I walked into the store with intentions to only purchase the brakes for the front of my car .Thanks to Nick and Brad s outstanding customer service I left with the back brakes also. They even carried the parts out to my car ! Thank you for your hardwork gentlemen!

Don is very unprofessional. Talked to a worker earlier, they said my package was delivered to the dock. Got there, they claimed it wasn t there. Mike and don were both working at the time. Both had given me no help and also threatened to call the police after asking for corporates number or his bosses number. Never had a delivery problem ever until now will not be returning for business or for packages. Also, DELIVERY WAS SIGNED BY BEN AND SAID IT WAS DELIVERED EARLIER AT 12:17. PS, HAVE PROOF I WASNT UNPROFESSIONAL HAVE A VIDEO OF ME WALKING AND WALKING OUT WHAT WAS SAID EVERYTHING. Don for you to be a manager your customer service is trash

Nick was extremely helpful in getting my two new batteries put in my diesel truck. He was very friendly and took time to show me a few helpful tricks when replacing the batteries. Good employees tells me that it s a good company. I will only be going here from now on. Well done.

Nick had Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process I even had to call back and get another item. Was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. I would recommend them. The service is smooth and very straightforward. This place has the best customer service of any place I have been! And they are honest and helpful. I had a situation with my air conditioner compressor (actually we found out later it wasn't even the compressor) but Brad was extremely helpful, gave me a brand new compressor and also referred me to his own mechanic to check my compressor. Where I found out the previous mechanic I went to was dishonest. If you need any kind of parts or even some advice on anything about your vehicle this is the place you can trust thank you again Brad!

Standout old fashioned service by knowledgeable staff at this location! After 3 disappointing trips to two other national chains, these guys came through and solved my problem on a cold night. Definitely go here.

Holiday weekend and a check engine light before the 6 hour trip home brought us here, thankfully. Nick assisted us, he was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and very friendly. We got what we needed and we were on our way in no time. That gentleman was a good hire, keep him!

Went in for parts for my 97 GMC, Nick helped me and renewed my confidence in parts stores. I shop specifically at Advance because of employees like him who actually care about their customers and getting "it right" for the customers. Eric (the manager) deserves a lot of credit for having a great crew at this store. Thank you all for the great service.

As soon as I walked in to the store Nick welcomed me and helped me find The oil filter I was looking for immediately without me having to search through some catalog or Google it to find out. Great customer service, and an overall great experience.

I prefer advanced auto to begin with but the service from the gentlemen at this store is above and beyond! They are super helpful from the moment you walk in. They are polite and even carried the parts out to my truck. Unbeatable service in my opinion.

Our car broke down during a cross country trip and we got it towed to this Advanced Auto. Honestly, we would have been stuck here for several days waiting for a mechanic had we not been helped by these wonderful employees. They tested our battery and alternator and could not have been more kind or helpful. Justin has a wealth of knowledge that is more vast than most mechanics I ve dealt with. If this were my local city I would shop here before any other auto store. Thank you again!!!!

People are always friendly here. Guy changed a bulb in my headlight in 10 minutes but the dealership said it would take an hour and a half and I needed to st up an appointment

Great service always helpful. There Carquest brand wiper blades always last me 3 to 4 years. U have to ask for them at the counter. Just saying.

I returned a part today and was given a counterfeit $20.00 only new because I went next door to get gas with the 20 he gave me they confiscated it. So the worker who gave me the fake money said if i got a note from the store who took the bill or brought the bill back into the store he would replace it. So I say oh okay I'll run inside and have the worker wright a letter saying he confiscated it. He then now he says he would only really replace it if I brought the counterfeit bill back to him knowing it was confiscated. Clearly acting shady adnolaging he did give me a fake bill and im almost positive he new because how he acted.

Went to my normal place to get some parts and they couldn't get them. So I went to Advance Auto Parts, formally know as Carquest, to see if they might have the part I needed. They did not have it but I was given the name of someone who could get the part for me. Now I'm spending $60 more then what I would have on line but I know these parts will fit on my Discontinued vehicle that is now 16 years old! Hats off to you for finding me the parts I really needed to fix my car!

Although the guy in the gray shirt seem like he didn t want to help me out, A worker name Nick was kind enough to help me out with a price and install on a battery for my car a few days ago especially thankful in that -4 degree weather.
