The service is excellent! The friendly folks there give me a heads- up as to service that will be needed in the future. That allows me to plan. In the waiting area are some comfortable chairs. There are also some uncomfortable chairs. These uncomfortable chairs look like something that belongs in a German castle. Fair warning: if you are waiting for an oil change, do not sit in one of these chairs.

No complaints. Went there for an oil change and they also gave me a diagnostic sheet with other things that should get handled along with a time frame for them. I appreciate that. They also had a bunch of free Starbursts. The employees were very cordial, I ll definitely be returning

Fantastic experience. Our son goes to college in Davenport and needed tires. They made it easy and helped make the decision on tires seamless over the phone. My son was able to drop the vehicle off and the work was flawless. Very knowable and felt like they had our budget in mind. It was great to work with River City Tire. Thank you-

Everyone at River City is extremely helpful and friendly. They give their honest assessment of your vehicle and what needs attention right away or what can wait. They get your car in right away and text you when it s done and send you a link of what they tested along with recommendations for future maintenance. I wouldn t want to go anywhere else and I always like to support local businesses. Bonus they give you a free snack!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Got a flat on my Dodge ProMaster Camper Van while passing through Davenport on a long road trip back to Omaha. Action Towing driver was awesome, filled it with air and recommended River City. They got us RIGHT in, other places couldn t tell us HOW long it would take. We were on our way with a new tire in less than an hour. Friendly, GREAT customer service. And I love to support local! Everyone was very nice. They got me in and out in a very reasonable time. And they didn t try to get me to fix anything I didn t need. They answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable and like I could trust them. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Fantastic, clear and concise about issues and detailing w/pictures so you don't just hear about a problem and cough up dollars... they will be honest! And not just looking to nickel and dime by doing jobs they decided they need to.If you're tired of your last shop, this is a place that WILL help you! And the people are friendly which seems to be a dying trait.

Came across River City while working at my job as we take our cars there and they ve always been friendly to our non profit so I knew when I need car work done they would be my go to. Today was my third time in and I was in and out with resolves car issues in under an hour. Always friendly and efficient: )

I went in to get my my car's A/C fixed, they charged me slightly over $200, my A/C was still broken and when I brought my car back, they basically said, never mind, it's actually another problem, this time it'll be $870 to fix it, and didn't even offer me a rebate for the original $200 I already spent for no reason.Total scam.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

We had a slow leak in one of our tires. My husband brought to River City not knowing if they would have time to find and repair it. They had the tire repaired within a half-hour. Greatly appreciate their speedy service.

This was the first time I've used the services of River City Tire and I was very satisfied with the maintenance work on my vehicle. The staff personnel were friendly and recognized me by calling me by name. The text and phone call about my vehicle relieved my anxiety. I will use their services again. Very Happy with their service and attention to the well-being of all my cars. I have been a customer since 1996 and the NEW OWERSHIP is just as GOOD with customer service as the old was. I will continue to use them to maintain my cars.

The employees were kind, thoughtful and very accommodating... They took my car in very quickly and had it diagnosed just as quick...had to leave my car overnight as they did not have the part and they supplied a loaner at no charge. Their service is top notch.

As someone who knows nothing about cars, car repairs always make me so nervous. River City was wonderful. They explained what my car needed and helped me find a lower cost option. It was such incredible customer service! I had some windshield wipers in my car I had previously purchased at another store and they put them on without asking. I really appreciate their help!!

If it were possible I would give them an even higher than 5 stars! Great service! Solid communication and service! They even supplied a loaner car to me while they did the work! I just can't say enough to show how truly impressed I am with them from the ladies at the counter to Kurt in the shop! Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed!!

Awesome service from start to finish. Friendly staff checks you in. Your vehicle is in the garage within 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I got a detailed text from the mechanic of not only what service I was going to have done but a whole inspection of the car. Very professional. Thank you Terry

The staff at River City were friendly and extremely helpful in diagnosing my vehicle, getting it scheduled in a timely manner, and getting it fixed. The inspection they performed on my vehicle provided great information about my van and peace of mind for me as our driving season goes into winter. I would highly recommend them for tires or service!

Had our Honda Ridgeline in for a brake fluid flush and tire rotation and our Toyota Highlander for an oil change and tire rotation within a week. Both were completed in a timely thorough manner at a price much better than the local dealership. I've always been pleased with the inspection reports that they give and feel confident of their skills and completed work.

Excellent service. Very professional team. Scheduling appointment was a breeze and no delays. Car was taken in on schedule time and finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely return for future service
