Excellent service. I called them at the last minute after the original body shop was rude. They got me in the same day, handled all the insurance stuff, and kept me updated on progress. It's a great place to get your car fixed.

I d been the proud owner of my new Toyota 4Runner for less than six months when I foolishly slightly scraped her against the retaining wall while backing out of our driveway. I knew the repairs would be minimal, but I knew that matching the tri-coat/ pearl paint would be a challenge. A friend recommended Caliber Collision. They did an excellent job! The work is flawless and the customer service was excellent.

Great team! Great experience, and nice welcoming people. Even if your car is gonna be total by your insurance, insists and send your car to caliber collision and you would never regret your decision.

Our experience was great from start to finish! Communication was top notch and I appreciated the text updates since I m not always available to take calls. It was also really nice that Caliber communicated with Enterprise for a super simple process with me needing a rental car and living in Clinton. I didn t have to bring someone with to help me get the rental and drop my car off, so that was such a huge stress relief. I also appreciated the time and detail it took to wipe down and vacuum the interior of my car! That was such a nice surprise when I got into my car. Hopefully I don t require body work again any time soon but I will absolutely return to Caliber if I do.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did amazing work on our Subaru after we hit a deer. The work was fast and they communicated the whole time. All the airbags had been deployed but one, but they fixed it good as new!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!!! I took my car to a few places to get estimates for repair and I feel like the other places were taking of advantage of me..Caliber was very honest with me. I didn't need half of the repairs done. Caliber did an amazing job!! Thank you so much for taking good care of me.

Dropped my car off for bumper repair of my Highlander. Caliber was great to deal with from estimate to pick up. Wow great job! We worked with Tom at Caliber Collision. Tom walked us thru the process in fixing my GMC Denali pickup. We were very impressed with Tom s knowledge and expertise. After an accident, they took care of everything. They worked with my insurance on my behalf and kept me informed the whole time. I got my car back early and it's absolutely beautiful. They even cleaned the inside! My car looks brand new. I could not be happier with Caliber Collision.

Went to Caliber to get an estimate on my truck as I had some damage on the side of the truck from a hit and run. Let me tell you, the staff there were best!! They had someone come out right away to give me an estimate and I was in and out of there in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable. They explained to me what they would need to do to fix the damage and how long it would take. I will definitely be taking my truck there to get fixed!Service: Body & Trim
