The entire process was so easy! Everything was done quickly, this was an insurance claim through State Farm, I was contacted right away to schedule online, took 2 minutes, they were ready for me, helped with getting & returning rental...again so easy for me. Repairs went great, looks better than new!

I hit a coyote that broke pieces off the front bumper and grill. No significant metal damage. The plastic parts were fairly available, but the electronic parking sensors were not and it took a full year to get those parts. Over the year it took I called occasionally about the status of the parts and would be told I would get a call back, but usually wouldn t, necessitating another call - or two - before getting an answer. Additionally, I asked three times over the year to get a quote on repairing two scratches on the rear bumper unrelated to the original job. The last time was when the car was dropped off for the repair. I was not surprised that I was called a week later that the car was ready for pickup, yet still no quote. I just picked it up and decided I d take it elsewhere.

This place is a complete sham! I repeat, a complete sham! Do not take your car here. I had an alignment done on my car less than 30 days before an accident that involved impact to my front right tire and bumper. I told them when I brought my car in for an estimate that I would like them to make sure they add and complete a four-wheel alignment to my vehicle. Joe, the adjuster assured me they would do that and reach out to my insurance company regarding it. I called my insurance company to make sure that this repair work is covered and they told me it would be. My car parts took several months to come in. They kept putting me off, not returning my phone calls and not returning my emails. When I did finally get a call saying that my car is done. I asked them to confirm that an alignment was done on my vehicle. They said no. There was no alignment done on my vehicle and I told them this would have to be completed before I came to pick up my car. After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed almost immediately that my car was pulling to the right which is where the impact of the accident was. I asked Christ champions and the manager, Scott Montgomery, to provide me with a report of the alignment that had been done. He provided me with the bogus report with an incorrect date on it. This is fraud, this place is a scam. I'll give them one chance to make it right but I have NO faith in these liars, so I plan to have to pursue them at the fullest extent of the law.

Crash Champions has been nothing short of AMAZING!! We were on the first day of our vacation, 4.5 hours from home and a semi took out the front portion of our fairly new car. They worked with us and our insurance company and their compassion, communication and attention to detail was outstanding. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing collision repairs. Our car looks brand new!!

My recent experience with Crash Champions was top notch. When the rental company was unable to pick me up to pick up my rental vehicle, they contacted their parts guy who arrived within a couple of minutes to take me to Enterprise. All were friendly and professionalMy vehicle looks great.

Crash Champions in Davenport, IA was Exceptional !! I highly recommend them ! From the time we received the estimate to the time our vehicle was repaired was less than 1 week! The guy who did the estimate of my car was a liar and terrible at communicating with me. I would not come here again, ever. It's not worth the headache even though the manager Scott and receptionist Monica were friendly.

I was 1200 miles away in Austin but made it there to take my vehicle in for body repairs. The staff was very professional while I worked with them to get it there prior to my arrival & Jake & Cathy helped me get everything situated. The car was repaired in the time they gave me & looked like the 2020 Traverse I had from the showroom. I give them 2 thumbs up & recommend them to anyone in the Quad Cities to visit them for repairs. Horrible customer service!!! Took 4.5 weeks to get an appointment to do an estimate. The gentleman that did the estimate talked down to me like you would with a no nothing kid. Very condescending. Was told they would call in the next few weeks with an update. Gave the gentleman my insurance info. Fast forward 6 weeks. No calls or emails. I called to get an update. None of my insurance info was kept. No appointment set for my vehicle. Then they asked if I wanted to schedule the truck in for the work. Told them I wanted to go with someone that follow up. He just said okay and hung up the phone. Called green gmc. They had me set up with an appointment for the estimate 5 work days later. This place has horrendous customer service and poor business practices. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

The shop worked with me to get my car fixed after someone broke my steering column and ignition...they got it going while we waited on parts...once the parts arrived the got it back in and out with easy communicating with me all the way...great shop highly recommend them for all your repair needs...

They did a great job with my car. Small bumper repair my car was clean when returned to me and the people were very friendly. My issue is they told me a week and got my vehicle done almost instantly within a day or so. I had made accommodations for a whole week and just made it a hassle that was not worth it. But the car was done amazingly.

They did the best that they could finding parts for a newer vehicle immediately following the pandemic. 6 months later, when the A/C didn't work, they took my vehicle in and worked with my insurance company to re-open the claim and get it fixed. Would recommend.

They were terrible to work with! Had my car for 7 weeks and refused to call me back. Come to find out they were having an issue repairing my car so they were avoiding me. Real professional service. I had a tree limb fall on my car that shattered my back window, damaged my back quarter panel and had some dents. Mike warned me right away that I had extensive damage and some parts were on back order so I was looking at a month or more in the shop. He checked in weekly with updates. They were amazing to work with and I was shocked when I got my car back. I would have never known there was ever any damage. They did a phenomenal job! I went here to repair my spoilers and when it was repaired, it got damaged again after a month since it flew in the interstate and I was very disappointed but then when I got back they were very nice to repair it again for free after investigating what happened. Mr Mike and Me Joe were very helpful. They updated me all throughout the process and very communicative. I m really happy with the services Crash Champions have provided and very satisfied with it. I will definitely recommend it.
