As a business owner I own a lot of trailers, I had tried to find a place to do business with and after 3 other places I80 knocked it out of the park. I just picked up another tilt trailer to haul skid loader, this purchase makes #8 over past 5 years. 2 of the 8 had small issues, I called the staff, they got me right in and took care of the issue.

Was looking for a trailer and found them online. The salesman was super knowledgeable and got right back to me. The office staff was very welcoming. Trailer was perfect. Excellent company! Highly Recommend.

Purchased a dump trailer from i80 trailers in December, great customer service and prompt response from staff on inventory and specs on it. Went back in for some bushings and had great help from the staff on everything I needed to get my old trailer back in action.

Was passing by and had some trailer problems. Pulled in about 430 in a snow storm and got me all fixed up! Great service! Will be back!

Bought a 7x20 enclosed H&H trailer for our Boy Scout troop fundraising efforts. Jerry was top notch, making sure he understood exactly what we planned to use it for so we could get the right trailer for our application. Zero pressure, fair pricing from Jerry and he made sure all of our questions were answered. Great facilities and location!

Awesome customer service. Purchasing a new car trailer was easy and fast. Best service I've ever received in purchasing anything new. Will be back when I'm in the market to purchase a cargo trailer.

After disappointing experience(customer service and quality of the trailers) with Trailer plus in Dsm I drove to I 80 trailers in De Soto and I m glad I did. Girl at the front desk and guy name Carrol that helped me are professionals and super nice. The quality of H&H trailers and price was just out of this world so I went home with brand new 7x14 fo the same price Trailer plus charges for rusty and bad quality interstate trailers.

The process of buying the trailer was super easy and fast. The people who helped me were super friendly and caring. There was some confusion on my part about which wheels came with the trailer but they quickly resolved the issue, to my satisfaction! It was a 3-hour trip, one way, but totally worth it! I would go back again when we need another trailer. I even got a tip on where to find something completely unrelated when chatting with the gal who processed the paperwork

I had a problem with a newer trailer I bought at another dealer in Des Moines (Snappys), and when I took it to that dealer they couldn t even help me fix the problem. I took it to i80 and they easily took care of my problem with no issues at all. I wish I would have bought my trailer at i80 instead. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal, and the owner is a great guy. Highly recommended.

While moving to Iowa from out of state, my daughter s car broke down and I needed a trailer on short notice to haul it. Anne was super helpful and friendly, financing was a breeze, and I was on the road in no time! I love my new H&H car hauler!

Great people! easy to work with! we came from just south of Minneapolis to buy because they had low prices and the right trailer in stock . ended up costing us less to drive there then buy then same trailer in our area! I would 100% buy from them again! we bought a H and H 18 � 8 trailer with 5.2k axles and are happy with it !

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! Purchased a trailer from these guys for a 3,700lb drill. We discussed the equipment with I-80 prior to purchase. We opted to buy the heavy duty 10,000 lb trailer with a capacity of 7,000 lbs. The support beams are now bending several inches a year later. We spoke with I-80 about the issue and they unwilling to do anything to remedy the poorly constructed trailer. Once you drive off the lot, you are on your own. Very shady business practice. Stay away.

This guy (me) failed at one of the fundamental rules of trailer upkeep- repacking the bearings. The Piper called the bill due just five miles from exit 110 with a full load, when the bearings overheated, the grease cap came off and the axle started smoking. I pulled off the side while the rest of our caravan went into town and looked up help, which led us to I-80 Trailers. By any standard, they could have turned us away, since they were already dealing with a problem trailer and the work we needed would have taken them past their regular hours. Instead, they took us, and dug into a problem that could have been a whole weekend to resolve (fortunately, it wasn't). Not only did they take care of me, they did some extra work for one of the other vehicles in our caravan without charge. They stayed after hours to make sure I could get back on the road. The owner himself came out and looked the job over. I got to meet everyone there, and they put up with my prying questions. They were funny, friendly, and obviously skilled veterans in their line of work. They were also AFFORDABLE. I would recommend I-80 Trailers to anybody without hesitation. It's too bad they're in Iowa instead of New York State. I would use them exclusively. Thanks a million, guys! You saved me.

I 80 trailers has always served us well. They have a good selection of inventory as well as very knowledgeable sales and service people.I highly recommend visiting them for all you needs whether it be a new or used trailer or parts. I have found you can t beat their tire prices anywhere.

Picked up a new trailer yesterday. They price their trailers very fairly on the website and the facility is clean and new. I wanted aluminum wheels and got them switched and I was out the door in about an hour. If you want an H&H trailer in Iowa, this is the place.

They had just what I was looking for and Jerry my sales guy was super nice and went over all the stuff you should know. I also liked the fact that the whole under belly and the back door had been coated with Line-x. Highly recommend this place.

Had trailer lights quit working going down the interstate I pulled in they got me right in and got me fixed right away highly suggest them they do great work and very reasonable

Had wheel bearings go out on my trailer when I was up there.. they treated me right with a new axle and getting it installed.. would definitely recommend you guys for repairs and for new trailers also...
