We had drums, tires, air bags, sensors replaced. Turns out they didn t even put a new abs sensor in, but charged us. There technician can not weld, as you see in the picture abs sensor isn t even touching the hub. And welded is slanted, also to where if you needed to change sensor you couldn t replace it enless you cut the welds. Very poor work and when called to complain owner did no care and told us to pay to get it fixed AGAIN. do not recommend this shop, not professional at all. Owners name was mike very disrespectful.

i contacted dale at quality at 8:30ish on a terrible blizzardy friday morning and he had me fixed and ready to go by 9:30 the same morning.

I'm giving two stars for how quickly they got my truck done. Outside of that, if you're a woman, I highly recommend you find another shop! I work on vehicles myself, but due to the cold weather, I wasn't able to do so. I took my truck in for a radiator swap and was charged double the labor hours to have it done. After calling, it was somewhat fixed, but only because I knew what I should have been charged. I know I brought my own part to be installed, fine charge me for that. I know the shop looses money when someone brings their own part but at least let me know you are going to charge me extra for that don't just try to scam me. It's very sad that so many shops are dishonest and will screw you over if given the opportunity. I appreciate how quickly it was done, knowing how busy they are. But I'll find another shop as should you!

This place is awesome. Called at 7:01am to see if they could get me in to replace 4 batteries in my Freightliner.I was in & outta there within 45 mins.

I have a very bad experience with them i bring my car for replace tires but they don't have proper workmanship and after that tire pressure signs on they charge me for resetting code but they they not did. They are cheating on me.

Great service! I called ahead to see if they could squeeze my truck in for a quick fuel filter change. They took me in when I got there, and started on the job right away. I was referred by a friend, who had a great experience with this shop.

Horrible!! If i could give 0 stars i would. Took my car in after talking to the guy about aligning and balancing my car and he told me to explain what its doing and i did and he told me it should only need the balancing. Long story short they told me about half hour i came back half hour later ladys were all gone they wouldnt give me my car back (they did after waiting another half hour) and also the main problem never got fixed so they had me pay for nothing. First and LAST time ever taking a car there.

Quality Truck Service took exceptional care of us when we needed help with our diesel truck. We were hauling horses and broke down. They arranged a tow with the horses and took care of us quickly with a very reasonable charge. Got us back on the road in under 2 hours! Thank you!

Went in for a front end alignment and not long after that a bolt fell out of my passenger side brake caliper and then about a month later had the same issue on the drivers side. Are they trying to kill somebody? If they are trying to get people to come back in to have more work done this isn t the way to do it. They are lucky that I didn t get in an accident because of what they did. I m not impressed and I m not the only person that this company has done questionable work on vehicles for. What they do is make things seem ok at first so that they get all of these good reviews and then later down the road is when the shady mechanics they did on your vehicle shows. I do not recommend these thieves at all unless you don t care if the work they do could cause death to you or someone else.

Quick service. I called yesterday to check on some tires. They ordered them in less than 24 hours. This is my second vehical to put General Grabber All Terrain tires on. They are awesome. Thank you Quality Truck Service!

We broke down on I 29 and waited for a different tow company for over an hour. When they didn t show, Thankfully, Quality Truck Service responded and towed our car to the dealership in Sioux Falls, SD on a Sunday night. Thanks for coming to our rescue on a weekend.

This is one of the best places to bring my truck. and they have great technicians,and people who work there are nice. Mike and his staff are awesome and friendly. Got us fixed up and out of there in about 30 mintues. I highly recommend this business. He even came from home to help us out. Awesome!!!
