First, they were the only ones willing to come out today. They had great communication and actually tried to jump it first. The driver offered advice and offered to shovel so I could get out of my driveway. The phone rep also provided great communication and assistance and was willing to go the extra mile! So thankful for all of their help! I highly recommend using their services!

Have taken my car here about 5 times. Every time has been a really good experience. I can't begin to explain how great this place is. The employees are friendly. The work is trustworthy and most importantly they are honest. Customer for life I recommend to everyone and anyone looking for mechanic. Prices have been very reasonable. Thank you for being a life saver time after time guys.

I required towing service and with numerous options available in our city, I made a Google Maps search, sorting the results by 'rating'. Among them, ABC Towing caught my attention. After reading several reviews, I made the decision to choose their services. Interestingly, without me mentioning anything about my choice to my wife, she remarked, "You should leave them a positive review because they were incredibly kind and delivered exceptional customer service." The rest is history.... lol

I was screwed, ABC saved me.I was a week away from moving out of state, towing a U-Haul on my car. Engine died and I needed a new one. Car-X said they could do it in a month, ABC said they could do it in a week. While they were at it, they did a wheel alignment, replaced my busted thermostat, and checked my brakes. The guy who worked on my car drove it a ton to make sure it was good for my long distance needs.Every staff member was courteous and professional. The prices were fair. The service was TOP NOTCH.

Picked up my tiny car at Amazon DSM5 and he offered service on my car. Reasonable. Omgoodness the tire was flat. He has air service on the truck.No photo. But I will recommend ABC

Worst service ever. They charged me $200 to figure out what was wrong with it after being told what was wrong with it. Then they put in a new starter but didn t hook up the wires well enough so that two months later my car wouldn t turn over and I had to take it to another mechanic to fix the wire from the starter to the ignition. They keep saying that their work was not the issue. Really? Pretty sure when you put in a new starter you should make sure all the wires are connected well. They lie

They fixed my AC in about half an hour. Great job ABC.. Now, it works well, both heating and cooling. Booking an appointment for a service is recommended here. You will never be disappointed based on the problem with your car. I will always recommend ABC towing and services for your mechanical works or towing. Just close to downtown Des Moines.

After going to ABC towing to get my brake pads and rotors changed I will definitely be returning. The mechanic did a wonderful job and the process only lasted an hour or so, now the shaking in my car has gone away. Make sure to check out ABC towing if you need any mechanical repairs done to your vehicle!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They seemed low cost for towing, also wanted to get a diagnosis (their diagnosis is free) on my vehicle.They had my vehicle for close to two weeks. Their diagnosis was "it's something with the motor, and honestly our suggestion is to just junk it" Not even a 10 year old car in this market and they want me to junk it??I get my car back today and ALL of the contents of my center console were SPREAD ALL OVER MY CAR, there were oil spots on the driver side interior door, and somehow the ashtray was dumped inside my car. Oh and the battery was completely dead, too.No idea if they have people that go through the cars in their lot at night, or they are just that disrespectful either way there is no excuse for that.Response to Owner Reply:I wanted to let you know that the reason my car wasn't working was a really simple fix, and I wish you guys would've found it. The Mass Air flow sensor I purchased and had put on was faulty. When disconnected the car ran, went to the store and returned the faulty one and get a replacement same day and my vehicle is running as if there was never any issues. You wanted me to Junk my car over a Mass Airflow Sensor replacement.Edited Original review because I was mad at the situation and was disrespectful. Added a star because while I wasn't able to get a diagnosis from them, it is free, so when folks are on a budget that is a good option so long as they can actually diagnose it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is my go to shop for all of my vehicles maintenance needs: VW's, Audi's, Jeep, Nissan. All of the maintenance done at one place, mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful, customer service very honest and polite. All of the work they do is priced very reasonably. Highly recommend to anyone. Dalija and Amir are wonderful! I ve been taking my vehicles for repairs to ABC Towing for 10 years. I started going to Dahlia for my car repairs after a good friend referred me. I had received a very high estimate for a brake job nearby mechanic and my current brakes were fairly new, so I got a second opinion. Dalija checked my car and said my brakes and struts were fine. They are amazing, trustworthy, exceptionally competent, caring, and honest. My car broke down one time and they towed it to their shop at no charge, got it fixed up at minimal cost and back on the road. Most recently I had a battery problem and I thought for sure I would need a new alternator. Dalija and Amir worked their magic and in the end I didn t need a new alternator. Their customer service is phenomenal!!!I wouldn t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my vehicles. Thank you Dalija and Amir for taking such good care of me. Wonderful Customer Service by ameer and dalija brother! Went in for my toyota they were tremendously helpful and insightful about my Toyota corolla. Ameer even helped me slightly with a battery thing and helped to know what actually i need to replace and they help you to save lot of money and give best service in desmoines no one like them . I d recommend this location to anyone looking to fix their vehicle

I was nearly ran off the road by an ABC tow truck less than 10 minutes ago on I35 carrying a white minivan. The driver then proceeded to cut off a large truck in front of mit.Not a good face for advertising, and hopefully ABC's insurance is up to date, as they might need it.

ABC Towing and Service provided professional tow services at a great price! The prices are a flat rate throughout the metro area. My driver has over 20 years experience of towing and was very efficient in getting my vehicle ready to tow then towing it to the destination. I highly recommend them for your next tow.

My blend door went out on my 2008 Cadillac srx. I took to several shops and because I was a women all the shops quoted me over 1300.00 and said it would take 9 to 11 hours. I was referred to ABC Towing went in there got a estimate and the shop fixed my blend door in less then I was quoted from them and charged me 396.00. Very professional, got my truck in the next day of calling checked out and diagnosed the problem within an1/2 hour and it was fixed a little after noon. I will definitely be using them if there is ever a problem with my vehicle again. Highly recommend them.

I've been going to ABC for years now. Always cheap, timely and professional. If I can't do the work myself, I call ABC.Pro tip: Always schedule in advance and know what you need done prior to scheduling.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Owner Dahlia (sp?) is very friendly. He provided me with a quote for parts and labor and a quote for labor only allowing me to bring parts that I purchased, which doesn't happen at every repair shop. He even offered to look up my vin and the parts prior to me ordering to ensure they were correct. Nice facility, lots of customer traffic and friendly service. I would highly recommend.
