By far this has been the best car buying experience ever. I reached out to Kimberly BMW after seeing this M4 online and Jim and his team were super responsive. No hassles on pricing or high pressure. They knew I had fly out from NY to get the car and everything was exactly as they said. Professionalism and transparency were evident from the start. Jim, Tyler, and Lawrence were a class act. This is what customer service is all about. I can t say enough about how genuine and on point my experience was. A+++

I wasn't looking for a new car but after an accident I was left with no choice. Kimberly car city had the best prices I could find. Tyler Bishop was more then helpful in helping me get the car I wanted. Even offering to help me take the rental back. Tyler and the finance team did an awesome job at getting the car I wanted to work with the payments I wanted. Even came out paying less per month then I anticipated. I would 100% return in the future.

Am submitting this review with regard to my experience concerning the purchase of my 2024 BMW 5 series. I have purchased numerous vehicles from your BMW sales staff and have specifically dealt with Patrick. As always, the experience was exemplary. My initial contacts occurred when the vehicle was on order and still being produced in Germany. Patrick kept me advised every step of the way! When the vehicle finally arrived, he moved having a nurse in order to get the vehicle ready so it could be delivered on the same day it was received by the dealership. I couldn't be happier! The vehicle is a real gem! Patrick is also a real gem and should be congratulated for his exemplary performance of his duties. I also dealt with Lawrence regarding financing, and also found warrants to be exemplary in his abilities to arrange the financing and close the deal promptly and completely.Please feel free to call me if you have further questions. Luke was the salesman that approached us as my wife and I were looking at a used Volvo at Kimberly BMW.He was very cordial in asking us what we were looking for!After we let him know, he grabbed the keys for the Volvo and we went for a test ride.Any questions we had for him about the vehicle he was quick to find and let us know. He even discovered options on this car that we had no idea existed! We had some good laughs along the way as he is very fun to talk to :-)Luke also had our existing vehicle appraised while we were out for the test ride.The whole process of the test drive, the appraisal and the sale to us went very smooth!I would definitely recommend speaking/dealing with Luke if you happen to be browsing for a new or used car from Kimberly BMW!Thank you to Luke, Jim Weaver and the rest of the Sales staff and Laurence with having all the paperwork ready for us. I actually came all the way out from Ohio to purchase an X1 in April of 2023. Tyler was so easy to work with over the phone and via email. I was treated with respect through the entire process. He and Lawrence had everything ready when I arrived; I was on way back home in just over an hour. Yes, it was a 6 drive, but I would do it all over again. I highly recommend working with their team to purchase a vehicle.

Just purchased a new M240I last night from Kimberly BMW. We worked with Patrick, and I must say it was by far the best and easiest car purchase I've ever made with a dealer, and that's saying something when we go through atleast one a year! Patrick was an absolute delight to work with and look forward for the next encounter. Working with everyone was a blast, and Laurence killed it in the finance office. They're all great guys here! Keep it up, and can't wait to come in for the M3!Update: the M3 finally arrived and review still sticks! Patrick and the team at Kimberly were amazing! Third car from them, and more to come!

Patrick was great throughout the entire process - from order/build, to waiting for delivery and the final delivery. All of the timelines he predicted were spot on. He was a great assist on the build - he knows the car exceptionally well inside and out. He may have been as excited as I was about this car. Overall just a very easy and pleasurable experience.

After searching for a Specific older low mileage, well maintained BMW for some time on various websites I stumbled across one 1600 miles away from me at Kimberly. I had to have it! David Wagner was an amazing sales person. He seamlessly helped me get the paperwork done to purchase this car, and they held it for me in their showroom until I could get it shipped to the San Francisco Bay Area. David was excellent with communication as were Jim McCabe and finance advisor Laurence Nemec. Now I have this beautiful 335i convertible to drive around the Bay Area in, and I couldn t be happier. Thank you for your excellent customer service skills, and this fantastic experience! If you are looking for a car here definitely let David Wagner help you!

I was greeted and the service representative looked at me puzzled. He asked my name, and said I was not in the system. I showed him an email, along with my appointment reminder. Which was in my BMW app, he stated, " oh our online service appointment system, flakes out sometimes. I was there for an oil change and for them to force a software upgrade. It was like he was selling me something the whole entire time. Hey you need some touch-up paint, hey you want some new tires, along with numerous other items. I'm there for what I scheduled the appointment for. When it was time to pay, I asked him, "did you complete the software installation ?" He stated OH I forgot. We'll get it next oil change. I was like really, that's a year away. That's not very professional, when that's what I partially scheduled the appointment for. He acted like, I wasn't even there at times. I was also charged a free for an miscellaneous item. I've looked at that, and see no reason for it. I know my BMW needs to go to a certified dealership. And the costs are higher than other brands. But come on! I brought my own engine air filter and cabin air filter. It's my personal preference, but $110 to slide each out and slide one in. Heck on my 2019 Cadillac Escalade, they only charged me $15.

I am writing this as I am waiting for my pickup that is now an hour and half past what I put as my latest pickup time. I had to initiate the call that the pickup was even running behind.When you pay a premium to go to a luxury car dealership you expect premium service, understanding that these things can happen I would at least communication ahead of time. Will likely just take my car to the Chicagoland area from now on....

I ordered a 2012 335i BMW, my first one from Kimberly. I drove that car for 7 years. This has been the only car I have ever had that I can honestly say 7 years later and 100K miles, everything works and it has been a great car. The sales department has good guys, they work hard to help you. The service department has always been one of the best I have ever dealt with.I had them do every bit of service to this car, down to the wiper blades. Probably one of the reasons it has been such a good car this long.I even know many of their names after working with them this long.Go there and give them a try, I think you will be happy you did.

Great group of people to deal with. Patrick is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. Lawrence made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the deal. I also appreciated Luke, the BMW Technical Genius, he helped me with the programing of the new vehicle and encouraged me to come back in once I was familiar with the car for additional training. Anybody can sell you a car, not everyone has good service. Kimberly BMW has Excellent service!

The service rep needs to be let go, he s like we are doing a favor coming to get the car serviced to them. The parts folks are really nice however. Just wish there was a little more respect and patience around. This is an expensive service not going there to buy candy.

I've purchased over 10 cars in my life and this was, hands down, the best experience I've ever had. The negotiation was quick and fair. The delivery experience was above and beyond. Patrick showed us the many features of our new BMW and even kept our 7 and 9 year old boys busy while we learned about our new car. Paperwork was also quick and straightforward. We will be back for future purchases and service, I am sure.

Tyler (the caucasian one) was the dude who sold me my truck and this would be the second vehicle that i have bought from him. Each experience has gotten better and better. HE S HIM! Kimberly BMW has been very helpful and professional all through my car buying journey. I had to custom build my X5 45e and I got all the useful suggestions from Tyler Cosner who helped me shape my dream car in the most beautiful and powerful way possible. They got the car delivered to me in less than a months time. Had a pleasant experience with the other sales and finance guys as well. Overall the experience was wonderful and I do recommend Kimberly BMW.
