A very nice, little "mom & pop" glass shop with the professionalism of those chain companies. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the counter as I entered & she quoted me a very fair price for a windshield replacement. They had one in stock and it was done within an hour. The final cost was less than quoted AND less than chain company I had inquired about. Friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and reasonably priced. They can take care of ALL your glass needs. I was a first time customer and will be a return customer for anymore glass services I might need. If you haven't tried Decorah Mobile Glass, you should!

They told me it would take a 1 hr to put in my new windshield Tuesday may 30 2023 and from time I walked in door and back out the door with my new windshield Time was 1hr 20 minutes great job Decorah Mobil e glass

They are the best!They gave me something to drive and best of all my bill for my rear glass on my car was way less than I was quoted! I highly recommend this place over any other glass place!VERY FRIENDLY STAFF ALSO!!!

They were able to get me in the same day that I called about my chip and were able to provide a quote for a new wind shield, as well. The filling that they did only took about 20 mins. I would go back for future needs.

When I got my quote and made my appointment, I specifically asked if all of the sensors would be recalibrated. After the install was almost complete, I was told that I will need to go to a dealership and have the sensors recalibrated. They said if they are not recalibrated then there may be "some other system or issue that happens but they don't remember what it might be"Very frustrating to waste 2 days to replace what could have been done in 1 if I wasn't lied to.Service: Auto windshield replacement

they came as soon as they got the windshield for my car. they had it installed and looking perfect FAST. if you need a new windshield, i would highly recommend giving this company a call!

Decided to try staying local for our mirror/glass needs at my company, this was a terrible decision. Absolutely terrible customer service throughout the whole experience. The lady working the phones was rude and snotty every time she called. I will not recommend this company to anyone, terrible experience.

I called on Monday morning and had a new windshield installed by Wednesday afternoon. Price was a little higher than the estimated price however its nice to do business locally!

Needed my car s windshield replaced after a shelf fell and put a hole through it. Was told it would be 1.5 weeks before they could come to fix in Cresco so I made an appointment and took it to them to replace. I dropped it off early and picked it up when told it would be ready. There was broken glass dust covering the dash, there are dirty fingerprint marks on the interior side curtain airbag fabric (passenger and driver side).
