I took my car in today for routine vehicle check-up/brake inspection. They had someone drop me off and pick me back up (shuttle service) while they worked on the car. The drivers were really cool people. The vehicle was returned to me in a few hours; they inspected the brakes thoroughly, and no major work was necessary. They were honest. They could have told me to replace all my brake pads, and I would not have known any better. But they didn't do that, instead they only charged me for a basic service fee. It's hard to find service centers you can trust. The way Dahl Ford conducted themselves today earned my trust. I'll keep coming back here. Everyone has always been respectful. The only downside is sometimes they get really busy, which is understandable. However, the company has been around for a long time, which means they must be doing something right! Overall, I'm happy with their service. I appreciate their employees and all their work, Thank You.

I do no recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. I had repairs made to my truck and it was very clear the work was not completed. Something as simple as a horn not working and as soon as I get my vehicle back, the horn doesn't work at all. It showcased (to me anyway) that Dahl Ford does not test drive vehicles after repairs, or perform quality control checks to ensure said repairs are ACTUALLY repaired.Two stars because I had an insurance claim for the autobody shop and they do fine work

Owner and staff gave my family a great deal on their vehicle. Very friendly and professional. Nice resident dog. Clean sales floor. Relaxing lounge.

while I think the service dept. here is pretty good, I will explain my 2-star rating. I took my truck in for them to replace a door lock actuator and an oil change, after leaving they later called me and said I needed brakes and rotors and a fluid flush. I explained that I did not have the money for that right now and would have to deal with it down the road. I received a voicemail a few hours later asking AGAIN for me to address these other issues, Needless to say I was a little mad, I mean did they really think within a couple hours I had magically came up with another $800!! I was considering buying a new truck from here down the road but now I'm not so sure.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They sold me a car that had an engine knock. I talked to them and I belive they misdiagnosed the problem. They told me it was the AC compressor. I ended up paying $1000 out of pocket to have it fixed. They paid half. I don't belive that was the same issue though.The antifreeze reservoir was empty when I heard the knocking noise. Since I put coolant in I haven't heard the noise luckily. That was prior to going to the dealership. They didn't hear the noise so they changed the subject to the AC.Im convinced they used the noise of the AC compressor clicking as a way to take advantage of me. Why didn't they diagnose the engine and why was the coolant reservoir empty?!?Now I'm scared there's a leaking gasket or worse. Engine damage is a reciepe for disaster.I thought I was buying from a reputable dealership but apparently they are putting lemons on the lot. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Dahl a couple years ago and told myself I wasnt going back. I decided to give them a 2nd chance since everyone deserves a 2nd chance and they completely changed around on me they have taken care of me, since then I have only taken my vehicles to them and them only. They do a great job and Im glad I went back to them. Customer service is 5+ stars. Highly recommend to everyone

Scheduling practices are ridiculous. Prompts you to find another option. Nice that they are so busy...but I thought I had an urgent need...apparently...not....
