BEWARE! BBB complaint made. Dropped my vehicle off 10/10 for brake repair. Quoted $328.00 for back brakes. Received a call that front and back brakes were bad and needed rotors, calipers, pads despite just having front brakes done. I agreed to back rotors, calipers, pads. Picked up vehicle days later. Battery fried, alternator fried, lost the lid to my brake fluid. Did not put new rotors on, they are covered in rust, no pressure in brakes due to not being bled and dirty brake fluid with no lid on. They charged me $590.00 and did not complete services they charged for and would not engage in a conversation when I called. Had my vehicle inspected by another mechanic and was told I was rippped off and to turn them in. Charged for rotors, did not complete safety services, front brakes are fine. Do not need repaired despite their recommendations.

This is the most professional business ever. I have been taking my cars here as long as I have been driving. If work needs to be done, they have reasonable prices and have always been straightfoward and honest.I trust this business for all of my car needs for alignment, ball joints and tire rotations. Highly recommended. Thank you for taking care of all of my vehicals when needed. I am not going anywhere else for these services! On time. On budget. Great rates. Very friendly and professional. Took my Dodge Nitro there for front end suspension work. The work met my expectations. The professionals, punctuality, and price blew my expectations out of the water. Even gave me a heads up on some maintenance that's not needed yet, but coming up soon, so I can plan for it... Without pushing me to do it now. Will definitely use them again. Would definitely recommend them to others.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Excellent and reliable work, great service. That s twice now Monte s has helped me out when I was in a tough spot ..sometimes it s the little things, and they do them right too. Great group of guys. Would definitely recommend to family, friends etc. Sometimes you just know when you run into an honest, dependable and reliable shop. Will definitely be back.

Really can't say this was a good experience!!! I blew the group of brake lines on my 2006 Chevy Silverado on Thursday. I had the truck towed there as it was close to home. I was gone for the weekend & went to check on the vehicle on the following Tuesday, to find the passenger door caved in from something obviously backing away from Monte's shop. Brian said he had no idea what happened. They have a security system, that I was told " not working correctly" & he means to get it fixed. I found him very vague in details & offering any help or cooperation. He made it clear it didn't matter to him. I had the police dept. come up & Brian was the same with them... No Help. So at this point my truck has about $1,000.00 damage & I still have a truck with NO BRAKES. Not wanting another tow bill, I had them fix the lines, My final bill with a full100% parts mark up was over $900.00. No discount or deduction to help out. Very poor customer service!!!! No sign that says vehicles on premises are at owners risk, damage, or expense. Overall this experience really disappointing. I feel I was overcharged, ignored & my truck door was badly damaged. I can not recommend this business to anyone.

To start my parents took there vehicle here over 40 years ago to have brakes done before go on along trip. They were not happy with the work that was done at the time. We have been hearing alot of good things about them lately so we thought why not give them another try and they did excellent job. Another place told her she needed $3,000 dollars worth of work done to her brakes (not) Monte did some of the work for a fraction of the price (ya). About a week later we needed to have a door handle fixed they did not do the work but gave use a name of a place that did an awesome job and the price was just right.

The rear brake line in my wife's old Subaru rusted out, leaving us with fluid running onto the ground and no brakes except the mechanical parking brake. We checked Google for the closest shop, limped into Monte's after hours, and then talked to the manager (owner?) Brian the next morning. He was able to start on it within one day, and the work was completed within two days. After examining the car, he called me and gave me two options for the repair: routing the new replacement brakelines back into the factory position, or rerouting one slightly into a safe, but much easier position to work on for 1/2 the price. I really appreciated that he would give me an option, and that they had the knowledge and experience to offer options. It saved me hundreds of dollars. I had never been to Monte's before, but I was impressed and will recommend them to family and friends.

They are a professional car repair service. No pressure to up sale and they give you the repair estimate and let you decide. They been my alignment shop for years and are the only shop I trust to do my alignments and brake work. I can not say enough good things about Brain and his team. Broke the grill in our truck then decided to glue and duct tape back together and didn't make us aware of it because he forgot. Quoted us one price and charged almost $100 more.
