Mitch was true to his word and he and his crew made a Huge effort to get a needed part from Dubuque so they could fix the car before I left town. It was really appreciated. They communicated what they would do, and true to their word, did it. Honesty and a job well done is a rarity in the auto repair business and I found it here. John on the desk was courteous and very helpful too. I hope their supervisors appreciate the job they do.

I was there last night only about 10 min before closing, from out of town only in Davenport overnight. Had one tire with suddenly super low pressure, assumed run flat tire was flat and needed replaced. They checked out my tire, explained (and showed me, which I appreciated) the wheel itself had a crack and nothing wrong with tire. They patched it for me, and gave me good advice on how to safely drive home today (3hrs away). They got this all done within 45-60 minutes, staying well past closing. And I was not the only customer there being helped past closing time. Both guys who helped me were very kind, professional and efficient.I am very grateful!

The guys here saved me!! I got a $3000 quote from Smart Toyota, and they needed to order parts before they could even work on it. Tires Plus did the work the next day for less than $1600. We will always come here from now on. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart

We called to see options and how soon we could get in. Spoke with Vikki and squeezed us in the same day. We were purchasing new winter tires to go on our jeep which we had new rims we ordered already online to go with them so we were purchasing only the tires. But she did offer different rims if we did not like what we had to go with their tires. She was extremely informative!!! Very knowledgeable!!! Answered all questions we had in all the options we questioned about the tire options for the jeep. Great personality! Was an extremely great experience! We were just planning on dropping jeep off an come back next day or two when fit in but that team was great! Fit us in their schedule and out the same day!

Jarod was awesome. He kept me informed of everything going on with the repairs to my car. He was extremely friendly and did great work. I would recommend him and Tires Plus to anyone looking for tires or vehicle repairs. Jarod needs a promotion or a raise because he is the reason I will continue to go back there over other places.

I had an appointment because of a rip in my sidewall had already planned on getting a new tire. Mike went over some questions with me about my tire pressure etc. Turns out I had no leak and didnt need a tire. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism and I will definitely be back in the future when I actually do need tires :)

Took forever to put my tire on and kind of rude when I asked a question. Quoted $300 for 1 tire to be mounted and balanced. Wouldn t show me where my tire had a nail in it. Definitely not doing business with them again.

An hour and a half for a inspection and oil change is pretty pathetic, especially when I have an 8 o'clock appointment. My wife shouldn't have been there past 8:45, the service is getting sad.

Had great customer service and experience today. Got a bad tire blowout while I was out of town at a wedding. Not only did they help us fix the problem and get our family safely on our way, but they squeezed us in even though they were fully booked. Words can t express our appreciation! Thank you!

Took my car there got 4 new tires but left with one messed up wheel and wouldn t even admit that they messed it up if you got aftermarket wheels I would be careful taking your car there I won t be taking my car back ever again !

Mitch was the front desk and service adviser we worked with he was absolutely amazing. From how helpful he was with putting us in the right tire. His attitude the entire time we were in the store was awesome. Kept our emergency as simple and smooth as he possibly could. We also forgot our wheel lock at home with our Tacoma and sure enough another staff member came to the rescue yet again just further our just phenomenal experience at this location. So thank you Mitch and the rest of the staff for helping us out today.

Called and scheduled a transmission flush for my 2020 Ram was quoted a price of $265.00 and then they called me back and said that the person I talked to quoted me the wrong price and the price went to $760.00 what a joke

Same day service to order tires scheduled apt for them to put on they did a good job but trying to reach anyone on the phone good luck put on hold for 10 min and no one picked uo phone.

We were traveling across the country with our food truck and we had a tire fall off our trailer they don't usually deal with trailers but they helped us the best they could and got us back on the road they went above and beyond saved the day

I went there due to a whistling sound I was hearing while driving. I waited two hours for them to tell me ONE they couldn't find the reason for the whistle and second although I have no sounds when braking they're not squishy or nothing feeling wrong with them, they wanted to tell me I needed THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of break work!! Don't you think if you need three thousand dollars worth of break work YOU'D KNOW THERE WAS A PROBLEM . So there's my experience

Lost a tire on my car last week. I bought my car from a dealership, which installed a brand of tire that is apparently not common in the US. My tires were pretty much new, so I only needed the one.They searched multiple locations and eventually found a tire in Colorado, where every other store gave up and said I would have to buy a new set. We shipped the tire to the store and got it on the car in a few days. Service was quick and the people at the counter were very polite and helpful.

Helpful with the Tiresplus credit card when neededBe careful setting up payments for automatic withdrawal. They charged me $27 late fee and never said why the transaction didn't happen when the account had money set aside for monthly withdrawals. Paid in full plus 27$ in two months. Hope that 27$ was worth it.

We unfortunately ran over a screw on the road and tire was leaking air, had our kids in the car on the way to a birthday dinner. Stopped at the nearest tire place who said they couldn't get us in.. drove a quarter mile down and these guys said they could get us in in about an hour even though they were also booked full. They got us in earlier than expected and got the tire patched up so quick that we were still able to get to our dinner party on time. Super grateful! Great place and great staff!Service: Tires

I highly recommend this shop for everything from a simple oil change to a major repair! The manager and staff are very efficient and go above and beyond to ensure the car is safe, and that the repairs are affordable. I had some hard to find tires, and they were able to get them in and installed quickly. Tires are getting pricey again, so picking a place is going to come down to tire price, labor costs, add ons, and staff friendliness. These guys compete with anybody.

Very upset!!! Picked up my car after getting a belt changed, oil changed, battery ($300) changed to find some oil splattered all over my wipers and windshield all the way to the to of my explorer!!! Also, tool scuff marks on my fenders. So, after spending well over $2,000, there I now have to have an argument with my partner regarding all the issues they left us. As the employees just stare at us in the parking lot. None come to approach and fix what they did wrong.
