Brought my 2015 Honda Fit in for a transmission fluid exchange. When it came time to pay I was hit with a laundry list of repairs needed. I was grossly misquoted and lied to by service personnel. I was quoted $2600 for struts, 659 dollars for a transmission pan and gasket, 689 for 2 tires, and 1968 to replace power steering rack. Here comes the giant lie. They claimed my car was leaking power steering fluid from the rack. Only one major problem with this. My car has EPS(electric power steering) and does not require fluid!!!!! I will never again buy a car from or service my car with this company.

Original review 8/4/22: Got a coupon in the mail for 50% off an oil change, so figured I d come here to save some money. The oil change was quoted at $80, so after discount and tax I was expecting $42.80. Even WITH an appointment, it took over an hour and a half for an oil change, the slowest I ve ever experienced. And with the half-off discount, the price came to $95 somehow MORE than the full price. I guess I won t be returning.Edit 5/27/23: They offered me a free oil change after writing the original review. I decided to give them a second chance. Went today for a 12:30pm appointment, sat and waited until 2:15, then went to ask what s up. She said it would be about an hour and a half. I don t have 3+ hours to sit and wait for an oil change on a Saturday. I got my car and left without the oil change. I guess I ll cut my losses and just go somewhere else. I won t be using the free oil change and will get a refund for the initial visit when I was significantly overcharged.

We just bought a 100,000 mile 2014 Accord V6 with a drivetrain warranty. Timing belts have a service life and if not replaced by the time Honda says they need replaced, any damage caused by a broken belt isn't covered under warranty, so we understood we needed to have the timing belt replaced ASAP for preventative maintenance. Since it was under warranty, I opted to have Honda do it instead of following YouTube instructions and trying it myself. Smart Honda got the car in right away and had the car done in record time for a price comparable to independent mechanics. I've been doing my own maintenance/repair for 30 years, but will be considering Smart Honda first from now on.

I took my wife's 2016 Honda Civic in, which was purchased new from Lujacks, to have the AC looked at because it was blowing hot air. I had researched about this and found that Honda had extended the warranty on the AC condenser due to it being a bad part for 2016-2017 Honda Civics. Our Civic has less than 24,000 miles on it. Smart Honda's service center let me know that the condenser was bad and that would be replaced under warranty, but that I also had a leak in the AC compressor and that would cost roughly $1500 to replace. I told them no thank you. The next day I made an appointment with a different Honda dealership. They replaced the condenser under warranty, inspected the compressor for leaks and found none. The compressor was perfectly fine. They charged up the AC and it works perfect now. I was out the door with no charge.Smart Honda service center lied to me about a part that was not bad, and tried to get me to pay $1500. They lie, they steal, and they are crooks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!

Worst Service, if you service here they won t let you go for free instead they add more additional services which are not even broken or damaged. They charged me $4800 for multiple inspection, when I called Zimmerman Honda, they told $2700 for the same services. When I said about Zimmerman Honda they come down to $3250. Now, I came for second time within 3 months they are asking for $6000 added new things into it which were not there before and also added diagnosis fee too. They always force me to sell my car I don t know what they want. I m heading to Zimmerman Honda. Please make sure before coming here that you really need those services what they are recommending?

My car has been serviced multiple times at Lujack Honda. Each time I am kept up to date and informed by the service department regarding the status of my car, cost and repairs. My car has always been completed as stated when dropped off.

Worst Worst Service center in Davenport. I Fed up with giving my car for servicing. I have given car my service on August they changes my front brake pads improper installation it was damaged my car hardware.I really dont know they changed previously or not they are just adding the cost invoice. This is really bad about this service please dont choose at all.
