Had an exceptional experience with Dylan, as well as the tech who fixed our vehicle last month. They worked hard to accommodate our schedule with getting the vehicle fixed quickly and efficiently, going above and beyond to make sure the issues were resolved in a timely manner. Dylan was professional, kind, and helpful. The tech did a phenomenal job as well.

Will never use this business again. Had an appointment to get a vehicle worked on for 11/1/23. Three phone calls later and they finally got it in to look at it on 11/14/23. Was told it would be done on 11/17/23. Had to call again for an update on 11/20/23 and was told they ordered the wrong parts and it was still not done. Miraculously on 11/22/23 somehow they had the right parts and it was finally done. I don't understand the point of scheduling appointments if they are too busy to even look at the vehicle for two weeks after the appointment. Nobody I talked to could even give me a reason or wanted to address the fact that the vehicle just sat there for weeks first. I will never use this shop again and will take the Ford trucks we have somewhere else from now on.

I scheduled a test drive for one week from the day. I got a call confirming the test drive for that vehicle. Come the day of the test drive I come to the dealership and the vehicle hadn t been available for apparently 2 weeks. I wish they would have let me know instead of confirming the vehicle was still available for purchase and still on their website

Horrible service. Had an appointment scheduled to test drive a vehicle, got multiple email confirmations and texts but when we drove over and HOUR to get there they informed us they had no such vehicle that we reserved ahead of time and wouldn t be ordering one anytime soon. A phone call saying the vehicle was sold would have been much appreciated but no such thing occurred. Very disappointed with this business and management.

Broke down on RT80 while driving coasr to coast. Got towed to Courtsey. Arrived near closing. Took Uber to Holiday Inn in Rock Island. I was back on the road by 11AM the folowing morning with the throttle body replaced on my Ford.Sprcial thanks to Kevin in the service department for having done and having me back on the road the Friday before New Years.

My husband came across Courtesy Ford on Facebook Market Place. He found a 2010 Ford Ranger truck with extremely low mileage. He had a Ranger in the past and loved it. He called and spoke with Jerry, our salesman, and Jerry put a hold on the truck once he knew we were on the road. We were very pleased with Jerry's help, and also the work of our finance man. Overall excellent experience! Would recommend Courtesy Ford to everyone!

My wife and I bought a Ford Expedition at Courtesy Ford in Davenport, Iowa. The salesman we dealt with was Jerry. We drove over 3 hours because they had the vehicle we wanted and we had had a hard time finding exactly what we wanted.We called on a Monday to set up an appointment to look at and test drive the vehicle on Wednesday. We text with Jerry on Wednesday morning when we were on our way to again confirm we were coming and they had the vehicle and had it ready.We arrive at the dealership and Jerry has the Expedition parked upfront. Jerry is telling us how he had cleaned and hand washed the vehicle all morning to get it ready because the employee that cleans/washes the vehicles didn t show up to work yet that day. I thought this to be unprofessional in the least since he had 2 days to prepare the vehicle.We start looking it over and notice that the entire vehicle, white paint, is covered in small orange spots. Jerry tells us not to worry it s only bugs and that it s no big deal. The front, back, sides and top are all covered and I find it ironic that he bragged about how hard he worked on washing it but didn t get this stuff off. We tell Jerry before we even drive it we want to ensure this is something that will wash off. Jerry takes the vehicle to their service department and the technician begins washing it. After 30-45 minutes of waiting I walked back to where they were cleaning it. Jerry is telling me the whole time how it s clean as a whistle now and not to worry. The vehicle still has the spots all over it, the technician is only trying to hose it off. I grab a wash mitt and start washing is to ensure the spots come off, they do. So we proceed.Test drive and everything else was okay with the vehicle. We sat down and k started asking questions about the vehicle. Jerry could not answer any of them and only referred me to the carfax report. Starting to actually talk numbers and get to a deal was trying with Jerry. I had to explain where I wanted to be at for numbers multiple times. We hardly haggled on price at all. My number never changed to Jerry, but he didn t actually take my number to the sales manager until the 2nd or 3rd time. Once the sales manager actually got my number the deal was made.Once the deal and the paperwork got passed from Jerry onto the finance department things smoothed out dramatically. I thought we were done with Jerry and could put this experience behind us.Once we signed all the paperwork and got ready to leave, I was getting the license plates transferred onto the Expedition from my trade in. I asked Jerry for the keys to the Expedition, he said he already gave them to me. Jerry hadn t made us aware the Expedition only had one set of keys until we were ready to leave. When I expressed frustration with this he told me he already checked with service and I could buy another key today and they would ship it to me. I again expressed frustration that he withheld this information and I didn t haggle their asking price but would have if I had known this. Jerry then asked to take a picture of our family with the Expedition for advertisement purposes. I declined and we left.All in all this is my fault for continuing to deal with Jerry at Courtesy Ford. Again I was held up with the fact they had the vehicle we wanted when we couldn t find another one. I would not recommend dealing with Jerry at Courtesy Ford at all. The rest of the staff seemed to be decent to deal with so I don t mean to talk bad about the entire dealership. Jerry was unprofessional, untruthful and withheld information throughout the process. Buying a vehicle through him was an unpleasant experience to say the least.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for, so just go here first and save yourself time and money in the long run. We are not supposed to mention names, but my service advisor does a great job. I used to drive all the way to Bettendorf to the Ford dealership there. Service employees in Bettendorf can't even compete with Courtesy!

Saw a Mustang GT on the internet on a Saturday morning. Called Jerry right away, and he said he would hold the car while we drove from Cedar Rapids. Drove the car and loved it. Jerry made the purchase effortless. Highly recommend Jerry and this Dealership. Worth the drive..love the car.

What an amazing experience! I started with the online services and then met with Travis Troxell! He was so informative and gave amazing customer service. THE BEST! The buying process was such a breeze, along with the fair prices both listed and trade in! The finance manager Chad was amazing as well! Highly recommended.

Never had a more poor experience with a dealership than this one. They didn t care about my nephews birthday and the time slot we were in for that day and only cared about selling us a truck. They screwed up on the financing, lied about the wheels, never followed up after the sale and sold us a hail damaged vehicle and denied they new anything about it. Unless your blind hail dents are visible. Only one that seem to care was Chad the finance mgr and when I wanted to talk to the owner they would not give me his name. Pretty fishy when you won t release the owner of the dealership .

Jordan was a fantastic salesman. I was Absolutely lost and not sure what I wanted. He made sure to find exactly what vehicle I wanted, lots of questions my ups my downs on a vehicle. Over happy with results. courtesy is a place to go for great care and above standard results everytime. 5 star all day

I never write any reviews but this was the worst car buying experience. Would not buy from here ever again! We purchased a used truck and paid what they were asking, the only thing we asked is they fixed a few things we noticed was wrong. It took them over 2 weeks, after we paid them, to get the truck fixed. They delivered the truck to us and that day we couldn't drive over 65 mph and after another 70 miles it would limit us to only 55 mph. This issue was supposed to be fixed as part of the deal. We live an hour away so we agreed to have our local dealer look at it and fix it. The dealership finally got it fixed and now they refuse to pay the bill so we got stuck paying $1500 for the repair that should of been taking care of originally. They do not stick to their agreement even when after not talking them down in price. This truck is for our business and we need it to run smoothly. Will not recommended to anyone.

UNBEATABLE PRICES AND NO BULL!!! What more could you want?!?!?I arrived before they opened and they still welcomed me right in. I took the truck for a quick test drive and liked it. We sat down to negotiate (I HATE THIS PART). Chad and Mitch made it incredibly easy. No hassle, no bull. Right to the bottom line. I got the price I needed and in less than 2 hours I was in and out. Absolutely thrilled to have this new truck and am amazed by the wonderful experience! After buying over 14 vehicles in my life I can honestly say I have NEVER worked a vehicle deal that quick in my life. CHAD and MITCH are top notch! Thank you so much guys!!! I will absolutely look to them when it is time to upgrade again! You should check them out!!!

Had a great experience buying my first F-150 at Courtesy. My sales rep, Travis, knew his stuff. He was patient and helpful. Everybody on the team was friendly and professional. I had trade-in and purchase numbers in my head and the first offer they made exceeded my expectations. I thought they were very fair and worked hard to find the specific truck/color-combo I was looking for. Go see 'em.

My experience with Courtesy was Excellent. Kyle greeted us as soon as we got there asking the right questions and was all about meeting our needs and expectations . He was the perfect salesman and got me into exactly what I wanted. Between Kyle and the Sales Manager we had an excellent experience. Definitely recommend Courtesy and we will do business with them again when we need another vehicle, and refer family and friends to them for sure.

Overall, I was happy with the service. They let me drive a couple of vehicles to make my decision. They got me exactly what I wanted and gave me a good deal on my trade. There was no hassle in negotiation, and easy to work with. Chad was very helpful in the sale, and ordered a front license plate bracket for my car as it didn't come with one initially. The car was cleaned while I waited to sign paperwork.

This was a great experience from start to finish, It started with Chad in sales. He was aware of my wants and needs and made it happen. Chad and Mitch in finance were very helpful along with Jason their General Manager. it was a good experience all around with a good group of people.

After a horrible time with another dealer, Chad and Jason were very welcoming and fair with us to get into our new explorer! And the paperwork with Mitch was seamless and he gladly answered any questions we had. Overall great experience, and we will definitely be back for our next Ford purchase!

Warning Dont do it!! So the friendly staff member"Coach" was his name, told me on the phone that they were getting the truck ready for me to look at by the time I got there. I was driving from over an hour away, only for him to call me back and say that someone else drove from 2 hours away to come look at it, now he couldn't have told me this the first time I called 2 hours before that!?!? Then he offered me to look at a truck brand that I wasn't even interested in. Now that is not courteous service if you ask me. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from there if it was the last place on Earth because of that disrespectful reason.

I followed kyle from Dahl ford. I explained what I wanted and needed, and this man spent his free time trying to place me in the perfect vehicle. He worked night and day trying to get and keep my business. I m not an easy person to please. I work hard for my money and I won t be swindled to just buy anything. Kyle narrowed it down to 2 vehicles that met my specifications and worked countless hours to get me in the my new Pilot. Kyle was consistent and persistent without being an overbearing Salesman. He worked for me with my needs first. Respecting my wishes to what I would and would not accept. I honestly can say he was the best car salesman I ve ever worked with and I highly recommend anyone and everyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the quad cities to find Kyle and let him work for you. Couldn t be happier with my 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L and it s thanks to Kyle. Don t believe me find out for yourself head to Courtesy Ford and shake that mans hand.

Travis Troxell was exceptional during our sale. He and Jason S worked very hard to get our business. It was not a stressful situation and we would definitely go back again.Travis also helped me with some towing questions a couple of weeks earlier. He was the same helpful person both times and the first time all he gained was satisfaction from helping a Ford owner.Great Dealership!

This company hasn't ever fixed my car right .I have had to bring back several times for the same thing and get charged another deductible when I shouldn't have had to pay again for something they did not fix the first time .. I've been on a wait list for over a month now for brakes they said they fixed and didn't. I bought the car from them and wished I wouldn't have .I've had my car there atleast 5 times last year and they fixed it right 1 time out of them 5 ..my stereo still don't work .my engine light still comes on when I use sport mode my brakes are still grinding and I let Tim the manager know but he sounds nice but in reality don't care about me as a customer ..I'm still waiting to get a call for the brakes they didn't fix right going on over 4 weeks now so I could bring it back ..They told me only 1 loaner vehicle ahead of me ...I wish I would have never done business with this company they sure have really disappointed me! I don't recommend taking your vehicle here! Also they charge you a deductible for bringing back your broken car that they were supposed to fixThe first time !44

I needed to trade my car in for a new truck for my job. I had chosen all the options that I wanted online prior to my visit to the dealer. I was approached by Travis who listened to what I needed and confirmed that the truck I was looking at had everything on it. This was a Thursday. I told Travis I would be back on Monday to close the deal but wouldn't have much time. He called me on called me on Saturday to confirm our appointment. Upon arrival Monday the truck was ready to go. We did a little paperwork and I was handed off to Ryan in finance. I was approved through my bank but Ryan said he could do better and he did. Bang to buck I was done in 45 minutes. I have dealt with many dealers in my life but the courtesy family is by far the best and will have me as an ongoing customer! Thank you for making my purchase easy and smooth! Travis is an awesome non pushy salesman and Ryan knows his job with finance! AWESOME!!!!!

Chad G was very thorough and prompt. He presented me with exactly what we were looking for with out any pressure. Having the paperwork ready before we came into town made it a super speedy truck buying process. He took the time to explain the features of the truck as well as answered late night text messages.
