I rarely write reviews, but I had such a positive experience that I feel compelled to share. I own a 2007 Saturn, and after driving it here from Wisconsin, it started experiencing issues like a wobbly front right wheel and loss of power steering. Skeptical about finding a reliable repair shop, I called Rick & Kens. They got me in right away, diagnosed the problems, and gave me a very fair repair estimate. Not only did they fix the immediate issues, but they also took care of the small things and made sure I left knowing what I should follow up next with on the vehicle. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine concern for my satisfaction were truly impressive. If you're a Palmer student from out of state or visiting from out of town, don't hesitate to call them for trustworthy service. Rick/Ken without people like you we wouldn t be able to make it back home to our families during school breaks safely, Thank you.

Was recently in Davenport and my air conditioning went out. The recommendation to go here was spot on. I was told they are fair and will do their best to get the work done quickly. That sums it up. The owner (Chico Harris) checked the system, offered a very reasonable estimate, and got the work done that day by the time promised. Excellent! I would use them if I lived in the area. Very professional and awesome customer service! They said it may take a few days to get looked at as they were very busy but they got my car repaired in less than 24 hrs. I've been a repeat customer and they always get me back on the road next day! Price isn't ridiculous and they do great work!

I have had several vehicles serviced by Rick and Ken's over the years. They have always been honest, even to the point of telling me when repairs or parts are not needed. Their labor costs are very reasonable compared to dealers. The work performed has been nothing but quality. Sure the facility is small, cluttered, and there is no waiting room but it doesn't affect the quality. If you can drop your vehicle off, give them time to repair it and don't mind a shop that is pressed for space I think you will be happy with the results.

I needed to get ny headlight fixed and a few shops I called were all charging me $150 just to get my car looked at (looking at you CarX) and these guys charged me that for the entire thing total. Called up these guys and they made time to check my car out right away. Extremely polite and knowledgeable staff, really quick and efficient work and very reasonable prices. Got everything taken care of perfectly and they explained everything they were doing and didn't charge me anything unnecessarily. I think I might have found my new favorite shop in the QC.

These guys came to my rescue when I was stranded with a handicap van whose ignition had been vandalized along with the side mirrors and gas tank (from sand). They fixed it all at an amazing price. Highly recommended to me by highly rated body shop who takes his own vehicles here.

Great service and communication on work being done. Fair priced and easy to work with! They replaced the dreaded exhaust manifold on my5.4L F-150 when most wouldn't even touch it.

Great people and they do great work! Appreciate them working with me and fitting me in to get my vehicle done so I would have it by the weekend. I am always sceptical about who to have work on my car. I will go back to rick and Ken's.

Got me in right away to check vehicle I was thinking about buying, went through thoroughly and gave it a good eating. Took them some time and watched while they did it. Only $40.00 and we'll worth the charge.
