We had a flat tire in our rental car in the parking lot next to this shop and did not have the proper tools to change it. We popped over to ask if they could help. They got us in right away, changed it quickly and were very friendly. We were so grateful.

I went to the Jiffy Lube because I needed and oil change and my regular spot wasn't open. Costed 108.00 for a simple oil change they make you pay 10 for a top off of your antifreeze. I would ge that free at my normal spot. It was an okay experience just super expensive. Ugh.

Very efficient, person in charge asked the right questions and was able to get what I needed without anything unnecessary! I was having a bad day so hope it did not rub off onto them.

Just stopped because of low tire pressure. Was attended to right away and customer service was great! Business is sort of hidden between 53rd St and Brady Street and well worth it! Will go back when I need more services.

They always have such great service. I never feel like I'm pressured into any services that I don't want or can't afford at the time, which is such a big thing for me. They're quick and efficient so I'm not sitting and waiting for 45+ minutes. But I also trust that if there was anything wrong with my car that required more than an oil change to fix, they would inform me and help me figure out the best next step.Their waiting area is comfortable enough and I am alway offered coffee when I drive up.Very stress free environment, worth every penny.Service: Oil change

Poor customer service, not a smile, polite conversation, i had a coupon to use, no acknowledgement of it, just applied it. I appreciate friendly service. Ive always used this jiffy lube with all 5 cars. I will not be back. No one went over recommendations, what they did etc.... a smile goes a long ways and you just lost alot of business because of lack of.Service: Oil change

They were to fast I wanted to get my head lights cleaned and brighten but they said to come back next time. Lol I guess the didn't want anymore money!!

A+ service with a smile. They genuinely cares about myself and the automobile I had serviced. It was also fast. They have free coffee and bottled water. The manager is spunky. I really like my experience here! Thanks guys!

This place is very unprofessional, The employees talk in a rude tone and one of the employees was played fighting with another girl while I was waiting to get my oil changed. I asked two different employees if air was put in my tires and they both told me they did but you can clearly look at my tires and see that there was no air put in them and when I got in and turn my car on it s still said low air. I was sent here because I get free oil changes through JD Byrider but honestly I would rather go somewhere else and pay for my oil changes from here on out.Service: Oil change

They are amazing and the time they get stuff done is amazing The timing is great. The employees are very informative. They explain every situation. They give you estimate pricing including tax. They let you know when it needs to be done how long it takes and sometimes majority of the time they get the stuff done before they say the time they gave you. I want to absolutely say thank you and I think they deserve to get paid more than what they re getting paid because they do outstanding job.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I've always had a pretty good experience at jiffy lube but the experience I had this time was much different. While I was there on my lunch break, so I had a short amount of time they said no problem, while only being the second vehicle in there but the first vehicle being almost complete it took 45 minutes to get me out of there. While waiting in the customer waiting area who i assumed was the manager was gabbing away with a friend in the office ( not work related ) while the one lone mechanic was struggling to get me and the 2 vehicles out quickly. The manager even saying out loud how they were short staffed while continuing to chat away for what seemed a good 15minutes. Meanwhile there were three women in the shop area sitting around on their butts doing nothing. Again while this one lone mechanic was working hard alone. Jiffy lube seemed to have a good reputation before but as long as that manager is running that place on North Brady and East 53rd Davenport Iowa I'm not going to be returning. ( Didn't mention the attitude and brush-off when I asked about how much longer )Service: Oil change

Worst experience ever at a Jiffy Lube! Did not honor our prepaid service. Put the oil filter on wrong and had to get the car towed back at night,No offer to compensate or pay for the tow truck.. Very poor management!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service was mediocre. They lost the oil cap in my engine and had to find it. When they pulled my car out I had my sunroof open, I had to run outside and close it as it was starting to rain. The attendant was smoking their vape while standing next to my car. I m not a smoker and was not happy about that.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worst experience of my life! Went in for an oil change day before I was to drive to North Carolina. Guy talked me into changing my spark plugs out with an estimated time of 45 min. 3 hours later they tell me it's done. I get in my car and it smells like straight gas. Guy tells me it was something they had to take off to do my spark plugs? 4 hours later I go to start my car and as soon as I start it the smell of gas came back I open my hood and gas is spraying everywhere! I discovered this at 8pm when I was to leave at 6am the following morning. I had to rent a car (another $600+) so I could still go on my trip. I had a friend take my car to the shop for me and they had to fix it for $165! At the end of the day an oil change turned into over $1,000!Service: Oil change

Don't go to the one in Davenport by Menards. They will break your car and make you pay to fix it. Also, make you wait 30 minutes before they tell you that they broke something so you have to wait an hour so they can go buy the part they broke at an auto store then upcharge you to "fix" your car.

It s tough to know where to start when you go in for an oil change, they tell you you need an air filter replaced then break off 2 of 3 air cleaner e retainer bolts because they used an impact driver to tighten.They didn t tell me they broke the bolts. When I confronted them, because I saw it happen, they admitted it. They have told me 4 times over the last 2 weeks their district manager would call me because they filed a report, I had some confidence.No one has called me yet. Would recommend you choose another company to change your oil.Service: Oil change

I ve had 2 bad experiences with this location , first time they didn t tighten the skid plate and I had to hold it up with zip ties till I got it back there to get it fixed and now they forgot to install the new air filter they charged me for , they took the old one out and just left the air filter lid loose ( not fastened) I noticed a nose as I was going back to work and once I looked under the hood you could totally see it was missing and the top was off .... How do you miss that??? I ll be taking my family s 5 cars elsewhere from now on... please check the dates on the review s is it only me but it looks like the ones from the old shop were great and the new shop 8 months or Less are horrible , or am I reading this wrong??Service: Oil change

Wait time was long. Wasn t told what work was performed / needed. I was handed a receipt, that s it. They had pulled everyone else s car out of bay but I had to drive mine out. I also had to resetMy own maintenance required setting, no big deal but that has always been something Express Lube always did. Jiffy Lube is a disappointment.Service: Oil change

I felt the cabin air filter installation cost was too expensive. Then when I got home I discovered that the individual who installed the cabin filter did not replace the glove compartment door properly but simply put it in place without engaging the hinges or the open limiter. The first time I opened it the glove compartment door it simply fell off.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
