This was our first time at this branch or KAR. We had a wonderful crew help us. Dan came in on his day off to accommodate our busy schedule and wasn't pushy. Asked tons of questions on if we were happy with it and was very knowledgeable with any questions we had. We will definitely be returning for another vehicle when the time comes.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Service Dept. I had a sudden mechanical emergency and Jason stayed late on a Saturday to help me. My car was repaired and test driven to assure no additional problems occurred. I am so pleased to recommend Decorah Chevrolet to anyone who needs auto repair services.

Service, communication, everything was great. Kept me updated and answered any questions I had. Staff was very friendly and work was completed quickly. I expected to pay more honestly so was quite impressed. Thanks again! Waiting area was clean and even offered complimentary snacks and tv!

I recently purchased my 2023 Chevy Equinox from Decorah Chevy and the experience was a AMAZING! As a recent college grad looking to purchase my first car I was very unsure of what to expect from the car buying experience but Dan Downing was the best salesman to work with hands down! He was super patient with me as I took lots of time looking and test driving several different cars looking for exactly the right car. He went above and beyond in getting me estimates of monthly payments, answering any questions I had and helping me find the perfect car! I can not recommend Dan and the entire staff at Decorah Chevy enough they are awesome! I love my chevy equinox and am super happy with it!

The service staff (Jason/Kendra/Jake/Kordell) went out of their way to make sure I didn't need to worry about my service needs while in town for family. It was one less thing to worry about, and I can never thank them enough.

Zach knew my situation as a hit a deer and totaled my car, so by knowing my price to spend and liking the equinox he told me about the 2022 equinox as soon as it got on the lot. Drove it and live it so bought it.

The staff was very courteous and professional. They had my vehicle running by the end of the day and also provided me with a loaner vehicle. Thank you Jason and the lady that helped me, I'm sorry I can't remember her name. I also want to thank the mechanics who got me up and running again! I 100% recommend this place.

It has been the worse experience ever, bought daughter a 2014 Jeep, we ve signed the needed papers twice already, second time was because they had her name reversed, brought jeep back two days later due to odometer flashing and also had a wheel bearing out. Come to find out this vehicle had never gone through inspection they claim it accidently was changed from red list to green list meaning it had been inspected.. taking vehicle back in as odometer still flashes, being told now there is a factory recall for emissions and dashboard takes 5-10 minutes to come on to be able to access controls and also need to resign papers since my daughters signature looks different on her license then the forms we signed and credit union needs a closer match.. keep in mind it s the Holidays and we live an hour away and this will be our third trip to the business and of course four to pick up vehicle once it is worked on again next week!!!! Not pleased at all!!! Keep asking myself.. what next?! She s a college student and needed a reliable vehicle.. this is not it unfortunately

I ordered a Bolt EUV in summer 2023 at KAR and it arrived in Decorah Nov. 6. Zach helped me all the way through the process, including setting up Onstar and other features, such as arranging for $500 credit for EVgo charging. This is the 4th car I've bought at KAR and they've been great!

We have been looking for a 2918 Xt5 Cadillac, Jerry found one on line at Decorah. We bought her. Very easy people to deal with and Zach Anderson our sales associate was very nice. I just think they could have given me a nice bottle of wine for the sale

Great place to purchase vehicles. Zach our Sales guy is very knowledgeable on all the new technologies and he is able to translate and teach us how to fully use all the gadgets.As for the Service Dept. I can't say a bad word. They find issues before it becomes a problems. And I appreciate that.

I just wanted to thank your Cadillac team for treating me so well when I came to your dealership for service. Everyone, without exception, was professional, courteous and friendly. The parts manager was very resourceful and meticulous, as he searched for the part that I need for my car. T.y. It was my first time to your city (Decorah) and I'll never forget the good impressions all of you left me with. Went in troubleshooting problem w/engine lite coming on sporadically and having to clear it numerous times. Shop diagnosed problem and recommended changing the Differential Pressure Sensor, Staff was most helpful and answered the questions I had. THX

My truck broke down about an hour and a half from Decorah which was a major pain. I had the truck towed to this shop. They got me in right away and I had the truck back later that day. This was such a welcomed convenience in the midst of an otherwise frustrating experience.

Jason and the service team went above and beyond for me. I was out of town and hit a tire rim which blew out both passenger tires and running board not to mention I needed warranty work on my 2021 Escalade. They fixed everything on my car in 2 weeks and even delivered my car to Lacrosse WI where I could pick it up at the airport. Will always refer them whenever I can! Great work guys!

Jason at Decorah chevy was absolutely great to work with. He was able to get my vehicle in around my busy schedule, diagnosed the issues, got everything covered under warranty and fixed within 24hrs. Great experience and plan to continue buying from there!

I was passing through on a business trip and had my water pump fail/die. They were able to fit me in on a busy day and had the replacement water pump part. Everyone that I worked and spoke with was extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend them and as much as car trouble is never fun; this was the best car repair experience I have ever had. Thanks again to the guys at Decorah Chevrolet!!
