. I also want to mention All Drive was over 1K less than the other two quotes I received. Highly recommend!Service: Transmission

Our car didn t end up needing the services they provide but they were absolutely fantastic in identifying the issues our car was having and pointing us in the direction of where it could get fixed expertly. If I ever have any transmission issues or needs, this is where I ll be going.

Ashley is very organized and nice. Their techs do great work and use the available updates so their transmissions last longer and work much better than before. The shop is very clean and organized, and very busy. The employees seem happy and like their jobs, and the owner holds them to high standards.In full disclosure, I am not a customer here, but my review is true nonetheless.

All drive came highly recommended after car x determined they couldn t resolve my issue. The original quote was spot on and while there was more work to be done after opening things up I was called and given an explanation of what needed to be done. No pressure to get the additional work just advised it could be more trouble down the road. Work was done timely and Eric explained things well. Melissa was also very polite and kept in communication. Cost was much less than a dealership. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Was recommended All Drive by my regular mechanic. Glad he did. Had to have my transmission replaced and was treated great by the staff. We chose All Drive from referrals. From first phone call to payment we felt we had made the right decision. Eric took the time to explain what happened and is dealing with our less than cooperative insurance company.Once our Jeep was running, he noted a check engine light, ran diagnostics, found a bad plug then replaced it @ no charge!Service that is over and above!We live 40 miles away but feel comfortable traveling to get the best service.Services: Transmission, Clutches & transmissions service & repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Completely grenaded my transmission and had truck towed here. I normally do ALL my own repairs but I don't mess with transmissions and was hesitant about bringing it in to All Drive. All interactions on phone were friendly. first phone call was quoted a price, but it was before they had examined vehicle the 2nd price was higher reason being a tcm went bad and caused transmission failure . I thought here we go , but I let truck sit up there a week and called almost everyday to ask questions and Ashley who answered phones was always polite and answered my questions without attitude . Price never changed after diagnosis and they had it done when they said . End result was a rare good experience with an automotive repair shop and hopefully never need to go back but if I had a similar issue with another vehicle it's going to All Drive TransmissionService: Transmission

Had to have a transmission replacement after my 3rd gear was torn up, Eric and his team were super nice from start to finish.We found out more needed to done to the vehicle then originally diagnosed and the team at All drive took care of me professionally and kindly and went above and beyond expectations.Highly recommend this business as they are one of the good guys in automotive repairs.Service: Transmission

They are awesome. Had some issues with my 2006 dodge truck transmission. It was still under warranty from a different shop. All drive fixed my transmission and even contacted the other shop for payment. I dropped the truck off on Thursday and it was done on Friday. I would HIGHLY recommend. This was the best price and fastest service quoted to me for my clutch replacement. I am so happy with their work. I think they might have even replaced a bulb in the dash as a courtesy. They also inflated my tire pressure back to standard. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing, they took every possible avenue to make sure I was happy. The owner Eric was very accommodating and was able to source the parts needed for my 66 Ford Fairlane. I can't say enough about how professional and detail-oriented these guys are. Anyone with a classic car knows that the details are in all the small things and these guys didn't miss any. Eric was very friendly and helpful. Took van in on Thursday afternoon and was finished on Monday afternoon. Very impressed with the fast turnaround. I had to have a complete transmission rebuild. Runs great again. I would definitely recomend this business for all of your service needs.

Eric and his crew were awesome. Brought in our Hyundai vehicle due to a knocking noise it was making. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to try to help. After many hours of diagnosis and even pulling the transmission unfortunately turned out to be an engine issue. Was gonna cost more to fix than it was worth. So even though he took all that time and effort didnt even charge what he justifiably could have for the time it took. So it was very refreshing for the transparency and honesty and most definitely recommend All Drive Transmission for anyone with vehicle issues.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This business was fantastic! Gave me possible prices up front , called to get approval for expenses, shuttle van was clean and cool inside!I appreciate the employees and their honesty and up front information. They even kept the part that caused the problems ! It was the tiniest thing but caused big problems.Pat at Higgins recommended All Drive Transmisions and they definitely came through for me. . I took their business card to share with others. I too highly recommend this business.Thank you for being a strong customer services company . Eric even opened the door for me. That's a man who was raised right!

I have had several of my vehicle repaired at this shop over the last few years and family members have as well.This shop is great to work with. They take the time to verify the problem and in my case work with my warranty company to get the problem solved.Repairs were handled in a timely manner and my vehicle was no dirtier than when I dropped it off. One of the repairs required work to be completed from the interior of the vehicle and I would have never known they were inside of it. I have been to shops where they get grease or oil on the steering wheel and or door but not All Drive.I recommend this shop and plan to go to them in the future if needed.
