Wow Steve with IDOWA made this too simple. I messaged him late Saturday evening with my vehicle, make model, etc. he messaged me right back with a quote and also a time when he could do it which was the Monday following that weekend. Not only is Steve competitively priced, but he will get you right in compared to other shops. When he showed up to my house, I talked with him like I was a friend, and he did the same. He treated me well with respect and integrity and gave me some background on this history of himself and business. He told me what he needed, He told me when it would be done, and made it very easy for payment. Did I mention he was done in about 1 hour? Even gives a free chip if it were to happen in the timeframe and if there were any issues moving forward from the install. I strongly suggest using IDOWA Autoglass for your glass repair needs in the future. I will be going to them again. And will be my first choice while I am in the metro moving forward. I ve used Steve for auto glass repair a couple of times - first time to fill a rock chip on our Honda CR-V and then yesterday to replace the windshield in our daughter s Honda Accord. Steve s prices are the lowest you ll find, he is professional, and the quality of his work is top notch. Amazing, very professional. It was Memorial Day weekend, we reached out and left a voicemail and within a few short minutes he reached out and on this full holiday. He made time for us to repair the windshield before he headed to Sunday church. We had a starburst just waiting to spread. Repaired, looks great and I would recommend him to everyone. Purchased my car less than 2 months ago and then it hailed over the weekend. Smashed the windshield. My insurance wanted me to go through Safelite, but they wouldn't be out for 3 weeks, so I decided to start calling smaller, more local businesses. Idowa was able to see me next day. Experienced a break in (over the weekend, of course) and no one else was available. Steve with Idowa AutoGlass answered the phone promptly and responded with urgency. He went above and beyond to come out and clean up the shattered glass inside my car and put film on the window right before it started snowing to get me through the rest of the weekend until the window he ordered me arrived on Monday.
