Craig was great to work with, very professional and friendly. I have a 2002 Honda CR 125 dirt bike with a damaged transmission. All the parts I needed were discontinued thru the manufacturer. The few parts I did find on Ebay were ridiculously priced or unavailable. I was ready to take a loss and part the bike out. Craig came thru with a complete transmission for my exact bike. He checked and documented the parts before sending them to me. Got my bike back running. Thanks to Craig!

I would never use this shop again..Craig charged me for work he did not complete and did things to my harley so that i would have to spend more money on repairs..if i could give him a minus 10 i would

If you want to do business with someone who s main goal is to get you running and on the road with reliable work then this is where you go. He discusses your bikes issues in depth with you and is upfront with cost. I ve had major work done here and anytime I ve had questions he s always answered. Other parts places get your parts and send you away. Here you get parts and knowledgeable advice about problems and questions before they arise. 1981 Honda cm 400c

Craig knocked himself out finding a coil for a 1964 Harley 250 Sprint. He was always quick to respond and gave us the best customer service ever! We highly recommend this business

Awesome owner goes above and beyond to track down hard to find parts. Has an inventory of parts and accessories like no other shop in the area. Been buying parts here for years and will continue to do so. Thanks for always finding me what I need or want. This place knows motorcycles!

Craig, the owner, was the most helpful Moto mechanic I have had the pleasure of meeting! At half an hour till close he helped me get my baby back on the road with his neverending bolt buckets! Will see repeat business from this biker!

These guys will never get another dollar from me. Our first negative experience occurred while my brother was shopping around looking for an older motorcycle to do a bobber project on. He stopped in at Moto-cycle parts and asked a guy (we assume the owner) what the price was on a bike sitting out front. The response he received was "you can't f&*!ing afford it." He literally said that. Does that sound like anyone you want to do business with? Me either. The times I've been in there myself the staff has been rude and I felt as though I were an inconvenience. They do seem to have a decent knowledge of motorcycles if you can get them to be gracious enough to share any of their "expertise" with you. Prices seem to be much higher than what you can find online. I personally have no reason to ever go back to this place again.

Guy is not professional and very rude. Don't waste your time, he doesn't seem to want your business. Just look at any other low rating review to see his customer service skills

I have used this location to work on my 2002 Harley Road King with no problems. I have also used them in the past to work on my 1985 Kawasaki Eliminator ZL900. No issues in the past with that bike being repaired at the quoted price either.

Great shop, Craig was easy to work with and helpful. There is a wide range of parts and plenty of them. If you need parts in central Iowa this is the place to go.

This place is the worst!!! I honestly have no idea how this guy stays in business. I took my vintage Honda to MotoCycle to get repaired. I recieved a $600 estimate to get my carbs synced and cleaned, which I agreed to. I let the owner know, that if it was a penny more, to give me a call. I recieved a call a week later letting me know my bike had been done. Not only did he charge me double, but the carbs were still out of sync. He tried to tell me that my bike needed all this extra work which was done without my consent and then started babbling about how he's so tired of dealing and explaining himself to customers. I could not believe what was going on. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BIKE ANYWHERE ELSE!

I had called every salvage yard and dealer in the area to find an oil cap for my motorcycle that fell off. Grabbed a buddies cap for comparison and headed out. After a little rummaging I was presented with a cap . I had ordered one online but wanted to get back on the bike today!

He was very helpful in the short time we were there. We arrived late so that was our fault. He was very informative and patient with us.

Good service! Had a new tire put on my bike and the price was comparative. Was willing to squeeze my service request in during a busy season, which I appreciate.
