My husband went there THREE times for parts. EVERY time he was sold the WRONG part!!! Can t they put info into a computer??? That s all you have to do. The computer tells you what part is needed. If you can t do that correct maybe you should stock the shelves!!! The wrong part messed up something else so they cost us even more money. They are the dumbest parts sellers in the United States!!!! Don t go here they will screw you up and your vehicle too.

An associate named Shannon picked up and asked me to hold and just put me on hold. Clearly she was busy. But it's pretty rude not to wait for a response. I don't think that's good customer service.

Bought a new battery today and had them install it. One terminal was VERY badly corroded onto the old battery (totally my fault, I neglected to prevent or clean up the corrosion ) and the clerk graciously kept on with the installation which took nearly 40 minutes. He never once complained. Thanks, Brandon, for getting me back on the road.

Brandon was very very helpful after calling around to auto part stores in the area to help change a battery and they said no he was happy to help me. I will definitely be back to this location just because of him. Thanks brandon

I went in yesterday on 5-14-23 to buy new wiper blades and asked the employee to help install them on my car. He said well if its still raining I cant get all wet . I reminded him it says on the window Free wiper blade installation and I m just asking him to do his job. He rudely pointed me to the door. So I returned the blades and went to AutoZone where they gladly put them on for me. I suggest the owners hire people who will do their job.

I ordered online and went to pick it up. Clark pulled the wrong part and told me they didn't have what I needed. Refunded my online price. As walking out noticed they had the part they told me they didn't have. Took it front and was told I would have to pay the full price, not the online price he refunded me which was $10 more. So you want me to pay for your error. Went home and ordered on Amazon.

Stopped in to buy some new wiper blades. Tim was very helpful pointing out all of the options. After making a choice, Tim carefully installed them free of charge.Thank you Tim and Advanced Auto for the great customer service.

First of all this is my favorite parts store to begin with because it's the closest to my place. And the people are very helpful here.I went there today to get my UPS package that should have been delivered to my place the day before. So UPS directed me to pick up my package there. While they were trying to find it I decided to tell them how UPS screwed up the original delivery and dropped it off there instead. Once somebody found it I was full of glee. I started joking to the workers about the angst it caused me. It turned out to be a great visit with the folks. And it put a little bounce in my step the rest of the day.Thank you very much!

Dont go to this one, they wasted three days of my time. They dont know what is going on.On Friday i call and ask for a tool, "sure we have to order it you can come and get it tomorrow around 2"The next day i go and they are closedI wait till monday bc they are closed on the weekend. i call monday, they say they have it and its under my neme, great. I go and they tell me they never even carried it.Advance, more like ritard auto parts

While the system doesn t seem to be entirely in sync with their in store stock, they still were able to find the parts I needed to get my vehicle going! Staff went above and beyond to help me with my car when they most certainly didn t need to. I m extremely thankful! Everything was quick and I am overall very pleased with my experience. I definitely recommend them!

So, had a very helpful dude named Kenny, I believe, who promptly assisted me with happiness all over him. Very pleasant, and informative. Clearly knew what his position involved, was well informed, and happy to assist. I was in and out in less than five minutes, and I was smiling and happy when I left. They will be getting my business here. I've already made a purchase. O'Reileys just lost a customer.

I purchased a battery at the Advanced Auto Parts web site and picked it up at this store. The battery became defective within the "3 year, free replacement warranty" and I returned it to the store.The man at the counter told me that since I purchased it online and picked it up, he could only refund my money and I would have to repurchase it at an $80 increase in price.$80 plus for a "free replacement ". I calmly walked out the door with my refund, never to rerurn.

Been here a ton and bought tons of parts. I've had several problems over the years with Advanced but truly the only reason I would come back is because one of the employees there. I guess they fired him?? Boy did you screw up there. Anyway probably won't ever go to advanced again.

I was at the advanced auto today and witnessed a 9 month pregnant lady having a mental break down after seeking help from an employee, highly rude dude long story short leaving her stranded telling her to get her car towed and walked away. I myself gave the lady a jump and followed her home. I , or anyone i know would not shop there again. They get a 1 for simply looking at her. Thanks but No Thanks!

Never order a package here. Was told they didn't have it to only be told by ups that they do have it. Very suspicious they say it was the wrong label or some B.S. Don't trust them and don't order packages here.

We got the the guy said closed in 4 minutes no more sales , inside the building have around 5 people, the guy got the door and said bye no more sales for today we are closed and check the time was like 2:30pm and I asked seriously and he said yes we are closed bye bye , we go to the car and 2 car arrive to the building and the guy open the door

Found my part was available here by searching online. Their system also said it was in-store, but couldn't find it in inventory. They had to overnight a part from a different store. I paid and had it shipped. Came in the store the following day: "Well I hate to tell you partner, we never shipped the part you ordered and paid for." That's fine, I won't be back. This place used to be great, but it's not the same. I can find another parts store.

Had to go on Mothers Day because my daughters car wouldn't start without a jump. Bob, was amazing!!! He took he time to check the battery then he put it in for me. He went above and beyond and was very patient with all my questions. Bob deserves a raise and employee of the month. Thank you Bob for making a stressful situation easy peasy. I appreciate you.

Advanced Auto Parts is great for very quick grab n' go vehicle quick fix items. It can be hard to find any specialized or unique parts. Their website for this location had several low cost parts that clearly weren't in stock at the store. After asking the polite employee regarding the part that was listed as instock, they looked at me like I was an alien in confusion.However, even though they didn't have the part, the employee walked me through a step-by-step repair process. That was a huge help. Thanks

I went to Advance Auto on E14th and Mckinley to have a car battery tested. Jacob not only tested it but he charged for me at no cost. I was anticipating buying a new battery but with Jacob's help I didn't need to. He also helped with some parts for my other car. Great customer service!

Worker knew exactly which brake pads I would need for my vehicle. She was super nice, helpful and friendly. And ordering online even standing in the store I still got 25% off.

Order a mirror for my wife s car , on Monday paid nearly 40 dollars extra for it to arrive on Thursday, come Thursday I come in that evening and they tell me they can t find it blah blah blah. Other then that I guess they aren t bad ? My only experience so idk.

I went in today to but anti fog rain x for our essential transit operators. I had checked Walmart, Menards, and Home Depot before going to Advanced. The company I work for is tax exempt. The 3 employees working refused to help me set up a tax exempt account despite the face I had proper paperwork and identification. Thanks for your lCk of support for a public service company and the people who work there.

It would have been better if they had two people in the store but he said one person called in so he wasn't able to help me out with much outside. But I understand why. Most of the time they are better about it. He helped us problem-solve how to get the brake fluid into the RV Reservoir which was very difficult and ended up having to use a siphon.
