Of all the auto joints around that I call Everytime I need a part the Easton Advance Auto almost always has the best price around and usually has whatever part I need in stock and the staff are nothing 2 scoff at either with their extensive knowledge that keeps surprising me . . . Best yet if I do find something they don't know about the mechanic shop right nextdoor is amazing and among the only mechanics I trust 2 not screw something else up as they work on my vehicle 2 create job security , infact he's so honest he's even chased my truck out of the parking lot 2 tell me I gave him 2 much $$$ . . When's the last time that happened 2 u ?�?

Probably the best auto parts store I've been to, guys there are knowledgeable and will help you find the correct part down to researching stuff with you always in a good mood as well. Only thing that could be better are the prices

In the past I ve always come here for my automotive needs. Yesterday I had bought a battery from them and planned on turning the core in for the refund. Today I had walked up to the door at exactly 5:49pm. Mind you their hours say 6pm. Which is really unusually early since they closed at nine in the past. Went to open the door and it was locked! Knocked on the window and the dude shakes his head and mouthed we re closed. Okay it s not six yet bud so I knocked again. Same response. What a load of croc. For now on I ll be taking my business elsewhere. Closing before your posted time is inconsiderate. Not to mention it wouldn t of even taken you five minutes for you to hand me my refund.

Horrible service. Two pack of headlights were under the wrong price and the lady at the register wouldn't sell me them for that price even though she saw them on that price herself and then still contiued to argue with me saying the customer is not right. And her and the so called manager still wouldn't give me that price that they were all three under. They both stood there and argued with me for over 20 minutes. Worst customer service ever.

LOVE this location. Coil pack went out in our van when we were just getting into Des Moines. They loaned us what we needed to fix our van. Very friendly people. will come back.

Under staffs to many people in store checking out no one could help us to buy a battery the guy was a jerk when we asked for help so ill take my business else where I'm not waiting in a big check out line just to ask about a battery i was interested in buying at 159.00 they just lost a sale FIRST time ever in that store never again!!!

This business is a joke, they closed over a half hour sooner that the hours posted on the door on a temporary piece of paper. I get cutting back hours but cutting back earlier than the cut back! Where in the heck is customer service these days!

Between O'Reillys, AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts, Advance is always the better option. This particular location has the best value and selection in the area. Every other store (even some of their own franchise) have to order in most parts, but alas, this location has a pretty good size inventory.I pass by two o'Reilly's and one AutoZone on the way to this location and always come back. Prices are lowest in the metro, the guys are professional, the store is clean, the location has easy access from 235, AND they stay open pretty late. Every auto part store has it's own flavor; this particular one is a perfect juicy burger.

Employee couldn't locate requested items and out of stock of antifreeze. Also, could not run computer on my check engine light because of the virus.. suggested I go to a mechanic or buy a machine myself.

Great service from David Spaulding! And great prices to go with it! I suggest it over Auto zone any day. Auto zones price for the same part was 2x as much and didn't have it in stock.

If you can't return parts, the employees should let you know that, when buying product! Also employees should give customers the right part for their vehicle, especially if you can't return part!

Went to by simple rubber grommet that was supposed to fit my PVC value but I had to cut with my knife to make it actually fit. Now I remember why I don't shop here

Did not like how the employee answered the question I asked. He answered it in a snobby voice and told me good luck finding the part. I just drove down the street to another auto parts store and found what I was looking for.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would . UNDER NEED MANAGEMENT . NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE THE OLD GRUMPY BROAD TO PUT IT NICELY TREATS EVERYONE INCLUDING EMPLOYEES LIKE DIRT. SHE JUST LOST OVER $15000.00 A MONTH IN SALES FROM MY COMPANY . IT WAS THE FIRST TIME MEETING HER TO . RUDE DISRESPECTFUL POS.
