Nathan is THE MAN! He was so helpful and friendly. I came in to get new wipers, but my car battery died and he went out of his way to jump my car. I will only ever come here for car parts, its the best in town

Nate at autozone on MLK is absolutely amazing. Did extra to make sure my tank was okay. He added an extra discount and was super friendly. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves

Best customer service I ve had at an auto parts in a while. The lady was very helpful with making sure I had the best options of wiper blades and car scents. While they put my blades on, the man told dad jokes the whole time. All in all the experience put a smile on my face and I highly recommend this store!

I stopped by because my check engine light popped on a couple days ago. Nathan was very friendly and helpful. He checked the code, gave me the results and possible issues, and also recommended a reliable mechanic. I appreciate his customer service skills! Thanks Nathan!

I love how everyone in recent reviews seems to be raving about Nate. I am too! I placed a large online order for pickup several days ago. It was a hefty order, both in size, and in cost, but I took advantage of the 20% off online orders offer they had running at the time. I have ordered online before from this location and others (Easton Ave), and always had good experiences with things already to go on time. This large order was different. I waited and never got a order ready notification, so I decided to swing by and see if it was. The store had never received the order, even though it showed up in my Advance app. Nate handled it like a pro. Despite being incredibly busy, he took the time to build an in-store order for me matching my online order s list. He was so patient and helpful. I offered to pick the items from the main store aisles that I could find to make it simpler, and he grabbed the behind-the-counter items. He confirmed all the items were the right ones, especially the parts (brakes, rotors, and cv axle), and had me on my way in no time. The other lady who was working there with him was also awesome! She has a great knowledge of auto parts, and made sure to confirm customers were getting exactly what they needed (asking specific questions about their repairs). The two of them are a powerhouse! This store is running much better than it was even just a year ago, and I m so glad to see it. Advance is a huge part of our neighborhood, and I m glad Nate and his awesome coworker gal are here keeping us running smooth!

Nathan helped replace my car battery in 2 degree (feels like -19) weather. When he said I was ready to turn my car on, it still wouldn t start. Nathan saw that a part on my car connected to the battery was corroded and took the time to clean it off. After it was cleared, my car started immediately. He also went above and beyond to let me know a part in my car was broken and to be aware of it because it could cause damage to the battery. Would highly recommend this location thanks to Nathan s help today!

Nathan at this particular location. Was the best service representative I've came into contact with. He was quick and efficient even showed me some perks I wouldn't have known I had through the app. Saved me $10 on my purchase. I was in and out of the store in no time. He's the best at what he does and now I look forward to shop more at this store.

Nathan was amazing in helping me get my new battery . He was very personable, and helpful. I was in a panic as I was stuck with my car not starting and he quickly figured out what the issue was and for me out of there quickly with the correct battery . He also upsold me with a disk that prevent carogen on my battery. He was very knowledgeable and made this process easier than I had imagine . Thank you Nathan!!!

Came in to pick up some sway bar links for my Nissan. This specific location didn't have them but Nathan made sure I got hooked up at another local store. VERY up beat, friendly, and extremely helpful! Awesome experience at this store!

Had to stop there, my car died. Battery was fine when checked with an alternator and starter, but dead when checked by itself. Guy was very helpful when giving me the option to buy a battery or a jump pack. I didn't have much money so I went with the jump pack and he showed me how to use it.

I am currently an employee that works at this location and I will vouch that Nathan and Jeff are two by far the best managers I have ever had.. I worked with Jeff when I was at autozone years ago and he was great then.. this is my first time working with Nathan.. he s been my go to for any questions I might have.. I hope someday I have as much knowledge as this man has.. he works so hard and he s dedicated.. he cares about others as well
