I was given expert advice, they needed to deflate and re-inflate all my tires (4) with nitrogen to top off the rear driver (1) side one which was low on nitrogen. $80 for the service, I already had nitrogen in tires . No typos, true story.�\_( )_/�

I worked with Michael Wells at Toyota to purchase a new car. I could not have had a better experience and absolutely recommend working with him. He made the entire process very easy and went above and beyond.

They were easy to schedule an oil change with over the phone. The waiting room was nice and comfortable. I appreciate the snack and drink offerings available. The oil change took just over an hour, they checked all the car fluids and washed the car. It was a lovely surprise to find a clean car!

Had oil change done there and the machanice did not tighten oil pan plug. Lost 1/2 quart , I thought their was a major problem. They also did not do curticy safety inspection. Will not go back there! Not worth the money!

My engine light came on when leaving work today & also had AWD warning stating see dealer I went directly to Smart & they we able to get me right in without an appt, Josh was great! ...turned out to be my fault; lesson learned always tighten your gas cap which I hadn't causing moisture build up, would highly recommend Smart from when we first purchased our 2109 Highlander from Derek & Matt, to Lynette their wonderful & witty finance mgr...and her kind husband who helps me with our free car washes for life...another wonderful perk from Smart they are all great and make us feel like family! Thank you Smart team!
