I got towed to Peterbilt today I used Teos I must say I am sure glad I did Willy was the operator that towed me professional explained everything to me from connecting to disconnect towed out a bay from i80 truck stop for a great price thank you Teos and a great big thanks to Willy who came out to tow me even though its his son Birthday today thank u again big dog appreciate it

All these reviews are fake. Very bad to deal with especially in the situation when the cop calls them on you. They work with Iowa police and they will over charge you be sure about it. Communication is a zero. They don t pick up the phone and when they do they will just hung up on you.

Dorio and Poli were very cool and helpful. Also they wore masks to protect their customers. Also Poli is very pleasant to talk to and very nice. Fantastic service. They even offered to drive me to the motel while my truck gets fixed. I would rate you six stars if I could.

TEOS is a towing company that I would give 6 stars to. Punctual,friendly,and very professional. By far the cleanest both inside and out of their equipment. Just when you thought you would take a peaceful road-trip, your dash lights up and says stop brake issues. You call AAA and they call TEO S. The professional arrives and meticulously prepare my convertible to be towed to my service guy. I must save the service from TEO S appear to be Top notch.

Fast and fair price for service on semi-trailer, that lost a hub/wheel bearings. They came to our location and performed service that enabled us to limp the trailer to a truckstop for repair, rather than paying a huge tow bill. The 3 guys who we rousted in the middle of the night to rescue us were professional and a pleasure to deal with, as was the lady on the phone who dispatched them. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Yea so I was a dummy and ran out of fuel 2 miles from my exit tried stretching too far. Well poli and teos services helped me out big time and got me back on the road in. No time at all. I will always remember this and recommend them for any roadside assistance. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

My tire blew out on the Highway 80 while I was on my way back to Des Moines. I had just got my car pulled over when Teo pulled up behind me with his tow truck asking if I needed any help. I was so blessed that he did because I discovered later that I didn't have a lug wrench with my jack. He was very kind and even told me that he was actually off duty but he feels it is the responsibility of people in the towing or similar industries to help those in need. Anyone that has a problem or lives in this area, I highly recommend Teo's. Great service!Service: Tire change

They are way too overpriced especially if you are on hard times and your car gets taken in on police impound. I was lied to by the person I call on the phone and assumed I didn't have to pay 1200 dollars to pull my vehicle out. Boy was I wrong. Holding fee for police impound should be cut in half and even then they have ridiculous percentage based fees that rack up the price tremendously

Tractor broke down in Atkinson, IL Needed my company s tractor/trailer towed to Joliet, IL and Polli & Willy showed up, from Iowa! These two guys were light hearted, helpful, humorous, quick moving and super efficient. They both went above and beyond with restraining & securing the tractor in ways that Ive never seen! I ve had several truck breakdowns within my career (comes with being a trucker), and I ve been towed a few times but I ve never witness a tower secure a tractor in such a way, making sure that every part of the tractor is secure.I rode 109miles in the other truck with Willy, who was pulling my trailer. As a lady trucker, Willy made me feel really comfortable and secure. Such a nice, calm, professional tower.I easily recommend this towing company Service: Special vehicle towing

These guys were amazing! Showed up early. Towed to their drop yard to drop my flatbed then towed my tractor to the KW dealership. Offered water, had a great life conversation with Poli. Kind of glad I had a breakdown just to meet and talk with Poli. Poli and Dani were fast and helpful, we were stranded on the side of the highway and they came and helped us within the hour, they were professional and courteous. We didn t think they would come so quickly but they did and they made us feel better knowing we were gonna get the service we needed. Thank you guys!! Awesome service when my dad broke down I280. Its nice to see that there are businesses out there that care about their customers and try to help them out in every which way possible. My dad was pretty upset about the idea of leaving his semi-truck a couple hundred miles away from home, but after the great service TEOS provided, my dad was relieved and felt like his truck was in good hands! 10/10 would recommend

Charged me $2500 for 6 miles tow.When they towed my TRUCK, they didn't tell me an estimate.They work with local police and don't allow you to call towing company you want. Stay away from these scamers.First they gave me the price of $750 and it was just to remove my truck to side of the road and then they decided to make some money and told me that they need to move my truck to their yard.I have my DOT Box trucks towed many times and the price was $345 for 10 miles, but NEVER $2500 for 6 miles.They will rip you off. I was heading on I-80 when I found stopped traffic ahead of me and had to take the ditch and got stuck in mud. The only way to get me out was for the tow driver to come up on the other side of the road facing on coming traffic. He did a GREAT job doing this! He was very professional and concerned for everyone involved with the incident. He got me pulled out and then gave me directions on how to get back on the correct side of the freeway. They were very friendly and very professional! I highly recommend these guys!Service: Car towing

Amazing service! Got a flat on the interstate with 7 passengers on board, they were the only company that could pick all of us up! They were there in under 30 minutes. They fixed our tire quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!!

I had such a great experience with this company! As soon as I called they got to me within 30-45 minutes. Incredible company they are running. Very respectful. Very nice owned business. Would 10/10 definitely recommend everyone using this company when they need a tow.

$350 to get pulled out of snow in an I-80 median at 8:30pm on a Thursday night. Seems pretty steep, but they did show up in 5-10 mins, were very professional, careful, and got my car out so I could drive away. Cost was high, but I was happy to get out pretty quickly. I want to give props to this company! After having a deer strike in a semi truck my husband and I were sitting on the side of the highway with our hazard lights on. We hadn t called them for a tow we only called 911 to report the deer strike. I see this tow truck approach us. I get out of the semi and walk up to him. He greeted me and the first thing out of his mouth was are you guys okay? I said yes and explained that we had a deer strike. And that all that was damaged was the deer guard on the semi truck. He then asked if we needed medical care or if we needed a tow. If anything was leaking from the truck. I said no it looks like everything is okay. And that we were going to the Iowa 80 truck stop anyway for his 30 minute break. He said okay. You let me know if you need anything and y all be safe. Now mind you these tow truck drivers put their lives on the line every time they respond to a call. And this gentleman offered us everything and anything. He put his life on the line for us even though we didn t call. I then proceed to call into Teos to tell them about this and that s when I found out that this man was the owner. This is exactly what we need in today s world. So please call them if you need a tow! I know I ll be telling my husbands company to use them if we ever need a tow. And they do semi truck towing as well!! Thank you again and god bless you.

These guys fixed a problem in one day which otherwise would have taken several days at the dealer. Their towing service showed up I had barely gotten off the phone with their dispatch. I'd recommend their service to anybody.

Poli and Dario came right out and did a fantastic job! Very efficient and careful not to damage my truck and be safe!! Very friendly and helpful! They took me to a motel after dropping my truck at the shop! Will use them again if needed!! Thanks guys!!
