Absolute worst experience with ever!!! Called them to put new windows in, they came out & measured, and ordered windows. Except they didn t measure all of the windows that were to be replaced. I wasn t informed of this until months later. All but one of the windows came.Told them to go ahead & install the windows that they did receive & asked them to measure & order the last window. Was told that window was measured & ordered & would be about 3 months to get it due to supply chain. Called when it was getting close to the date I was told the window would be in & was told window was never measured or ordered. The window finally got measured & ordered, another 3 months go by & it finally gets installed. None of the windows were sealed upon installation so I now have 2 windows that leak when it rains & the rest you can feel the wind through. During this whole process the office personnel were extremely rude & acted as if I were out of line for wanting a job, that I paid in full up front for, to be done in a timely manner. It took almost an entire year for this job, 10 windows total, to get completed. Horrible customer service & craftsmanship!!!Service: Installation

We were very impressed with the service here. We had been to 6 other places in town first, no one could help us. Quality Glass fixed our truck lights so we could be on our way with a rented uhaul. The price was so reasonable too. We highly recommend this friendly and efficient business.

Had a mix up on a large glass shower glass door. They stepped up and took ownership of the problem and fixed it at their cost. Amazing experience, customer service and honest people to work with. Thanks to the whole team at Quality Glass for your service to our community.

They do good work but don't do anything extra like windshield wipers on the new glass. They charge $360 a windshield. Martin in Winterset charges $220 a windshield and he drives to you and installs the windshield.

Called to have my windshield replaced. The day before it was suppose to be installed. I got a call saying it was chipped, so they'd have to order a new one. They would call me back when it came in. Fast forward over a month later. No call.

I called and left messages about having a window repaired and no one ever returned my calls or stopped by my house - when a friend stopped in to ask why she was told they were 'too busy' and this was over a six to eight week period.
