M&M Motors has successfully changed my oil and done truck repairs for years. Technicians have left my truck clean, and have checked all the fluids. Staff has treated me kindly. I am confident in their ability to do the job right. Keep up the professional good work!!! This review has been endorsed again as of April 2019. So appreciative of professional technician and fair pricing.

I bought a Buick and still have warranty on it. When I asked about repairs to my car, Todd (Service Manager) stated "We aren't interested" in helping me! I explained that I wasn't sure how it worked with warranties and dealerships but he had ZERO interest in helping a Buick customer!!!! :-(

We have been taking our two vehicles to M&M for about a year now since it's the only Dodge/Ram dealer in town. The prices are average but most of the service department staff are rude, slow and in my opinion lazy. Everyone acts like they hate their job. Wouldn't even jumpstart my wife's car. Made me come down and do it. Never called us back for a factory part recall notice we asked about (acted like they didn't want to do it). Tried to order some accessories for my wife's car and my truck but they didn't want to do that either. Not a very good sales approache. Bought them through another dealer. Total was just shy of 600 bucks. That could have went to them along with all our oil changes tire rotations, general maintenance and mechanical work if they gave a tiny bit of effort. He just said "accessories are pretty limited on choices." We found them all at another dealership with options. So we will go there now. Hard to support a local business when they drive their customers away.

Went in to have a simple problem looked at. The man who helped us refused to tell us what part he was replacing l. A few weeks after having my car there, it started having all kinds of problems that it didn t have before. When I called back to understand what my options were, the man was rude and told us to take it to the dealer. I would recommend somewhere else so you don t get stuck with more problems than you started with and rude people who treat you like you re incompetent.

If this was based on Jack, I would give them a 10 but unfortunately their service manager Todd is the absolute worst. We have purchased 3 new used vehicles from Jack, in the past 4 years, this last car has had a noise since day 1. It has been in their shop multiple times and nothing has been done to fix it. I went with my husband today to ask for ride along which I received. Service mgr Todd had a chip on his shoulder from the moment we walked in. Both service techs suggested it was a strut. I went in to set up a time for the car to be worked on and before I could say a word Todd said that their are always noises some bad some not as bad as others, I doubt you want to pay 90/hr for us to look for what is wrong. I said the techs think it is probably a strut, He said maybe but that isnt under warranty. We just wanted it fixed, guess we will find someplace else to have it taken care. Very sad to know that someone like Service manager Todd is causing Jack to lose business.

My Son in Law & Daughter lost the Ignition Key to their G6 Pontiac. It had to be towed to the dealer to program a new key. Ignoring the rude attitude of the service department manager, I gave them $128.53 to program a new key. A few days later the kids found the original in their house. It would no longer start the vehicle. M & M wants $90 plus tax to reprogram the original key to start the car. I wanted them to have a spare to prevent having to tow the car if they ever lost their key again. Now for the rest of the story. I just bought a 2014 Ford Edge. Not wanting to tow my car if I ever lost the key I had Creston Automotive program me a new key for it. Took 5 to 10 Min., cost $86.74 & Both keys work. I built my business designing Computer Hardware. I have been in the computer business for 38 Years. I watched Ford program my keys. Nothing to it guys. So they want to rip me for $90 to make the kids original key work right after paying them $120 for a new spare? Explains why the sales floor was dead empty. Better get a grip on that service guys! I gave the owner/manager a chance to rethink the deal. Not on your life. He was as rude as the service department. You have a lot to learn about service guys. Pontiac needs a new dealer.

Order a dip stick tube didn't end up needing it so I call and let them know, the parts got real up set, I offered to pay a restocking fee and he could send it back, he said he couldn't send it back then just hung up the phone on me, is that how customers get treated, I called him back and told him even though I didn't need it I would come buy it anyway, when I got there I had to chase him down in the back of the shop, I'm sure he saw me by the parts desk, I told him my name, he never said anything., after he found the part he told me I could pay for it up front and just walked away, that's when I asked him not to hang up on me when on the phone, he never turned around kept walking and just said ok, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody I will drive 50 miles to another dealership when I need a part the other stores don't carry. Thanks Todd,

The service area has the rudest manager I have ever dealt with in my life. That's 2 times they have treated me with no respect at all where my recalls on my Challengers were concerned. I'll never step back in that place again, even after speaking to the owner and feeling as though he wouldn't even address it. No way would I take my car there if they called and offered to pay me to bring it back. They have broken small town trust and a customer who shops small town businesses. And people wonder why folks dont buy locally, its because most are all rude and self centered. They have lost someone who buys at least 2 news cars every 5 years or so. Hope it was worth it!!!

Called about getting some simple service done and Todd told me he wouldn't do it. Ever wonder why people go to des Moines or Omaha. Pull your head out Todd.
