I live in Osceola which is approximately 40 miles away but had family over there and decided to swing in and get my oil changed. Zero issues with my vehicle prior to them working on it. What I got was a wrecked truck with smashed headlight, hanging bumper, and creased hood. One of the technicians said they thought the brakes where soft while pulling the truck in but didn t say anything to anyone they completed the oil change and the technician said he meant to leave a note for the other auto mechanic before he left but forgot. When said guy pulled out my vehicle even after the oil change had zero brakes or any indication that the brakes were completely gone. The technician then hit the cement parking block and then hit a cement pull. This has been 9 days and I haven t heard anything other than they are waiting for an inspector. Walmart only files the claim and knows nothing. We are down a vehicle going into the holidays and this is incredibly inconvenient. They seem to have zero urgency whatsoever. Convenience isn t always better. Take it from me.Service: Oil change

Kind of more of a wait than likely really necessary but the people seem nice. As long as the oil change and tire change over work and nothing goes wrong... seems good.

This place is a joke. I ran over a screw and it was the only place open due to it being a weekend. I had my mother in law take it in because I had to work. They pulled the screw out and tried to air it up....they told my mother in law it won t hold hair...of course it won t...common sense...it needs patched...they told her they couldn t fix it..took it over to bridgewater tire today and they patched it right up and guess what it held air I wasn t going to buy a tire when my tires are in great shape. Won t be going back there again.

Always great service, but takes alot longer than should. Two new tires took an hour and a half.

Terrible called ordered 2 tires they said yep got 4 of them we will set them out and have them ready for you couple hours later I go to pick them up told them i would be there at 12:20 they weren't sitting out wasn't ready no cars being serviced or any work being done the young kid had no clue what he was doing finally the boss came out they only had 1 didn't offer an apology or free mount or anything he walked off with the young kid in charge who couldn't even figure out how to ring up the tire ! Finally some other girl came over and baby sit the kid and showed him what to do ! Thanks Walmart for wasting my time terrible service no apology or even a phone call to tell me they didn't have my order

Be careful, they didn't fix my flat and didn't screw on my oil filter all the way. I go here all the time and this was a really bad day. Most of the time they do alright.

Took vehicle in for 2 new tires, got it right in and work was done quickly, very happy. Friendly service.

Paid for the road hazard on my new tires last year, had one tire patched like 4 months ago and now my road hazard is no where to be found so I had to repay for service that was included in my original tire purchaseService: TiresService: Tires

I went to get my oil changed and ask them to grease the undercarriage or squeaking noises I left it was still making noises I called them and asked them and they said they forgot to do it I paid for it still haven't got reimbursement

I used to buy all my tires and oil services here. Tire prices are still good but the tire services have gone downhill
