Todd did a fantastic job replacing the front driver side fender on my PT cruiser. Excellent paint color match too! My car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Very professional and polite.

This is the second time I have brought my car to Precision, and will continue to return every time I need body work done to my vehicles. My recently purchased BMW SUV was sideswiped and the person left the lot, causing a large chip and dents to the side of my vehicle. In 4 days, the team at Precision had my car looking fresh off the lot again, with no sign any damage was ever done to the vehicle. I will continue to recommend their center, services, quality and friendless. They really do an outstanding job.

Hit a deer in the early morning and they were able to get my car in the very same day! Everyone was incredibly friendly and took time to explain processes I had questions on. Not only did they do a fantastic job making my car look brand new again, they also got it done earlier than the estimate! You ve made a lifelong customer, I ll be recommending to everyone! I picked up my car today and I couldn t be happier. I have a 2020 Acura MDX that I love and it was involved in a hit and run an accident. The paint color is white pearl, which is the hardest color to match. My husband was out of town and I had a huge decision to make with no experience where am I going to take my car to be fixed right, who do I trust? The closest Acura dealership is Peoria and they don t have a Body Shop. Typically this is something my husband would handle, but he was going to be out of town for a couple weeks which would allow me to get my car fixed and use his vehicle. I took my car to five different places and got five different estimates. I wanted to make the right decision. Precision Collision isn t the biggest or the fanciest place but I felt most comfortable there. He s a small local business, and I felt more than anyone that he understood how nervous I was, and assured me that the car would be fixed right, no cutting corners and he had complete faith in his Painters skills and experience that I would be very happy with the color when it was complete. I went home that night and studied and compared all the estimates and what each was going to do, which took a lot of time. In the end, I listened to my gut and I went with Todd at Precision Collision. My car looks beautiful, there were no surprises, he didn t cut any corners, in fact, he touched up some scratches for me that I hadn t said anything about (that was a great surprise/touch!) and it was completed early!! My husband who is extremely picky went with me to pick my car up and I held my breath when we pulled up since it was my decision. He loved it and remarked several times at what a great job they did. The paint matched perfectly, unbelievable. These guys are Five Star all the way!

Precision Collision helped me with a minor repair on a car that has been in my family for over 25 years. I went to other local body shops that would not step outside of what they typically do for customers. It was a matter of getting a part that they said they couldn't get because it wasn't in their parts database. Older cars are not always easy to find parts for but that doesn't mean you can't find the parts. "Sorry , we can't help you" isn't really good for business. Todd at Precision Collision went above and beyond what other businesses would do for me. He found the part I needed and completed the job in one day for around the same price that other businesses that "couldn't help me" would have charged me.Give your local body shops a chance to help you. Especially ones like Todd's that have been serving the local community for so many years.A big grateful thank you goes out to Todd and his crew at Precision Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am completely floored by how well I ve been treated by this company. The price was very affordable but the quality exceeded my expectations. The owner Todd came in at 5 am and worked till midnight to ensure the highest of quality. Not only did they do an amazing job on the repairs of the bumper and buffing, they cleaned the inside of my vehicle too. You just don t see businesses like this anymore. The owner is very involved and cares about doing great work. Wish I could give a higher rating than just five stars! No need to get estimates anywhere else... these guys will take good care of you!

I picked my car up today from Precision Collision after having work done for bumper repair and 10/10 recommend. They detailed the front of my car, added a mat in the passenger side, and buffed off some paint that was on the side of my car from a parking lot incident no extra charge. Who does that?! also, Todd is super knowledgeable and was great about any questions I had and fair about everything all around.

Tom and everyone at Precision Collision are absolutely amazing. My tire blew on the highway destroying my wheel well, fender, bumper, and so much more. Tom and everyone else worked to make my car good as new! Very kind and understanding people and without a doubt, will always be the people I go to for any automobile needs! Amazing small business that did 100x more for me than my own car dealership. Aside from them being amazing on their own, going above and beyond is just what they do! They even went the extra mile to fix my air conditioning in my car (I didn't even know fixing it was possible!) Amazing place that I highly recommend! I have no words that could accurately describe how grateful I am for this team of hard working professionals. Precision Collision helped me turn a frustrating and unfortunate situation into a positive learning experience. Recently, my vehicle was stolen in the Quad Cities. Luckily it was recovered within a few hours, with mild to moderate damage. Once insurance was notified and a claim was submitted, I reached out to this autobody shop and they gave me all the information I needed.Once my car arrived at the shop, the owner and the body shop manager immediately jumped in to help me navigate the complex process of working with insurance. It did take a few weeks to get all repairs approved and done, but it's understandable. Many places are short staffed and I know that they rely on third-party services and products which, due to the economic impact of the pandemic, may not be readily available.The quality of work done at Precision is exquisite. My car looked and felt brand new when I picked it up. The entire team was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I felt as if I was their only customer, even though they were and always stay BUSY! Todd was very helpful and accommodating since I was going out of town for a month. The work done on my Jetta was top quality. It wasn t the cheapest quote I got (and definitely not the highest..) but I had a good feeling about choosing precision and I m glad I did. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop for collision repairs.

Took our car there after a minor accident. Needed work to bumper, fender, and hood but nothing structural. Car came out great. There were some issues that developed with the bumper a few months after, but it was corrected and the car is back to looking like new.

Todd was SO helpful! I had been involved in an accident & my insurance company was trying to total out my car. I cancelled my insurance claim & figured I would just get it fixed myself. After talking with Todd, he told me that I would be able to keep my car & insurance would fix it. He helped me pick the claim back up & have my insurance pay for the services. Front end of my car needed new parts & some body work & it only took about a week. AMAZING customer service & AMAZING results! On separate occasions, Precision did nice work replacing my front and rear bumpers. I was impressed with how well they matched the paint since my car is nine years old. Customer service was good, and the owner, Todd, seemed trustworthy. I'd recommend them.

I researched several body shops for their quality of work and pricing. After 4 estimates, I decided to use Precision Collision for the work I needed to have done to the back of my Toyota Highlander. I spoke to the owner as well as to one of his staff and they were super friendly and helpful. The work they did was excellent and the cost was about half of one estimate I got from a large shop located on Harrison Street. I can't say enough good about my whole experience with Precision Collision and if I ever need more work done, I will certainly return their way. I highly recommend them!!!!

My car had damage from the front bumper all the way down the passenger side of my car clear back to almost the back bumper. I m talking my passenger side mirror was missing and the window was cracked. They got the work done in just a couple days over 2 weeks from when I dropped it off. I would of gotten back sooner but once they fixed it someone backed into it in their parking lot so they had to re fix my bumper. But of course that was at no extra cost to me and I couldn t be happier with the results, my car looks as good as the day I bought it!!!

Had to have my bumper replaced that was damaged in a parking lot. Todd and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. My Nissan Rogue looks great. They also took the time and cleaned it so when I picked it up it sparkled. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Their work and customer service is exceptional.

Todd had taken care of paint-less dent repair a couple of years back and did an amazing job, so he was the first person I thought of after my car's rear bumper was damaged in a hit-and-run accident. The bumper required some fill work along with a complete repaint. Todd pointed out the difference in the factory paint shades on the sheet metal vs. urethane surfaces, and said he would actually provide a better match, and he totally delivered on that promise! Fantastic work, and it only required a day and a half in the shop.

Our van was involved in front in damage causing our entire bumper to be replaced. Todd was attentive to our needs on when we needed our vehicle but also to the quality of the job. He found additional repairs and located parts quickly. His team also knew that painting a bumper (different material) requires a different shade (unlike our last repair that left our bumper darker). He came in on a Saturday to finish up so I could have my van on Monday. Todd, thank you for your quick, quality work. We will be using you as our collision repair always.

Todd was great to work with! About a month ago I had bought a car off him and we had nit picked about some very minor scratches and one other thing and he had fixed it with no problem or complaints. He made me feel like an actual person and not just a customer or a sale. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and talk to and he always responded quickly to my texts or calls. He also was able to get me a spare key fob within a matter of a couple days along with fixing my bumper and getting it back to me as soon as he could considering I didn't drop it odd until they were almost closed and my car looks great!! Todd has always made sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased from him and the repairs he has made. I would definitely recommend him and Precision Collision to anyone and everyone!

Brought in my car after being rear ended and had a pleasant experience. Todd, the owner, greeted me when I came to pick up the car and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They were able to work with the insurance company and even detailed the car in the process. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality collision work at a good price!

After having 3/4 of my truck gouged by a snow shovel I was a little worried about being able to get a whole body paint job done for a reasonable price, and after having gotten outrageous estimates I thought the whole body job was a pipe dream. After 1 week, 5 days and over half of the competitions price my truck looked factory new. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of and done right. I would recommend them to anyone looking for premium quality work at more than a reasonable price!

Todd was very friendly and very accommodating. He provided a quote on the spot, and his price was good. Scheduling the repairs was easy, and they were done when they were supposed to be. The vehicle looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the inside thoroughly. I'll definitely recommend this company to friends and family - a great experience overall.
